Not 4 star and definitely no palace.

This is Definitely not a 4 star Hotel. The facilities are run down. Pool was dirty, full of leaves and un usable. Pool furniture was old and broken. It would have been nice to use pool during 35 degrees summer heat but we couldn't. Room was outdated and airconditioning had no remote to adjust temperature so we had to pull plug out of wall to switch off when going to bed. Mattress was old and dirty. Pillows were unssuportive and only one flat sheet supplied. No daily housekeeping and was told its every two days but it didnt happen even then. Hotel satff said you need to leave keys at reception so housekeeping is done every 2 days. Breakfast was also dissapounting as its not a full breakfast. Very basic cold breakfast some boiled eggs, bread but no toaster, slice of cheese, ham and no fruit.

This is a hostel not a hotel. It bears little resemblance to the pictures shown.

If you want a bed to sleep in, then it is fine, but there are no frills here! No shower curtains, dirty floors, used glasses and rubbish in corridors. Breakfast was very basic, there is no working bar at the moment.

The pool is unsafe and not being appropriately treated. The pool steps are loose, the tiles around the pool are also loose. Algae is growing around the walls, water levels are not topped up, there is plant debris floating and random chlorine tablets chucked in the bottom of the pool.

Saving grace was the taverna across the road, which was excellent. Getting into Athens was difficult, we took a taxi for €25 each way.

Very disappointing stay could not even buy a bottle of water. No restaurant as advertised, room dirty and not even a bar of soap in the bathroom.. breakfast was to start at 07.00 by 07.25 we were still waiting..not a 4* and not even 1star..

When I made the booking was because two things in particular, the swimming pool and the gym, when we got there the swimming pool was dirty and the Receptionist said that the owner don't allow people in the gym, which was very weird and annoying.
Also the misleading information, there was no \"Daily housekeeping\", we arrived on Monday 1 the May 2023 and the cleaning was made on Thursday after a lot of complains they cleaned the room and they justified themselves saying that the person does the cleaning every two days, even so the cleaning of our rooms was made after 4 days!!
Also, they don't have room service, even though they say that they have available everything that it is on the menu, one night I called to ask for hot chocolate and they said that the only thing that they have from the menu was coffee.
The breakfast was very dissapointing, it was coffee and some cereals, with bread, in their website said: \"full breakfast\". Another misleading information.
At night it was very noisy, they have some kids staying, we asked the reception to tell them not to run or make a lot of noise after 11pm, but at 3am the kids were running and making a lot of noise.
The Hotel is not 4 stars, for me is 1 and that is very generous, is not what is advertise for.
We will never come back to this hotel.

The minimum provided and room as requested must say , plus modest breakfast included, and free planking indeed , so I was happy to pay the price.
Just the pool wasn’t ready to use at all and we really hoped to enjoy it unfortunately - maybe because of early spring … otherwise not bad - thanks 🙏

The Hotel was good, but not like 4 stars. the area was good with beauful veiw around , but was too far to city centre . getting bus for going was ok but coming back was very bad, specially during the night. No any local shops , or supper market around. no taxi . We called to uber and uber taxi , but uber not covering the area. Also breakfast was included which wasnt good at all . everyone can hear each other from other rooms. Hotel is good only for someone has a car , otherwise , traveling is very difficult and will cost you double. The receptionists are young , very kind and helpfull.

Air conditioning in our room was not working on the first day, so we had to changed the room. Same night I called the reception for some information, I called several times but nobody answered. I had to go downstairs myself and to my surprise, I saw the receptionist (Man) sitting on the sofa ignoring my calls. Apart from these issues on my first night, the remaining days were fantastic. Other receptionist are fantastic especially, all the girls. The hotel has a potential to do better than its doing right now if more efforts are put in by the owners and the staffs. Quiet environment and good sized rooms.

The service here was great. They organised taxis for us (as it is a bit far from public transport). One morning we had an island cruise that started early and the nightshift front desk guy even prepared a breakfast for us since we were up before the buffet opened.

We had the pool to ourselves, and it was certainly great to dive in there after a hot day.

The room was spacious and similar to other hotels available in this price range in Europe.

