The location has an amazing view of Lake Garda. Great pools for families. The breakfast is continental. We had some animal in the wall making noise every night and the staff was not helpful in finding a solution to the noise.

We had a pleasant vacation at the Royal Village. We wanted indoor + outdoor pools, a kids club and a fair price. We got all three. Two outdoor pools with sunbeds were busy, but not overcrowded. The breakfast was more than adequate for our needs. Our 7-year old daughter was happy with the miniclub. The 10-minute walk down to the beach and the center was not a problem at all. But is this a 4-star hotel? I doubt it. The facilities are great but the rooms - at least ours in the main building - are really outdated. If there was any renovation made, then we would definately talk about 4 stars.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Leider hatten wir jedoch ein Problem mit dem Badezimmer: Es kam ein unangenehmer Geruch aus der Dusche, der wohl von der Kanalisation stammte. Da das Bad an sich sauber war, wissen wir nicht genau, woher der Gestank plötzlich kam. Wir mussten die Tür geschlossen halten, um den Geruch nicht im Zimmer zu haben. Werde auf keinen Fall mehr im selben Hotel schlafen!!!

Insgesamt gepflegte Hotelanlage mit toller Aussicht auf den Gardasee. Zwei schöne Poolbereiche. Das Zimmer selbst war in einem alten Zustand und verfügte über eine sehr laute Klimaanlage. Die Verpflegung ist auf Pauschaltouristen ausgerichtet (grosse Buffets in einem grossen Speisesaal mit ungemütlicher Beleuchtung), die Qualität der Speisen aber erstaunlich gut. Insgesamt ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Die Lage des Hotels ist nicht unbedingt optimal. Bis zur Bushaltestelle oder Hafen braucht man zu Fuß 25 Minuten.

Wir waren eine Woche dort, unser Aufenthalt war im allgemeinen super schön. Das essen war jedentag sehr sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Sehr gut ist auch das Abends bei Halbpension die Getränke inklusive sind. Das Hotel war sehr sauber, das Personal sehr nett, nur die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen was aber übethaupt nicht schlimm ist da es bisschen diesen Mediterranen Stil ausmacht.

Alles perfekt, außer man möchte etwas Internet (max. 200kb/s) odee man isst veggie oder vegan. Länger als zwei Tage schafft man es nicht dann lieber lokal was suchen zum essen.

richtige Wahl getroffen, schöne Unterkunft mit sehr modern eingerichteten Zimmern. (wir waren im Neubau ->Villa Blumen) - Verpflegung HP/Frühstück vom Buffet wobei hier die Vorspeisen beim Abendessen sehr lecker sind. Hauptgang/Dessert sind ok, wobei man hier jetzt keinen Michelin Stern erwarten darf (3 verschiedene Hauptspeisen sowie zusätzlich Pasta Variationen). Getränke bei den Mahlzeiten inkl. - Betreffend speziellen Anforderungen wie z.B. Glutenunverträglichkeit gibt man sich Mühe diese zu erfüllen. Entsprechende glutenfreie Produkte wie Nudeln, Brot, Kuchen sind vorrätig. Eine Kontamination bei den zubereiteten nicht glutenhaltigen Gerichten kann jedoch leider nicht ausgeschlossen werden. Dies wird auch so kommuniziert. Auf Rückfrage werden aber z.B. Pommes extra in einem neuem Öl frittiert.

Die Restaurants-naja, ich sag mal so, man wird satt. Geschmack ist ja immer subjektiv, aber uns hing es nach 5 Tagen zum Halse raus.
Beim Frühstück immer das gleiche, Kochschinken völlig Geschmacklos und labbrig, 1 Sorte Scheibenkäse nicht der Brüller, 1 Sorte Salami ganz ok, Rührei wässrig, Spiegelei ist gekochtes Ei in einer dicken Scheibe, der Koch hat scheinbar noch nie Spiegelei zubereitet, Brötchen sehr geschmackloses Gebäck,
Kaffee hat mit deutschem Filterkaffee nichts gemeinsam, der Cappuccino geht so gerade, Automatengebräu halt

Die Lage des Hotels ist grundsätzlich ok. Ärgerlich war die Geruchsbelästigung auf unserem speziell gebuchten Balkon mit Seeblick. Die Fortluft der Hotelküche führte morgens und abends zur eingeschränkten Nutzbarkeit. Unsere Reklamation interessierte das Personal kein bisschen.

