The rooms were clean, hospitality was so pleasant. Toilets were tall enough that we didn’t struggle getting up and down. The only suggestion I would share is placing the mirror over the desk instead of the bench. This allows people to continue to use as a desk but, provide a place for ladies to do their makeup and hair. Especially, those with small children to keep an eye on and older adults who have difficulty standing. Thank you for a nice stay.

The room was clean. The hotel in general is very standard, nothing is exceptional or welcoming. The heated pool is only heated on weekends, water was definitely much cooler by Sunday evening. The young lady at the front desk in the afternoon/evening is not friendly, she isn’t rude but definitely not friendly either.

There was only one chair to sit on (besides the desk chair) no table to eat. It was fine for us, but it would have been better with another chair.

The room was more spacious than expected and comfortable, with good A/C and a working TV. Breakfast was also a nice surprise, with eggs, sausage, and biscuits and gravy. The downside was the couch in our room—it had a strong, unpleasant dog odor, as if it hadn’t been cleaned. In the morning, several guests (including us) found themselves locked out of their rooms, which was frustrating. Thankfully, the front desk staff handled the situation quickly and professionally.

Got to the hotel right 1130pm. The front office lady says she'll be right back with me. She's on a personal call on her cell phone. Leaves for 30 minutes while I'm waiting. Then another guest, then another...30 minutes later appears again, says sorry about that. I had to fix a door for a guest... checks us in after midnight the check in took 1 minute, if that. The room was not great...the room was dingy and humid, the smell of cold wet basement lingered. I felt like I slept in a moldy cave...will never stay here again or this chain.

Everything was great… aside from the woman that was at the desk late at night. A person next to our room complained because apparently my kids needing the tv on to sleep in a strange place bothered them. She banged on my room at 430am to proceed to yell at me to turn it down or I would be asked to leave. When I told her it was not at all loud and my kids were trying to sleep she told me that she could hear it through the door so it was too loud and needed to be turned down immediately. It was at a volume of 10 out of 100! She was then rude the next night when I asked for towels as I passed the desk so that no one had to bring them up to us. She literally acted as if I asked her to do something strenuous or something! We will never use this hotel again soley because of her! If you have kids definitely don’t stay at this hotel!

We stayed on the second floor for the first time. Well, half of us stayed on the second floor the other half on the third because they couldn't manage to get our rooms on the same floor even though they were booked together.
On the secons floor, the room was damp, dewy and it created a puddle of condensation ontop of everything including the floor, bedding and our water bottles which had to be wiped off and by the morning it was back to the same. We were not above the pool or near the pool for that matter. We were in room 205 the opposite direction.
The ac in either room, 205 and 304 did not turn off all night so our rooms were way colder than what we had them set to. 76 degrees.
Breakfast is always the same, its good so no real complaining about this by me but my child really wanted something else this time.
The staff is always friendly. The hotel is always clean. The pool is always cold, not sure what that is about.
There are several walkable distance restaurants. The area is quiet. Right off the interstate so it is very convenient. Gas station right on the corner.

The staff was as friendly and helpful as last time! Breakfast was delicious though it was exactly the same as last time we were there. The only dirty part of our room was under the beds.
There was an alarm that went off at 2:15 am which disturbed the entire 3rd floor.
The elevator digging is a bit too loud as well and when you're right across from the elevator its a bit hard to not be disturbed by it.
