Rented 2 rooms. One room the shower head flew off and hit my guest on the head as it had a broken flange. Shoddy Sheetrock work. My room had very poor Sheetrock work in bathroom. Also my guest asked for a blanket and was told a firm NO. Also no coffee at 7 am. Very squeaky beds. Around 1 am the room above us sounded like it was being renovated. Lot of foot banging and drops and door slamming. Lasted about an hour or so.

Do Not Stay Here!! Our room had a hole in the ceiling above the shower. A huge burn hole in the curtain. Burns in the bed spread and a beat up bathroom door. That’s just the major things. We were in town for a ball game so there was NO WHERE to move to. We left the next morning even though we were scheduled to be there a second night.

I felt like the staff was nice and helpful however I feel like hotels should strive for perfection. The tub had marks on it and the pillows had marks too. I like to stay in a hotel with very clean environment, no marks. I think just like other hotels, I want the management to overview all the rooms and make sure everything is up to par cleanbefore the room

The smell of the room was odd and the beds only had 2 pills per bed. It’s some place that I would be comfortable enough to sleep over for a one night stay. If it were more comfortable I would probably recommend a longer stay. Overall, it’s not bad for a budget friendly hotel.

Rude and unpleasant staff, from the overnight clerk who checked me in, and did not properly book my two night stay so the room service demanded we leave at checkout time after a very long night and in doing so woke me up quite unpleasantly multiple times even after informing them I had paid for a two night stay.

Check in was okay to start. Get to our room and are immediately met in the parking lot by people living in their vehicles. Smoking non stop and always awake doing things to their cars. The room was not clean. A clump of hair on the bathroom wall was present, looked like a doo doo stain on the wall. My door didn’t seem to lock right. Curtain was burned so you could see in and out. The smell of weed is the air freshener of this hotel. The staff was polite, the pool was clean and decent other than the trash present on the ground. Great water pressure in the shower. The bed, I could have slept on a cardboard box. My son’s room has visible markings on the sheets when arrived but was told we couldn’t change them because housekeeping was already gone. The area was perfect. We walked to restaurants. It was close to everything. I shouldn’t gripe too much. The cost was minimal. All in all, work on getting rid of crackheads and clean better and they’d have a good hotel

Roaches, dirty floors, walls needed painting, outside needed work, plexiglass in office was off-putting, no breakfast, smelled Iike smoke in the room and weed outside. The area did not look great. Left in our pjs next morning as soon as we woke up. Pictures online were VERY misleading.

It’s great for the price and I got a 23 dollar discount for 3 nights using Expedia, I read some people say the bed is too hard, I prefer a firm bed, but the room was decent and clean but the pillows are too small, the blankets are way too thin, the tv is like 20 inches and the cable service looks to be at least 15 to 20 years old and the ac is a bit noises but it works really good, I had to turn it off in the middle of the night but for a 2 star hotel I honestly can’t complain.

2 1/2 hours after 3pm check in time. Walked into a room with dirty beds, nasty bathroom, pizza box on the floor, the refrigerator had left over beer and froze up upper freezer part. Dirty towels on the floor. Smelled of marijuana when you walked in. Also no longer offers free breakfast as advertised. Looks nothing like the pictures on the website.

The staff was very nice. They are trying very hard. The entire hotel is just terrible. All of the furniture is broken. The walls are gouged and scratched, the vents are dusty and have bugs all in them. It is just completely rundown and needs a facelift. Everything is unsightly. There were cigarette holes in my sheets. There are no blankets at this motel. Everything is just very very old and rough.

When I checked in on Friday morning at 3:30 our room TV did not work. The ice box did not work the next morning. They moved us to a different room. I ended up leaving to go take care of business. Got called back that they needed to move us again. Because the shower wasn’t working and was leaking into the room on the first floor. Then when I asked to be accommodated for all the issues and troubles, they couldn’t help us. They put us in room 205 where it was actually beginning to feel like a nice room The next morning we spoke to the manager who still didn’t feel like they needed to accommodate us for all the troubles. I feel like my state was not all that great.

Overall, gross. Non smoking room wreaked of smoke. The room felt gross. No cold water. The ceiling was crumbling. The tv volume couldn’t be adjusted. The blankets are basically thin sheets.

This hotel was terrible! It’s still under construction! The first room still under construction, the bathroom had towels on the floor the molding around the tub was propped up against the wall! Sheet rock dust was all over the floor. The mattress was off the bed frame!
They moved us to another room that smelled of cigarettes and weed! I didn’t stay either night of my reservation and the guy working was rude when I asked for a refund! It was just a question sir!

It was very nice The four days We stayed there. The only thing I did not like is there’s no comfort or blankets on the bed. All it is is like two sheets and it only has three pillows for a king size bed. It’s really nice and I would definitely go back….

All I felt like was a rotisserie chicken baking in this room! The ac ran but the compressor never kicked on. It was hot. Called the front desk and he said there were no more rooms. I do stay at this particular location often because it's affordable, the rooms are clean enough for a night or so and they at least have okay cable and HBO. The cable does lose signal frequently which gets aggravating if you're actually into watching. But my last day I forgot a pillow of my own and housekeeping and maintenance and management have no idea what happened to it and has given me the runaround for almost a week. Most of the time I can say that it's not that bad a place. The staff could care more even if it's a low budget motel.

When I first arrived in our room, the walls did not match, the bed was hard, the covers looked like they didn’t care. But it’s booked so we were stuck. Well the first night we got back to the motel and laid down and the phone ringed, the front desk said we had a complaint and to keep it quiet. Ok whatever. And then the next night came around and I went to grab something out my car, and I ran into the dude who reported us for the noise he was saying we were moving furniture around it sounded like. And yeah so I packed my stuff up checked out early. Yeah no I’m good never staying here at americas best because it’s false advertisement it’s americas worst. I never had to check out early at any motel before. Oh and I forgot the tv were small and the tv kept losing connection.

It was okay, the property doesn’t check into rooms to much because we had one lady next to us who had 3 kids and her and her husband which were 2 many for a room that’s made for 4 and then there was a guy beating his girl right outside in the parking lot and when I called the cops they said the hotel is known for it and didn’t do anything about it so if you’re looking for a hotel to commit a felony (don’t do it) in then this is probably the place to go cause cops don’t do 💩 and neither does the hotel. Other then that the rooms are decent and the housekeepers are nice and the same with the front desk staff

Okay for a weekend stay

Front desk lady was amazing. She greeted with a smile. She let us claim our room early since we knew it would be around midnight before we returned to hotel. When we parked at our room, cigarette butts all over the sidewalk and parking lot. A broke down motorcycle that looked like wiring had been stripped out. Upon opening the room door, the odor of cigarettes was so strong. I have a lung issue so it was a little choking for me. I had to get the hand sanitizer from my purse to wipe down ac unit and furniture. Getting into the bed, we noticed ashes in the headboard and bed frame. Someone used the bed frame as an ashtray. There was a paper flower on the tub made from toilet paper and when my husband went to toss in trash, ashes were in the flower. Other than that room was tidy.
