the whole building was stable. The room key kept deactivation. The staff leave at 10 p.m., so u may be stuck out your room over night. The parking lot have huge pot hole. The staff was nice tho.

The main problem with the room was with the a/c unit. The majority of the buttons didn't work. As a matter of fact, only one button worked on the entire unit. The temperature button didn't work. The temperature was stuck on 71°F so I couldn't turn the temperature up or down or change the unit from cool to warm. The power button didn't work so I couldn't turn the unit on or off. The toilet didn't want to flush toilet paper down just the water. I had to flush the toilet 4 times to get the toilet paper to go down. The parking lot was atrocious. There were potholes everywhere. Five stars for the staff on duty though.

I had to view room before check-in. Considering I could not cancel my reservation and limited availability in the area, I checked in. You can tell there was some kind of fire in the room on the cabinets at some point. Cigarette burn marks everywhere and there was NO HOT WATER during our stay. Towels were cheap and non-absorbant, and there was a single cheap bar of soap in the bathroom. There was no front desk clerk on duty Saturday morning to address the hot water issue with before we left.

Would never recommend this facility. Front desk was giving people random key cards to “go check if the room was occupied” and to come let her know which room you chose. Never escorted us to check the rooms and every room we were handed a card to, was already occupied. Items could’ve been stolen and no one known or we could’ve been seriously hurt by someone thinking we were breaking in to their room. I will never be back and do not recommend this place at all. NOT SAFE!!!!

This was the worst place I have ever been to. We actually walked in and walked right out. DISGUSTING!!! It's definitely an extended stay hotel with multiple live in guests. Kids RUNNING through the halls, dogs barking like crazy, REEKED of cigarettes. Beds were barely a metal frame and a sheet to sleep in. It was nasty, from the walls to the floors. I wouldn't have let my dog stay there.

Facility was in serious need of a deep cleaning. Floors were grungy in the room would get your socks black, no ice make, in kitchen or in the hotel, black mold in the ceiling in the bathroom, Exhaust vent in bathroom did not work, NO amenities like hair dryer or coffee maker, Had to listen to the THUMP THUMP THUMP of the hotel commercial washing maching all night long. They advertise clean linen available all the time this is not true. Parking lot is full of pot holes some big enough to damage vehicles. Staff was friendly and tried to help as much as they could. Overall I would rate it at a 2 at the most, then again what do you expect for $50 a night. It is far from what it shows no the Travelocity and other web sites.

Had a late check in. Lobby was closed . Had a phone with a number to call for late check in. No one ever picked up. After this I was forced to find a different hotel.
The following day the front desk told me they would refund.
Expedia called them several times and also couldn’t get through.
My refund was denied because of this

They didn’t answer at the desk. We never checked in because no one was there. We were there long enough to realize it was a s**thole. Because it was late and we were on the road I was unable to cancel the booking even though I paid for the insurance. Tried doing a claim and that is a joke. They want your blood type and bank account number simply to point out no one ever showed up to the front desk and they/Expedia essentially stole 90 bucks from us. Won’t be using Expedia again since they took a totally hands off approach through their seedy insurance affiliate. If you’re into prepaying for a room you aren’t able to check into or stay at I would say this is the site for you. Petty crime comes to mind. Shameful!

We couldn’t stay here. I booked on hotels app like 3 days prior and when we got there the front desk said they didn’t have any rooms then they said they had clean rooms but couldn’t sell to us. I had my 3 small kids in the car hungry and tired and ready to get out very disappointed. We just went somewhere else.

