Celino is not a massive facility in size; therefore, with a relatively small number of guests (even in full occupancy), the lobby and dining area is never crowded. The staff have enough time to genuinely dedicate their full attention to your comfort. Whatever assistance I needed was immediately attended to- no waiting on reception to take your call, breakfast was in abundance.
Eventhough the resturant doesnt provide lunch, dinner the staff allow you to order in if you wish- huge flexibility.

Our stay at Celino Hotel exceeded our expectations for a three star hotel. From exceptional staff to cleanliness throughout, wow, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Beds were comfortable. Hot water good. Water pressure could have been a bit better but that was minor. Also ahowereadsaitclosetoshowertower. But this is minor as well. Room equipped with mini fridge, sink & kettle.

I came to do my humanitarian aid work for Gaza and in Jordan. I was not able to rest well my first few nights due to noisy patrons upstairs which I reported to the front desk. Then Rami switched my room and it was a little better, but still there were a lot of families with many people who stayed in one hotel room down the hall from me on the second floor and it became a very noisy and distracting place. Rami tried to accomodate, but I ended up leaving early because I could not focus on my work. The front desk staff and housekeepers were polite, but I did not find it to be as quiet as it was last time I stayed here. I don't think I will return.

The Celino is a nice place to stay close to the city centre, but is on a quiet street. The staff is amazing - very helpful and inviting. The rooms are good as well as the included breakfast. When back in Amman, we will stay at the Celino again.

Good budget hotel in the middle of Amman, convenient for all of the local sites, we used Uber to get around as it was tricky to walk anywhere as it is surrounded by main roads. This was not an issue as there was no road noise and Ubers are really cheap. Breakfast was good with a selection of meat, cheese, breads and yogurts etc.
Room was spacious and clean , shower temperature control was not thermostatuc, so was tricky to get it warm.

It has a lovely patio outside to have breakfast or a cup of tea. They also have a tea station available for guests throughout the day. Breakfast is good with a lot of variety.

I selected Celino Hotel primarily due to its good location within walking distance after alighting from the Sariyah Express Airport Shuttle Bus at 4th Circle. There was roadwork at 4th Circle on the day of my arrival, and the airport bus dropped me at Queen Noor Street outside Jordan Hospital, which was even nearer to Celino Hotel (it took me a 10 minute slow walk). Since I arrived at 6:10am, which was much earlier than the official check-in time of 3pm, I was expecting to just deposit my large luggage and wait for my room to be ready some hours later, but was pleasantly surprised when the hotel offered me a temporary room for early check-in, inclusive of a complimentary buffet breakfast. This is an excellent level of customer service that I have never encountered elsewhere. I would like to specially commend the good services provided by Abdel Aziz, who also helped me to arrange a driver for a day visit to Dead Sea at a very reasonable rate. The hotel buffet breakfast spread is delightful, especially the watermelon and honeydew which were always juicy and sweet. Although Abdali Mall is pretty nearby on the map, walking there from Celino Hotel can be a challenge due to heavy traffic along Sulayman Al-Nabulsi Street, and the absence of clearly defined pedestrian crossings. It does take a while for someone new to get used to the way of crossing such busy streets in Amman.

I have stayed at plenty of 5 star hotels over the years, Celino hotel was amazing. The hotel treated me like family and not as a guest. The hotel was in a quiet residential area, very clean and fairly new with modern amenities and in close proximity to all restaurants, malls and shopping. The breakfast menu was changed from boring and bland to wholesome and delicious with tons of options on my last day, which was going to be permanent. Amazing.... Rami the manager was great. I stayed a total of 10 days, will come again. Uber rides from the hotel was no more than 2 or 3 dollars in all directions one way. Will definitely come again. 5 stars.

Celino Hotel is in a decent part of Amman, and we could easily walk to the Boulevard Mall to find several food options. The walk is close, but you do have to cross some big roads with no crosswalks, but that is normal in middle eastern cities. Rooms were clean. We were supposed to get a second twin bed, but it was just the couch and wasn't comfortable.

The price was fair. Approximately $70 USD for a 1 night stay. The bed was very firm for my liking. The water in the shower was mildly warm at best and the wifi did not work. At checkout, the employee was asleep at the desk with his alarm loudly going off repeatedly. No frills hotel. Decent for a 1 night stay if you’re not expecting luxury.

We had a wonderful stay here for two nights as a base to explore Amman. The hotel is central but in a quiet area. The staff were very friendly and accomodating, rooms clean and comfy beds. Only drawback is that you can hear a little noise from other rooms and corridor.

This was an okay hotel if you just plan to sleep here for a few hours. I reserved a non-smoking room but the room clearly reeked of lingering cigarette smoke and could not sleep well due to this. If you are sensitive as I am, probably best to avoid this hotel. Otherwise, location and cost were both decent.

I had a nice over night at this hotel. The walls are a bit thin, you can hear the people in the rooms around you very well. Not recommended if you want privacy. The location is good for getting around the city and the service is very good, they assist you with whatever you may have a question with. The breakfast is a local type with breads, hummus, cheese, a deli type meat, tea, coffee... It's sufficient to begin the day, but not an american style breakfast. The room was comfortable and clean. The toilet seat was lose and I needed more toilet paper. After contacting the front desk, those issues were corrected very quickly. Very convenient location in my opinion for getting around the city and not expensive. Not as plush as more expensive hotels but good for an overnight stay for business or touring the city.

Very pleasant stay! Staff was really nice, helping us with prices and directions. They had coffee and dates everyday. Breakfast is insanely big (very filling). The room itself is large, having a living room and couch, big bathroom, and a small kitchenette. Only real issue we had (my wife and I) was the hotel location sometimes confused the Uber/taxi drivers. I think this place is a great value for the money. You can have a long walk (50min) to the major attractions or shorter walk (15min) to local restaurants/mall.

We booked a non smoking room and the entire floor and room still reeked of smoke. The rooms are pretty big and spacious but the smell of smoke gave us headaches. Glad we only stayed for one night. Rooms are a little dated but we weren’t expecting much. There was a kid screaming for awhile and we could hear everything from the paper thin walls.

The staffs would smoke in the staircases and stink the whole hotel hall way. I guess it is their culture to smoke inside the building instead of smoking outside. I'm glad I do not have a severe asthma or allergies to smoke. The hotel itself was great. I have a spacious room and clean bathroom.

Spacious room with Sitting room/kitchenette area and large bedroom with king size bed. We booked two adjoining rooms and it worked out very nicely for our family. The space was very nice and comfortable. Bathroom was a good size and had good water pressure as well as plenty of hot water. Location is walking distance to a mall for dining and shopping or a quick taxi/Uber ride to the Roman theatre and other historic sites. Reception was very welcoming and helpful with advise about the area and they arranged a car to pick us up from the airport which was very much appreciated as the driver met us with a sign and made it all very easy. Great service all around and a nice place to stay.
