We are uncertain whether our room was cleaned since the previous occupants left. We had an accessible room, so I did not request to change rooms. There was makeup on the pillowcase and blood smears on the top of the duvet cover. Bathroom sink looked used and not wiped. Toilet paper had one empty roll, one almost empty roll, and one half roll. Fridge had broken shelves, and a discolored ice jam with a bread tie frozen in it. We asked for and were provided clean bedding by the front desk, but they had us bring the soiled linens to the front desk which was really gross. They did not offer to remove the bedding, remake the bed, or help in any way. There was a small apology, but the overall response was underwhelming. The room had a funky odor that we thought went away with turning the fan on, but we realized our noses had just adjusted.
Breakfast was decent, check in and out were fine.

this is my second time staying at this hotel. The first time was the reason why I came back the second time but I stayed in room 300 and for the most part it was clean but I noticed in my shower, there was a bar of soap left in there as if the shower wasn’t cleaned. there was also a roll of toilet paper in the corner of the bed under the nightstand. not sure why but nonetheless, the room was decent.

Breakfast was good and the parking felt safe. I had booked a nonsmoking room for 3 days , we checked in late and was put in a smoking room. The smell of smoke was overwhelming. The room had no shower curtain or working iron. The next morning I went to the front desk and asked to have my room changed. They were very helpful and changed my room. All the workers I came in contact with were friendly. I would stay there again.

Our room had no room-darkening/privacy window shades, but we were cheerfully given another room when we discovered the problem. The hotel seems to have been updated somewhat recently, but there are many minor things that are worn or not working. For example. the shower has shampoo and body wash dispensers, but they are non-functional. Such items are supplied, but in another room. The breakfast is OK but not great. Overall, I would rate this hotel at less than 3 stars. It had very high ratings, that I think are overly optimistic. I booked because of the relatively low price and high ratings, but believe that the old adage is true - you get what you pay for. It is not bad, just not 3-stars.

This was one of the WORST hotels I have ever stayed at. It was so dirty and old that I didn't want to unpack my suitcase. The shower and toilet had crud all around them, and the carpet in the room was disgusting. There weren't even enough towels in my room. If it weren't so late at night, I would have switched hotels. Do not stay here. I'm so disgusted.

This is not a hotel I would likely stay in again. The Price was ok but it definitely needs updates to rooms and the toilets. In order to flush our toilet we had to take off the tank lid so the arm of the handle ti let the water out. The room smell very stale and unpleasant. The morning staff was away from the desk taking many quick breaks and smoking at the front entrance. It definitely needs work before I would stay again by choice.

The gentleman checking us in was so friendly and helpful especially when we needed to change rooms. The room we stayed in was pretty comfortable but the problem was the toilet we had to take off the tank lid in order to flush the toilet each time. The rooms are pretty outdated and need a makeover. The morning desk staff and the staff taking care of breakfast were moving around a good deal mostly to take care of their breakfast and take smoke breaks right at the entrance of the hotel. My husband and I travel a good amount and I trusted the reviews I read. This is the first time I would disagree with the majority of them.

The staff were very pleasant and the entranceway was extremely clean. The sheets were old and peeling, and the furniture was worn, but everything was clean and usable. I was on the top floor and it was very quiet. For the price it was a good deal. I would recommend avoiding the fitness center, though as it was small, dark and extremely stinky.

Room smelled like wet dog, only gave half sized pillows on bed, slipped on bathroom floor and cut my elbow open on sink bar and had to go buy liquid bandaid to stop bleeding after 20 minutes. TV kept freezing half the time, refrigerator had major ice build up so couldn’t use top shelf and other shelves were loose so my can drinks fell over. Internet was free but as slow as using my 5G cell connection. First floor was noisy because of parking lot and people talking loud until 2am and few other minor things.

WILL NOT be staying at Best Western Plus Regency Park in Walker again. Breakfasts were nasty. Be careful getting out of the shower. I took a shower, dried off in shower and dried bottom of my feet before stepping out on bathroom floor and still slipped due to humidity I guess and cut my elbow open on the sink platform because it has sharp edges, not rounded off edges. I had to go buy liquid bandaid to stop the bleeding after 20 minutes.
Room I stayed in smelled like a wet dog and the first floor double queen rooms are noisy because of cars and people outside talking loud all night until about 2am. Refrigerator had huge ice buildup and shelves weren’t sturdy, so my cokes wouldn’t sit upright.
On the beds, they only provide 4 half pillows instead of regular full pillows. The TV stations kept hesitating and I’m guessing it’s DirectTV because in top right corner of channels it said DTV, so was very hard watching programs when it stops video/audio and then starts and stops for about half my stay there.

Won’t be going back to that hotel again. The LaQuinta Suites next door I’ve stayed 2 times before this trip and got 5 stars on EVERYTHING with no problems mentioned above, so I highly recommend the LaQuinta Inn Suites that’s within walking distance
I shouldn’t have changed but thought I’d try to save $10 a night which was a HUGE MISTAKE!!!!!!

Big Win- Great Stay

Family friendly hotel! The staff members were extremely kind and courteous both over the phone and in person. I only wish I remembered names. Although every staff member we came in contact was nice and very helpful, there was one young lady that stuck out. She had fun color styled hair! Not only did she go out of her way to make sure we settled in nicely, her positive vibes could be felt during every encounter throughout our stay. Our room was clean and stocked upon on arrival and was replenished immediately when requested. We are not breakfast people but we did enjoy the 24/7 Folger's coffee machine throughout our stay. You can have your pick of espresso, coffee or cappuccino. It was a delight! It remained stocked and clean the entire time. We can't wait to return!

The ladies working there were both outside smoking when I was walking in (gross); however, they were both very, very nice and helpful. The room was nice, a little dated, but good for what I was wanting. The bathroom could have been cleaner (the tub). The other patrons on the floor were loud and the kids were horribly behaved - slamming doors/running up and down the halls until at least midnight (yes, I know that is not the hotel's fault).