I booked my room on through my Hotels app it was very much last minute but it showed they had three rooms left. When i got to the hotel the wait was 20mins and then i was told they didnt have no room and also possible no refund from third party. The front desk lady was very nice and understanding she found us a room it wasnt the best but it was decent to sleep for the night. I thanked her and we left that next morning

Hands down the WORST HOTEL

This was hands down the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever visited and I travel a lot There were cigarette burns on the toilet and tub, someone’s dirty soap left in the shower. The entire drawer was missing from the night stand. The carpet was DISGUSTING covered in stains. Sheets were washed but thin and covered in stains. There were men loitering at the entrance, I’m pretty sure a family lived in their vehicle in the parking lot. We are from out of town visiting for a football game and couldn’t find another hotel available or I would have taken the $100 loss and left !! The whole hotel smelled like a cigarette and the elevator and hallways were literally filled w smoke. This was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had in a hotel

Bad Decision

I booked this room to ride out Hurricane Francine and that was a big mistake. The hotel had no generator so we lost power for about 8 hours. I'm glad I bought my own disinfectant cleaner and paper towels because the toilet was still dirty. I ended up wiping down the room. The walls also are not too sound proof. I was on the first floor and I could hear bumping around from what sounded like coming from above me or rooms on side of me. Overall, I won't be staying here again.

Main door was propped open by a car jack.
At approximately 1:45 a.m. a lady screamed and banged on a neighboring room door until 3 a.m. with no response from front desk.
It appeared as though some people were living there long term.

Honestly would not recommend…they did not have a room ready for me when I got there, and I had to wait for over an hour before they checked me in. They even turned say some people who had already booked a room because “there’s no rooms left.” Staff were very unprofessional and had no idea enthusiasm. The room had a very horrible smell, so book at ur own risk. Don’t even get me started on the neighborhood. It was very sketchy and scary looking. You really get what your paying for.

I was given the opportunity to check my room before i got there the firat 2 rooms i went to was wrong i requested 2 beds only had 1 and they was dirty the 3rd room they sent me to was under construction then finally got 4th room it was not very clean but we was tired and ready to rest a little. Beds was not comfortable tv remote was broke room needed to be better cleaned and updated a little paint would of helped and the building smelled like smoke with kids running all hours of the night.

The outside is always dirty but the staff tries very hard to keep it clean all of arguing going on outside I was woken up ALOT 4-5 am with screaming and fighting going on out side and I was on the 4th floor and still was woken up the walls and stairs are dirty and full of trash. But the staff really tries we had 2 rooms and they were clean but I seen roaches In one room and the other had tape holding microwave together alone w one burner working only! But the room was very clean the staff was very nice and helpful but don't loose your key that's 10 to get a new one and don't put trash out in hall that's another 10 the elevator is raggedy and don't plan on riding it fast or even at all bc theirs 4 floors and one elevator and people stand at it keeping it open so no one can ride! Also if you have a service dog be prepared bc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reat hotel for the price!

This hotel is not awful but it’s not great either, it’s a practical hotel that is cost effective when you are trying to be cost conscious on a work trip. It has great amenities and the rooms are spacious and clean, some of the clientele were loud and rambunctious a few nights but all in all it was not a bad week for the price which is definitely lower for an entire week.

We booked this hotel for an LSU game. But, after checking in we decided it would be better to drive home at 11:00pm than sacrifice our peace of mind because it felt unsafe. It had a low standard of cleanliness, as in, the sheets and towels were probably washed but the room as a whole gave a sense of being unsanitary and run down. The only pluses were that it was pet friendly and the receptionist was nice.

The pictures on Expedia do NOT represent the actual property. To say it was unclean is an understatement. Within the first five minutes of being in the room I saw 5 roaches. The carpet was wet. There was mold in the bathroom. If you have other options do NOT stay here. The manager was kind and I was able to get a refund.

First of all, walking in, your staff was very unprofessional. It took forever to get serviced because they were dealing with someone that didn't know how to run a credit card through. Then when we went into the hallway, it smelled like an ashtray. Filthy, nasty smelling!! we made sure to check for bedbugs. The only good thing I have to say is if the beds were pretty comfortable considering. The rooms were Barebone. No lamps on the table. Skimpy little towels. And then when we got in late, our keys didn't work, so we had to wake someone up to get them reprogrammed.