Das Hotel ist sehr auf Massenabfertigung im Sommer ausgelegt, was sicher seine Berechtigung hat.Bei schlechtem Wetter sind die funktionalen Zimmer relativ ungemütlich.

Die Unterkunft ist an sich sehr schön, auf dem Berg hat man einen tollen Ausblick auf den Gardasee und ins Zentrum gelangt man innerhalb einer viertel Stunde zu Fuß (der Rückweg ist allerdings bergauf). Leider gibt es in den Zimmern Plastik Becher zum Zähne putzen.. nicht sehr umweltfreundlich. Wir hatten zu wenig Klopapier am Zimmer und mussten dann im Schlafanzug zur Rezeption laufen, weil die Mitarbeiter das anscheinend nicht aufs Zimmer bringen konnten. Ansonsten hat es uns gut gefallen, beim Frühstück gibt es zwar nicht ciel Auswahl aber es ist für jeden etwas dabei.

Uns hat dieses Hotel sehr gut gefallen, das Frühstück war reichhaltig und es war immer genügend da. Die Poolanlagen sind richtig toll und bestens gepflegt. Da wir keine Halbpension hatten, kann ich zum Essen keine Angaben machen. Ich kann nur sagen, wir werden dort wieder buchen. :-) :-) :-)

The hotel is fabtastic with children: many pools, trampoline, play areas etc and a safe surrounding. Excellent, spacious, very clean room, comfy beds, very quiet. Breakfast very good. There is a steep hill to walk up everytime you come back from the centre, so if you don’t like walking, that might be an issue. The view from everywhere in the hotel is breathtaking!

Auch Reiseteilnehmer, die schlecht zu Fuß sind, können in diesen Genuss kommen, da das Hotel selbst einen Shuttle-Service anbietet. Für die An- und Abreise kann kurzzeitig im Hof vor/nahe der Rezeption geparkt werden. Die Parkplatzsituation während der Hauptsaison ist auf den nahe gelegenen Hauptparkplätzen etwas schwierig. Wenn man spät dran ist, gibt es \"weiter entfernte\" (ca. 150m) Parkplätze den Berg hoch, die auch nachts abgesperrt werden.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Zur Verpflegung gibt es zwei Restaurants (Italienisches Restaurant mit Anmeldung gegen Aufpreis) mit reichhaltigen und abwechslungsreichem Buffet.
Die Anlage wird täglich ohne Störung der Gäste gepflegt. Ebenso die tägliche Zimmerreinigung mit frischen Handtüchern muss erwähnt werden. (Nicht, dass wir besonders viel Schmutz verursacht hätten... ;) )

Wir sind mittags angereist und konnten gleich ins Zimmer, das war super! Die Dame meinte wir sollen später mochmal kommen um zu bezahlen, das nahmen wir an und gingen in die Stadt.

Das Hotel ist sauber und dad Personal dehr freundlich. An einigen Stellen hatvdas Hotel Renovierungsbedarf. Das Hochbett im Familienzimmer z.B. sollte mit einer festgeschraubten Leiter versehen sein. Auch könnte in den Zimmern ein Wasserkocher standardmäßig sein. Besonders, wenn man mit Kleinkindern reist, ist das praktisch. Zettel, Stifte, Gläser, Mülleimer, etc. Braucht man zwar nicht immer, aber manchmal schon .

Das Zimmer, war eine bessere Besenkammer, mit zerkratzten Wänden (von Koffer, da der Abstand zwischen Bett und Wand nur etwa 60 cm war ) und die Luft im Zimmer war moderich und muffig. wir kehrten sofort zur Reception zurück und verlangten \"freundlich\" ein anderes Zimmer. Wir waren auch durchaus bereit in eine höhere Kategorie zu wechseln, falls dies möglich sei. Unfreundlich sagten sie uns, dass sie keine Zimmer mehr frei hätten und übrigens hätten sie auch das Geld von Hotels.com noch nicht bekommen.
Keine Ahnung, was das Eine mit dem Anderen zu tun hat. Jedenfalls reisten wir ab, mit einer Quittung von der Reception, dass wir das Geld zurück bekommen würden.
