The whole experience at the hotel was wonderful. The mattress was a little firm. The view from the 33rd floor may have been great, but the windows were very dirty. We ate all our meals there and they were all good.

The room 3809 was exquisite, spotless and my wife and i really had the best time. From our room, we had a panoramic view of Amman, which was amazing.
The amenities were excellent.
Shoutout to Abdulrahman (front desk) and Alaadin (breakfast staff). They made our stay more comfortable.

It was so easy to light the parts of the room, the television was already on and could be set to any channel for entertainment in different languages or news in English. It was extremely easy to order food and the food and drinks often came promptly and was delicious, consistent and large in portions.

I’m so glad to booked with Amman Rotana because from beginning to the end was friendly reception friendly staff when I checked in.He gave me a really nice room view in 42 floors then, when I check out, I request one hour extended and he was able to do that and more. Highly recommended nice area, all staff was great and helpful.

The property is very nice the location is amazing the rooms are clean and nice the reception is small take long time to check in they have nice lounge in the sixth floor but if you go the there be careful with the bill they add prices so you have to be careful they cheat I noticed some customers complain about that

The hotel is nice/beautiful. It’s all shining and has great amenities. The staff are very friendly and helpful. My only gripe with it is how poorly maintained it is. The bathrooms are not cleaned properly, the rugs are not vacuumed properly, the furniture is not maintained or repaired nor cleaned. Its mostly manageable now but I would not come back in a few years as I think it would not be quite bad at this point given the poor maintenance. Also, i would not give it 5 stars because of this. They have a nice dining area but it’s quite expensive. Just outside the hotel, you have loads of options in the boulevard

A lovely hotel but unfortunately it’s run like someone has only heard about how to run a hotel. Restaurants closed early, rooftop not open some nights regardless of the advertisement and to get the attention of servers you have to go and tap them on the shoulder.

I stayed for 2 nights and our reservation was a suite with access to the Business Lounge at the 42 floor, with a stunning view and excellent service.
Then we went to the suite, and we were disappointed by the cleaniess and furniture quality. The view is amazing from the 41st floor. The carpet was stainned with coffee and the floor was sticky.
We ordered food using the Room Service and the food taste was bad and did not meet what we ordered.
I complained to the Managers Ibrahim and Ahmad Abu Asal, and they decided to upgrade us to Crown Suite which was exceptional.

Like staying in a nightclub

Location and facilities are superb but it's too loud to actually sleep. It's not just background noise you can hear the lyrics word for word until 1.00am - hardly serene as advertised. Not good after a long journey from Petra. When I phoned to be asked to be moved I was given some cheap orange ear plugs that didn't work. Not exactly luxury. And the room smelled of stale cigarettes.

This is new luxury property in Amman. Everything is 5 star quality here. The rooms are spacious and clean with fantastic views of the city. It is also right across the street from a shopping center with tons of restaurants. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. If you want the absolute best in Amman then this is your place to stay.

Check in took one hour. After a long flight we had to wait as they could not find our booking for 3 people. It appeared that they wanted us to pay extra for the 3rd person in the room.
I had to make 2 phone calls to Orbitz and they said they still did not receive confirmation from Orbitz.
They blamed Orbitz for not seeing our reservation in their system.
I had to constantly check with the front desk for an update.
Considering the room rates and 5 star rating, the customer service was very poor.

This is a Rotana. If you can get a price that works for you, do it. The hotel (and the whole chain is world class) is world class, and on the off chance that you are remotely disappointed, let them know. They will make it right; promptly, with genuine care and attention.

