Swimming pool showers area should be use safety floor, when wet conditions floors very slipper, I felt I was lucky not get hurted seriously I just got brush in my back and my bump but my bump get turned black and swelling. I have to use my own money expense for treatment.

The hotel needs renovation. The closet door won’t close so the light is always on. One of the bedside light switches is hard to operate. The towel rack in the bathroom is not fixed properly and seems to be falling off. Housekeeping knocked on my door at about 9:30 PM to offer me bottled water when I didn’t ask for any and it was already quiet time. Soundproofing is not good as I can hear the live band playing in the pool area. The road to the hotel has traffic always except early morning.

Fab place to stay in Jakarta

Brilliant hotel the room was the best we’ve had with ample space. The pool was a good size and clean. The bar menu in the lobby was awesome.

Location is in close proximity to Pondok Indah Mall, Transmart, and Lebak Bulus MRT station. The staff are friendly and helpful. My grievance is that I was given a smoking room (out of 2 rooms I ordered), and the AC in one of the rooms did not work properly.

It was a pretty straightforward hotel. Nothing jumped out and the area was a little bland. The WiFi wasn’t great and the cleaning service wasn’t up to good standards (they didn’t refill soap or toilet paper when I was clearly out and also threw out a bag of stuff that wasn’t garbage, nor was even by a garbage can). I wouldn’t stay here again, but that’s just me.

I like the big trees around the swimming pool area, but I do not like the candle placed on the outdoor dining tables by the swimming pool as it doesn't give enough light to enjoy the meal or drink, there should be a proper outdoor light

Somewhat disappointing as their white guest towels have a greyish colour so I suspect they are either too old or not washed correctly. I complained and had to check dail that they had put clean and white towels in the room.

When I first arrived at the hotel around 12, I was told that I could not check in until 2 pm. So I went to the closest mall. I came back to the hotel around 3:30 pm which the room should be ready. However the room is still not ready and I got my room around 4:30 pm. They gave me room 706. The room was pretty nice and clean. However I started to notice that the bathroom was leaking and the smell was pretty bad. I complained and they did not take care of it fast. However after arguing they finally move us to different room. I stayed for 2 nights and was asking if I can get a late check out since my flight was in the evening. They said if I want to check out at 2pm, they will charge me 25% of my booking fee. I did not have a pleasant experience from this hotel because the customer service was not friendly and not helpful!

Convenient location

The hotel is in a convenient location for those having business in South Jakarta area. Having said that it's disappointing that the rooms facing the main road are very noisy and it is hard to sleep at night with the loud sounds of cars and motorcycles almost continuously moving. The hotel must take actions to reduce this sound by installing proper sound proofing in windows and areas facing the main road. My request for a room on the quiet was not available so I had a very tiring stay there.

Staff are very kind. Location is great. Close to pondok Indah mall. Breakfast buffet is delicious - check out the burbur ayam- chicken porridge. So yummy. Beds comfortable. AC is good. Ask for a room away from main road as traffic is noisy if you are facing the road.

I turnen on the \"Do Not Disturb\" light in the room. However, the housekeeping staff keep knocking the door asking if I needed to clean the room :( .

Also the hotel is very noisy, we could hear the door in the next rooms keep slamming very often also hear the hotel staff talking thru the walkie talkie in the coridor very loudly.

Location of hotel is not far from Pondok Indah Mall (you need to grab a car to the mall). If you dont mind the 'distance' to the mall.

We checking into a 2 bedroom suites - huge room and comfortable. The hotel does look a bit tired with its current renovation.

Nearest 24 hour is KFC Fast Food - about 3-4 mins walking distance.

Staff, however are very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Well Done and Keep up the good work!!!

Only smoking room available on check-in - disgusting smell in the room and on the bedding
King bed was two single mattresses pushed together. Very uncomfortable with hard ridge down middle of bed

Excellent hotel, everything about it was good - great value, great service, good room - nice pool. All good.
The only down side is the location. It is not easy to get about in this area, only real way is by taxi (nobody walks). There are not many nearby facilities, restaurants, bars etc. The hotel has a good restaurant and bar - but if you want options - they are limited. However, I will stay there again - very good.