For those of you expecting an actual palace – look at the photos. It's not 5 star, but it was a great way to get away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Athens.

Nice for the price.

I would suggest renting a car; taxis are expensive in Athens. The staff was super helpful. The guy hung out with me, taught me Greek, and even gave me a couple free drinks. They coordinated taxis and offered good suggestions.

The hotel is some distance from airport. Google maps will help to find it easily.
The hotel is in a rather isolated area. Not really much around it at walking distance such as shops , supermarkets.

The hotel has plenty of space for parking. It is new and accomodations are reasonable.
Definetely, much better quality and money value compared to hotels of similiar prize located more centrally.

Worst hotel bed bugs!

This has to be the worst hotel I have every stayed at in my life. It is very far from the airport. My taxi driver got lost as it doesn't not appear on the GPS. Cost me 150 euros just to get there. I checked in with my two daughters as I walked in the room it smelled bad like musty it felt really hot. I mentioned it to the guy he said it was fine AC was working to give it some time. The sheets were a stained and beds were really hard. To top it off I was awaken around 4 am with itchiness all over my body I go look to the mirror and realize I have a lot of bumps like bed bug bites all over my back. I go check on my girls and their legs and back have the same marks. I immediately packed my things and left I told the guy at the reception desk and he was not helpful he was very rude. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL IT'S HORRIBLE!!

Poor Hotel for a 4 Star

For a 4 Star Hotel is was poor.

The room fridge didn't work.
No hot water on the first day of five
No internet on one of the days of five / internet only in hotel lobby
Day staff really lovely and helpful but one of the evening staff had terrible customer service
Bed linen not changed out during the stay and towels were changed when requested and even then only small towels could be provided.
The whole hotel needed a full makeover but clearly it is being impacted upon due to the poor economic climate.
The hotel is a long way to the main part of Athens approx 20 Euro taxi. Lots of restaurants nearby but most shut down and those that are open didn't have many patrons - no atmosphere
I wouldn't recommend the hotel especially

The room was not what I expected . You could see there was definitely maintenance issues not addressed. As for breakfast . What breakfast ? A few pieces of dried bread to choose from and sliced cheese and some cereal . Would definitely give this place a miss

Not what i expected

It was not a hotel i would 100% recommend, The way it is shown on the internet is not true,i ould not rate it a 4 star hotel, it needs new furniture, the TV was not working(bc it didnt have the new digital channels), there weren't any tissues, drinking glasses or shampoo/conditioner in the room.The swimming pool was dirty and that was one thing i was looking forward to.

Nice hotel. But very far away from the main attractions.

Nice hotel. Not much to do in the area. lots of local restaurants in the area. 135€ black taxi from the airport to the hotel. but only 45€ back to the airport - local taxis. Have to take a cpl of buses and a train to the main attractions. but confusing as nothing is written in english. so we bipassed the idea and just stayed at the hotel pool. pool not sanitary, looked like a swamp, but nice weather and free sunbeds are provided. many stray animals in the area. not many of them are friendly so watch out. overall experience okay. but wouldnt go there again. breakfast standard, bread and cereal, coffee etc. not anything wow!

I had no idea

Somehow I booked this hotel by accident. I read a bunch of great reviews about a hotel and then went to book it and all I can figure is I clicked on the wrong one. So, my mistake and it was a big one. Here is what you need to know.

Air conditioning never worked well enough to completely cool the room. This was June, nit August, so outside temps were about 90 not 100 and yet it was HOT inside. There is no A/C outside of the rooms in the common areas.

The staff wad for the most part, helpful. The breakfast was very basic but good for what it was. The hotel is at least a 30 minute drive from the city and from the airport and from the cruise ship port. The pool was very dirty. The beds were similar to laying on plywood.

That's pretty much it. Oh wait, there were no shower curtains. We had three rooms between us and none had a shower curtain. Very odd.

Nice hotel, clean and decent breakfast. North of the city, about 35-40 mins drive to the Airport which was convieniant for us coming down from Thessaloniki. Plenty of restaurants on the street, however not much else close by unless you have a car.

