Excellent Service for the friendly and helpful staff.
Room is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained facilities. Hotels in convenient and close to attractions, restaurants, and transportation options. It also offers stunning view. The check in and late check out went smooth with such efficiency and convenient process. They always served us with such warmth and friendly smiles. The restaurant offers a great varieties of food that will spoil the belly. The area of restaurant was clean and well-maintained. The staff are also attentive to our requests. The the air condition was working properly. I complained and I was told it’s regulates it self and there was nothing they could do about it. I was hot most of the nights.

Great location, beautiful staff and amazing massage staff. Aside from the air conditioning 10/10.

Close to the wedding venue I attended. Shopping mall and other areas. The parking is limited and the pool is small. But overall we enjoyed our stay. We have 5 rooms and one of the room is the suite. I recommend the suite for not much differ. They have microwave, medium fridge and the spacious living with a couch and tv room along with two chairs of dining section.

I guess what you could expect for the stars and price. Smelt badly of cigarettes in the lobby. On a positive note I thought the breakfast options were good and fresh!

Swiss Belinn TB Simatupang was close to malls like Poins Square and Pondok Indah mall while at the same time being close to my friends house making it ideal for my stay. The price was very reasonable and the room I got was beyond my expectations. The staff were nice and provided all the extra things I needed for my stay without being overly invasive. Overall, it was a great two night stay at Swiss Belinn

It is within walking distance to Point square (mall) and Carefour (hence access to supermarket/fast food resto) and ca 30 minutes taxi drive away from Pondok Indah (high-end mall), property is clean, breakfast spread is decent, check in and check out process is fast. Hotel can be more generous with shampoo and shower gel though (which are enough for 1 day use only, should replenish on day 2 without being asked). You might want to consider installing reading light by the beds.

Took too long for hot water to come out. I had 30 mins shower in cold water instead. Really bad.
Room is so small it’s not worth the price. Staff service is just okay not special at all. I’d definitely not coming back.

I arrived late night but the staff were present to welcome me. The check in was very quick and I got settled in very easily. The hotel was very close to a mall which was convenient as I could access most things relatively easily. The hotel was close to there city and Grab drivers were always present around the hotel. Bathroom was great, didn't try the breakfast or the pool but everything else were to my satisfaction

breakfast was poor, no one cleaning

The hotel was fine, but breakfast was awful no where to sit as tables filled with dirty dishes. Lots of unhappy guests, no cups plates etc I hope this improves.

Very disappointed

I stayed in this hotel prior to my flight back to LA. And it was first day of Lebaran Day.
The grudge I have is about the payment. I got this hotel from Orbitz, which gave me good price.
When checked in, I informed the officer that I will leave the hotel early because of my flight, but my mom will stay until checkout time.
He said everything's okay, he will swipe my CC and I dont need to do anything anymore when I leave.
The next morning I asked again whether I have to do another swipe, they say no need.
But what happened when my mom gave the room key was the officer said the room was not paid yet.
Which is I dont know because I already on the plane back to LA.
Luckily, theres my sister that help me do the payment.
I really disappointed with the incovenient they give to my mom, she was freaked out when she told me this like she was humiliated in front of people bec they grab her hand like as if she is a thief.
I like their welcome approach actually, and the room was really comfy. But with this experience I will never ever stay in whatver swiss bel hotel chain anymore.

ホテルは新しく綺麗で部屋も快適でした。スタッフの方も皆様、優しく良い感じでした。朝食が込みの値段でとても安かったので期待してなかったのですが種類も豊富でとても美味しくて良かったです。ですが、エキストラベッドをお願いしていたのに用意されてなかったりタオルを置き忘れたり荷物を梱包したくテープを借りたいと言うとないと言われたり色々と少しずつ足りない部分があり少し残念でした。とても良いまであと一歩だと思います。

リーズナブルで便利なホテル

リーズナブルな価格でジャカルタ郊外に用事がある場合は渋滞にあまり巻き込まれないので便利です。スタッフの距離感もいい感じです。非常に庶民的ではありますがショッピングモールに隣接しているのでクオリティを求めなければ食事、買物、両替もできて便利です。

Comfortable, modern and clean room