Great location for shopping

We stayed at Swiss-Bel Pondok Indah for 11 nights during our holiday in Jakarta. The location is great for us since it’s walking distance to pubs, restaurants and cafes. Big shopping centre is only 2 kilometres away from the hotel. Despite that there’s a major construction down the road and caused a massive traffic jam but we always manage to find an alternative route. The staffs are very friendly and helpful, but every time we ordered the room service or drinks (when we’re at the pool) it took the food and drinks soooo long to arrive. We always wonder what the held up was considering we often order our food and drinks in not busy hours. We hope that they can improve their service in this area. Overall is an OK experience to stay at Swiss-Bel Pondok Indah.

The 2BR unit was better than what we (3 ladies in our 50s) expected. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The living/kitchen/dining was compact but enough. The ensuite in the master bedroom was huge. The 2nd bathroom is a good size, too. We had room service all the time and the service was prompt. The food was only OK, at least it's available 24 hours. Breakfast was good with enough choices. Our unit is quiet and we had a good rest. The hotel is across a very big junction to a shopping centre & Carrefour and not that far from Pondok Indah Mall, but the traffic outside is pretty bad. We didn't venture out at all, as our purpose was just to rest. We got everything we needed from the hotel, including massage in the room. Will will book here again in the future.

Nice clean hotel with congested street on weekday

The hotel itself is well maintained with good service. Room service foods were good as we ordered multiple times with selection of Indonesian and Japanese menu, and breakfast buffet was also good. The hotel is clean, and the bed is a bit soft for our taste. However, the street right in front of hotel is consistently congested during M-F work day, and almost impossible to get uber as the waiting time is too long. The time for us to get back to hotel was also affected, better to tell taxi/uber to stop by at intersection (50m away) across and walk, much faster. There were always a couple of taxis standby in front of hotel we ended up always using them. Weekend was not a problem, as the road in front suddenly become empty. Minibar for the apartment suite is free (except beer), but not free for superior/deluxe room. We booked 2 rooms, one deluxe and one suite, and found out about this, they did not tell us until we asked.

2回目の出張で長期滞在をしました。部屋の清掃が80点と言ったところです。日のよってはタオルがなかっり、スリッパがなかったりとありましたが、インドネシアでは当たり前なのかもしれません。日本のおもてなしと比較するのは間違っているのかもしれません。でも、リーズナブルでいいホテルです。

ベッドメイキングはするも、シーツの交換は一度もされなかった。室内用スリッパも最初の二個だけを使いまわすのみであった。洗面用のタオルは一度使用済のものがまた整理整頓されおかれていた。これは、前日の染みが付着していたためすぐに分かった。バスマットも交換されていないことに気が付き、スタッフ向けに手紙を残した。
基本的に、連泊の場合でも同料金を支払っているにも関わらず、交換や補充がされないことが不満であった。
清潔感に欠けるため、サービスでフルーツやスイーツが部屋に置かれていたが食べるのに躊躇した。

A very good and safe hotel in southern Jakarta

Overall a very good and safe hotel in southern Jakarta, with safety guard and detectors at the entrance.

Breakfast is superb.

Very close distance to the (only) metro in Jakarta - which is top-modern. (But you need to buy a local card, e.g. in the Indomart store, prior to travel.

The hotel also has a big pool, BUT THERE IS SOMETHING WITH THE POOL WATER. After approx 15 minutes in the pool, my fingers \"shrinked\" a lot, and my old wound on my hand started to \"corrode\" (very strange feeling) - which never happens to me in a normal swimming pool.

Besides of this - I recommend to stay here.

Cockroaches / no Wi-Fi / lazy and weird staff / not enough staff at the front desk

I was shocked when I saw a cockroach at the bathroom as it was my first time to see it at any hotels in Indonesian.

I spent about 1 - 2 months in hotels in Jakarta, Jogja, or Bali...

WiFi is very hard to use almost no connection. No improvement while I am staying more than one week.

Some staff at the restaurant are excellent while others are very lazy for example 1) room keeping sometime is not good as they forgot to put hand towels, toilet paper and even inconsistent timing 2) almost a week laundry staff did not come to the room and they never keep the promise about when it was ready to returned after washed 3) front staff and security staff were always chatting or playing with their phones ... very far from friendly.