When we arrived at the hotel we found it was a long way from the city or any train station. The hotel had NO air conditioning as advertised. Also the swimming pool that looks great in the pictures was un swimable. It has never been cleaned. It was green and only suitable for frogs and snakes.
As for the staff, well they where not so good either they where mostly rude and unhelpful , and the hotel only has english speakers during the day, at night and in the evening it is a greek speaker. There is not 24hour room service either.
They helped us with no tours or trips and only really helped us by booking taxi's for us which took about 20 - 30 mins to get there. Over all I would not recommend this hotel at all. look at others there are cheaper and better nearer the city. The one good thing here is that there are many resturants near the hotel and they do serve good food but again you can get this also in the city. We were very dissapointed in this Hotel.

Une honte cet hôtel !!
Je ne le recommande a personne ! Passez votre chemin de toute urgence !!!
J’y suis restée que quelques heures et heureusement,
Tout est sale, pas de lumière dans les parties communes, tout est cassé même la rembarde d’escalier.
Cet hôtel devrait fermer c’est une honte qu’il soit proposé sur des plateformes !

No words to describe...very very bad..in every way. No service. we stayed 3 nights our rooms were never cleared. The room had so many wrongs..not even the curtains were straight broken and covered half the balcon door...breakfast was terrible...everything cold

Bestellt waren Doppelbetten, bekommen haben wir zwei Einzelbetten. Schimmel im Bad. Keine Vorhänge vor den Fenstern. Kühlschränke die nicht funktionieren und auch nicht repariert oder ersetzt wurden. Offene Elektoleitungen. Zimmer wurden nicht gereinigt da nur ein Schlüssel für jedes Zimmer vorhanden war. Selbst den Müll mussten wir selbst entsorgen. Das Frühstück war sehr überschaulich, das Rührei war immer flüssig und da es niemand gegessen hat wurde es nach vier Tagen nicht mehr angeboten. Es gab überhaupt kein Wechsel im Angebot. Die Angestellten waren sehr hilfsbereit aber wenn das Management nicht möchte können die Angestellten nichts dafür.

il primo giorno che siamo arrivati diciamo tutto ok.
quando siamo rientrati il pomeriggio successivo mancavano gli asciugamani e la stanza non era rifatta, piu che altro gli asciugamani e i bagnoschiuma. Sono andato in Reception e dopo varie lamentele sono riuscito a farmi dare due asciugamani per il viso, meno male che i bagnoschiuma li avevo.
Stessa cosa è successo il giorno dopo,niente asciugamani e niente bagnoschiuma, e anche li il signore della reception è riuscito a rimediare ancora con due asciugamani per le mani. il giorno dopo gia dalla mattina mi sono raccomandato che la sera non succedesse di nuovo e cosi è successo.
Non è possibile una cosa del genere.

Keine Weiterempfehlung für ein 4 Sterne Hotel

Ich weiß wirklich nicht wie das Hotel die 4 Sterne bekommen hat. Wir hatten ein 2er Zimmer gebucht und direkt schon an der Ankunft gab es im Zimmer nur ein Bade- und Handtuch. Zusätzlich fehlte auch ein Tuch was man vor der Badewanne auflegt. So mussten wir erstmal Bescheid geben um alles richtig zu bekommen. Das Zimmer an sich, sah im ersten Blick schön aus. ABER danach mussten wir feststellen, dass die Balkontür gar nicht zu ging und unsicher war. Was ich natürlich direkt gemeldet habe. Das sollte dann am nächsten morgen repariert werden, ist aber NIE geschehen. Zusätzlich schrauben an der Wand die rausgehangen haben. In den 6 Tagen wurde kein mal gereinigt. Erst nachdem wir mehrmals Bescheid gegeben haben, wurde am 5 Tag das Zimmer gereinigt. Wir mussten mehrmals nach Toilettenpapier nachfragen oder nach neuen Handtücher Set. Die Mülleimer mussten wir jeden Tag selbst leeren. An 3 Tagen mussten wir sogar kalt duschen, da der Tank der Anlage leer war und das keiner gemerkt hat. Die Zimmermädchen waren sehr unfreundlich und arrogant. Man wurde komisch angeschaut und auch über einen gelästert. Beispiele dazu waren z.B. \"Wo hat der das gesehen, dass man jeden Tag das Zimmer reinigt\". Als Frühstück gab es auch jeden Tag das gleiche. Schlimm hier war z.B. die Wasserkanne mit dem heißen Wasser. Sobald man die geöffnet hab gab es im Wasser schwarze kleine Stückchen. Hmmm herrlich!! Leider reichen die restlichen Wörter nicht hier rein und ich muss an einer anderen Stelle weiter...

