Beim einchecken waren wir noch sehr positiv gestimmt, auf unsere Nachfrage nach einem Zimmer ohne Teppichboden wurden uns Optionen und eine Alternative geboten, Ausstattung und Einrichtungen sind in die Jahre gekommen, das ist auch okay - so lange es sauber ist. Das war es leider nicht, wir fanden Haare und an der ein oder anderen Stelle Schmutz, wie ein komplett verklebter und verdreckter Badezimmertürgriff. Dies haben wir am nächsten Tag an der Rezeption angesprochen, es wurde nicht wirklich zugehört oder ernst genommen. Deswegen waren wir auch wenig verwundert, dass nichts zusätzlich geputzt wurde, als wir am Abend zurückkamen. Erwartungen an ein 4-Sterne-Hotel wurden hier somit nicht erfüllt.

This was a very nice quality hotel in a nice area along with sea views. The hotel has a great restaurant along with a coffee shop and store on site. Our room was upgraded to a suite that was huge with a separate living room area. The bedroom was massive with a very comfortable bed and nice blackout curtains. We slept so good and we loved that they offer a pillow menu. The bathroom is fully stocked with amenities to cover all your needs. The best part of the stay was the staff. Tolga checked us in and created an excellent experience even before our stay. He replied to my Expedia request immediately, was very professional and helpful about the area. He even spoke great English which helped. We highly recommend this property.

Staff is very friendly and professional. Excellent service. The hotel was being renovated a little before the start of the leak summer season. As a result it was very noisy sometimes - at night, I could hear loud water running through the pipes. Also, the gym is very basic. However, there is a very good gym around the corner

Great Stay

We enjoyed our stay.

Hotel was modern and elegantly decorated. Good location, walking distance from cafe, restaurants and supermarket. We received free upgrade to beautiful spacious suite.

Gentle man at reception (Tolga Demirci) with amazing attitude provided outstanding help and information during our stay.

Bad facility

All the suites are on the 7th floor which has been added later to the building unfortunately the contractor seems to have tried cutting the cost and did not instal the toilet vent pipes and the suites smell like sewers. In 2 nights I was moved twice, most of the staff cannot speak except Turkish so communication is a bit challenging. The rooms seem to have been badly maintained . The hotel is about a kilometer away from the beach
Hygiene in the rooms was not that great there where left over crumbs on the sofa, bed sheets seemed that they have not been changed from the previous guest

Although communication is difficult I have to mention that most staff where so helpful and friendly except for the ones in the Resturant whom don’t even ask the guest tea or coffee over breakfast

Thank you Orhan, Ali and Fatima for all your support over the two days I would have loved to stay more but the property was not something that could be tolerated.

Have to admit that most hotels in Trabzon have wonderful staff but the facilities are very bad. The hotel rating system should be reviewed for the region

Hotel was great, location is amazing and rooms were spacious and clean, yet when we did the check in, we couldn’t find any towels and soap and took them the next day to bring the soap. Then on another time we called the restaurant to order fruit basket to the room, and due to language barrier, we found them bringing a juice instead

The hotel is very big but with only two elevators which made it hard to go out of and into the room. The service is not good. I asked them for an adapter and they said I have to pay for it. They don’t refill the shampoo, toilet paper or water. I have to ask them every time to do so.

Executive suite excellent for families but not for couples, not worth paying extra for sea view because you can't see much, no beverage, coffee or tea available in the room only water, very clean and spacious.

Disappointing

check in time is two o’clock but they delayed me 40 minutes with out saying sorry, my booking for sea view and none smoking I was given no view at all and cigarettes ashes every were, the stuff of this hotel don’t know the meaning of smile, the best two gentlemen in hotel were the bell boys

It was average hotel . The good things are it is near the airport & the are few places near it (eg kadicoy , florya mall etc). They also have free car service from & to airport. The bad things are no public transport neaeby , most of taxis dont know the place.

Close to Airport

Enjoyable at Park Dedeman because the location is easily accessable and can use the gps to go natural sides of trabzon with Hotel location brside it close to variety of resturants, cafes & mall in the city. only one disadvantge point that is a bit far from the \"midan trabzon\"

Otel her anlamda mükemmeldi çalışanlar kusursuz ve bilgiliydi fakat konakladığımız tarihte yabancı bir gurup gezisine denk geldik. Resmen yam yam sürüsü fareler ile konaklasam daha iyiydi
Kahvaltı yaparken balgam çıkaran burun sümküren hepsi zeytini yiyerek çekirdeği diğer çekirdeklere atan yani burnumuzdan geldi konaklama.

Personellerden özellikle neslihan hanım bizleri in şikayetini anlayarak memnun etmeye çalıştı kendisine ve diğer personellere çok teşekür ederiz.
