Parking is the biggest let down, I was told over the phone that I would get a pass to park in the carpark next to the hotel but on arrival I was told I had to pay $25.00, if I had known this I wouldn't have booked this hotel, I booked 3 nights in total, 1 night on arrival and 2 days before departure, the problem is I paid upfront but I will not book this hotel again

Location is very convenient - close to everything. Plenty of on-street parking nearby (free between 5:00 pm and 9:00 am the following day). The only downside is the room was pretty small - we have difficulty opening our large suitcase and could only climb onto the bed from one side as the other side was pushed against the window.

It's a place that had a hip vibe in the lobby and a fantastic deal for the all you can eat breakfast (pay extra). The location is great in downtown and very near to the bus station. We got a room with a view/window, and had to laugh since the window was about 3ft x 4ft. We ended up keeping the blinds down since other rooms were adjacent to our windows, and we could wave at our neighbors and see more details than we wanted.
The bed was comfortable and the temperature was comfortable as well. Large TV.
The place you hang your coat at is immediately above the coffee station. After I hung my coat, I looked at it and realized that it wasn't great since it now covered the kettle, cups, etc. Be careful when you remove your coat, as it might snag the cups. The table it's self was tired and worn. It had moisture bubbles and chips on the edges that were painted over.
The walls were thin. I could hear the showers and toilets of our neighbor. The bathroom was tight for my 6ft husband (wide shoulders) to be on the toilet. But for me, at 5ft, I was fine. The shower space was comfortable. As long as we kept the bathroom door open (which slides along an arch), the bathroom was fine.
The staff was super friendly with ready smiles. The all you can eat breakfast was an awesome deal. Pastries, fruit, grain cereal, pancakes, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, baked beans, mushrooms, hashbrowns, tomatoes, yogurt, milk, juice, coffee, tea, breads, and spreads. In all, I'd return.

Great location right by the bus interchange (5 min walk) and the shops on the high street. Guy on reception was very friendly and helpful when checking in. Think his name was Jack, but not 100%. Bed was really comfy. I had a room with no windows (which I was fully aware of) and it was fine; still felt like plenty of space and light. Would definitely stay again.

We had a very compact room and the bathroom was a \"pod\"style that was also small. OK for an overnight stay but would not want to spend too many days tehre. The bed was comfy, room quiet, AC was a good temperature. The central location is perfect for exploring Christchurch.

Only thing when people flush the toilet you can hear it very loudly in the room and it woke me up multiple times. But for the price I paid I don’t feel like I can complain for one night in a city centre

Not a place i will be hurrying to go back to,I had food poisoning from the breakfast buffet. for example, cereal in bowls so people can cough and sneeze over not covered, jams and spreads just in open jar not sealed individual serves. plates most were dirty when i picked up several plates you could feel the grease ring around the outside of the plate. when i spoke to front desk about the concerns the person just shrugged it off and said oh well that's what it is. I am happy to be contacted from Accor as this is terrible and unprofessional i have stayed at quite a few Accor hotels and they have been fantastic but this one very poor my recommendation find some were else to stay

Room was very small at 10 sq meters. Bed was against the wall and raised. Under the bed was the only place for your suitcase. If you needed to access your belongings you had to pull your bag out. I now have a sore back. The bath room was very compact, with a toilet that only flushed about every 3 times. The sign said to push firmly, so that must get them out of fixing it. The room didn’t have any windows. The good things are a very quiet room, great for sleep-ins. The hotel was very close to the main district area and bus depot. Would not recommend this hotel.

Room was tiny, and I mean tiny. There is no place to even put your luggage other than blocking the door. You have to climb up to get on the bed and the TV touches the base of the bed.

I love this hotel. The staff is the best. The location is awesome, right in the heart of the city. I like the bar and the restaurant too.