Aufpassen! Kein 4 Sterne Hotel.

Das war leider die schlimmste Erfahrung die ich je gemacht habe und muss hier eine Kurzfassung davon reinschreiben.
In den wenigen Tagen wurde kein mal gereinigt im Zimmer oder Müll entsorgt. Ich musste das selbst machen. Das Hotel würde von mir persönlich eine Minus Bewertung erhalten. Die Zimmermädchen waren richtig frech und arrogant. Die Rezeptionmitarbeiter waren zum Glück \"nett\". Zumindest haben die jedes mal versucht zu helfen, soweit es ging. Man hatte aber das Gefühl, dass die auch keine Lust dazu hatten. Anscheinend interessiert es die Hotelmitarbeiter dort gar nicht, was es bedeutet einen Kunden zu gewinnen. Man wurde sogar doof angemacht, weil man nach Toilettenpapier nachgefragt hat. Richtig schrecklich. Auf gar keinen Fall zum weiterempfehlen. Zusätzlich gab es auch 2 Tage kein Warmwasser, weil das Gas von der Anlage leer war. So musste ich mit meiner Frau kalt duschen. Das beste hab ich für den Schluss gelassen. An einem Abend kurz nachdem wir das Zimmer betreten haben, musste wir feststellen das wir im Zimmer Besuch hatten. Der Besuch war eine Maus, was ich natürlich auch direkt dem Mitarbeiter am Empfang mitgeteilt habe!! Natürlich hat das auch keinen Interessiert. Es gab auch keine Stellungnahme. Oh ja bitte passt auf falls Ihr dort für eine Nacht hingeht. Das Hotel kennt wirklich nicht was Hygiene bedeutet!! Die restlichen Details kommen über die Google Rezensionen. Przez pierwsze 2 doby musiliśmy być zakwaterowani w pokoju niższej kategorii. Nie chodzi mi już o warunki ale o fakt że zapłaciłem za większy pokój. A oprócz tego śniadania tragiczne i czystość pozostawia dużo do życzenia… Według mojej opinii ten hotel zasługuje na max 2*

Das Hotel war alt und in die Tage gekommen. Kein Zummerservice sowie kein Frühstück bekommen obwohl ich es gebucht hatte. Betten mussten wir selbst beziehen und Klopapier klauen. Handtücher gabs auch keine frischen.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν πενταβρώμικα γεμάτο τρίχες και λερωμένες κουρτίνες το μπάνιο χάλια ουτε κουρτίνες μια εικόνα εγκατάλειψης δωμάτιο 276 και 277 και δεν μας έδωσαν απόδειξη για κανένα απο τα δυο δωμάτια

Det var trevlig personal som gjorde sitt bästa trots Covid problemet som ställt hela branschen på ända. Dock tycker jag att frukost var dålig så den köpte vi själva och hade på rummet. Sängen var alldeles för hård pga avsaknad av bäddmadrass. El ska vi inte ens gå in på med tanke på säkerhet, den var 😧

Chambre spacieuse avec un balcon donnant vue sur un joli paysage.
L'hôtel est un peu excentré de la ville d'Athènes et il n'y avait pas de serviettes de bain ni d'essuie-pieds.
Prévoir l'usage de taxi (ou compter environ 1h30 pour rejoindre Athènes en transports)

Hotel abandonné

L'hôtel se situe dans une zone desserte loin de transports en commun. Je pense avent la crise grec il y avait des séjour tout compris dans cette zonne. L hôtel c'est laissé dégradée tout à petit. (crépis qui s'enlève. Très peu éclairage. Une devanture qui ne correspond pas avec les photo du site.) le sourire et l'accueil chaleureux en option. Le ménage n'est pas fait tous les jours, alors que c'est indiquer ménage tout les jours. Pour conclure cette hôtel correspond plutôt à 2 étoile
