Hotel is starting to show its age. Furniture in the room was laminate with some of the edges peeled off, hinges behind bathroom door were all dusty and had fuzz hanging off them, and the floors in the elevator were very dirty.

Also was popcorn on the sofa. The breakfast was good with good choices. We were unable to get anyone to answer the front desk phone on the morning so had to go in person to ask. It was close to restaurant and not far from all the local sites etc. The air conditioning worked fine but too much room deodorizer was used and we have allergies so it was to the point we were itching and sneezing. And old carpet does need replaced. The breakfast was good. Staff at front desk was very pleasant and informative.

Very dirty, my daughters socks were black within five minutes of walking around the room. Trash left from the previous people. Comforter and sheets smelled so HEAVILY of cheap soap I had a migraine all night. Over was an awful stay and we left feeling dirty and gross.

I was so impressed!! The staff is friendly and went above and beyond for us. I messed up our return date by a day, and they switched it for me with zero hassle and zero annoyance in their tone. The property is nice and clean, and the lawn maintenance was impeccable. The only turn off was the condition of the pool area. It was quite dirty with lots of spiders and such in the corners, but I’ve found that most places are the exact same. Kids still had a blast swimming! I would go back here over and over! Fantastic experience!