4 STAR HOTEL WITH 1 STAR FRONT DESK STAFF

I stayed from 9-28 to 10-2 and again from 10-5 to 10-8. Each time I booked a Executive Level Suites upgraded rooms - My sister, son and I were travelling so we had two rooms. There was some issues with my second reservation and it took us hours to get it straightened up with the staff. A Mr. Rami, was sarcastically smiling at us adding to our frustration as he was telling us that our rooms had been cancelled in error. We had been travelling for hours and arrived at 6 pm. He told us to go to dinner and he would try to fix it. I told him it was a prepaid reservation and I called at 2 pm to ensure that everything was okay.. than received another call from the hotel at 4pm also confirming the reservation was set. Finally I asked to speak with the GM. After Rami was rude to my son and told him to be quiet and to simply listen to him.. keep in mind my son is 29. How dare he be so rude to us? The management knew we were upset and thus this will show in our review. My sister asked that Rami at least apologies for trying to discipline us in public on an error the hotel made.. but the hotel did not push or make an apology. I would NOT STAY HERE AGAIN DUE TO LACK OF FRONT DESK STAFF TRAINING AND ACCOUNTABILITY. On a positive side, we had amazing views from rooms 4301 and 4303. Breakfast was delicious as was Mohammad our waiter and the Assistant chef (my apologies for forgetting his name but it may have been Ahmed). Sorry Rotana, train your front desk staff better!

Generally a good hotel. BUT BUT if you are driving to and from Hotel, it is Terrible. Impossible to get there on first second or even attempt. You will find yourself in Timbuktu and especially in the evening , if you leave by driving out of Hotel, you can't get back because so many outlets are closed and you are directed to a path that leaves the hotel behind. I had to deliver the car to the valet at a 70 yard location away from entrance. Very abnormal. Can't see a solution to this other than, if possible, lift the whole facility by Helicopters or maybe by a magical act and relocate it in a better position. I feel sad for the owners of the facility. Yey found many residents, but they were taking Taxi . Smart guys, but hope they don't try to try driving a car . Also, no Room Service menu in Room. I had to wait foe 10 minutes for housekeeping to get me one. I stayed only a total of 20 hours and feel I wasted about 4 hours chasing things, password to internet etc and finding the place. Unfortunate for the owners who must have invested dearly in this otherwise, pleasant facility

We booked a Classic room with breakfast for six nights. The room looks exactly like the pictures. Lots of mirrors and floor to ceiling windows with fantastic view of Amman.
The hotel public areas and room were clean and very nice. We enjoyed our stay with a big exception. The bathroom shower floor overflowed into the bathroom floor the first time it was used. We called for it to be checked out thinking it was not draining properly. We thought the maintenance man fixed the problem but on the second use the bathroom floor again flooded. Turns out that it was a design flaw in all of the shower flooring, which the hotel is aware of, but they have chosen not to
correct. So what happens is that the water does not drain fast enough while the shower is in use and you wind up standing in about 1/2 to 1 inch of water and some of that overflows out into the bathroom floor. Since you cannot get all of the water to drain out of the shower floor, the next time anyone steps into the shower they step into water that has been standing for however long it was since the last shower use. Not acceptable from such a nice hotel.
The buffet breakfast had a very nice variety of food which we enjoyed. However, they do need to improve service since we had to ask for coffee and juice every morning and no one every asked if we needed refills.
All of the staff was friendly and helpful, with the exception of the breakfast waiters.

Physical facilities excellent and the staff are wonderful. Only caution I would have is if arranging a car for seeing the sights outside of Amman,, do NOT accept the first price (or second) that they are suggesting. You should bargain, as they do not have your interests at heart here. Understandable, I guess, as it is a business, but I was a bit disappointed in this.

Useless hotel. Security makes you feel very uncomfortable as you get constantly get checked each time you come back to your hotel. Shower is size of a closet even in the deluxe rooms. Too many rude oil rich people there who haven’t thought to buy manner lessons. Overall I would never stay here or come back to Jordan all together.

A luxurious and modern hotel with great view of Amman. Very friendly staffs, room is spacious and comfortable. Everything was perfect nearly with one little drawback: the hotel is located near a big intersection, roads were so confusing. We had a rental car, got lost several times by following the google map.
