The hotel was empty like nobody was there it seems like I was the only guest there and it look like a ghost town. It's like when you go online the pictures look okay but those pictures are deceiving because when you get there you will be in for a rude awakening. The room is run down the Walls need to be painted there is hole in the wall it's the bed is horrible and the sheets look old I mean it just not pleasant at all I think that hotel needs to be shut down matter of fact in that whole area all those are run down hotels need to be shut down. The lobby is not pleasant I mean how the room was I didn't even want to eat in there I had to go out to eat I didn't even want to eat in the room I mean I feel like wasted money I had one night there but I didn't even end up staying there for the night I stayed at someone else's house cuz I just couldn't take it and it didn't even smell pleasant

Never in all my years have I stayed in a more unsafe, unkept, decrepit environment. There were holes in the walls, exposed wires, no smoke detectors, the only working light was in the bathroom. There were no outlet covers on the outlets and the bed sounded like it was being held up with aluminum cans. Completely unsanitary and definitely not a safe place to stay!!!! I do not recommend this place for anyone. Management said it was our fault for \"booking the wrong room\" we booked a single queen bed room. How is that wrong. Wish I could give Zero stars! Got into town late and was tired is the only reason I stayed the night booked 2 nights but checked out the next day and found a different hotel expecting a full refund and would like a refund for the whole stay

The rooms was dirty the doors were broken and we experience a hit and run on the property someone backed directly into our behicle and ran into our hotel room i wouldnt recommend the place to anyome false advertising i booked for a king size bed with a jacuzzi in the room how they showed and i seen nothing more than a dirty couch the bathroom door didnt even close there was blood on the wall and they had no towels in the room i couldnt even get a refund after the fact and mot to mention they had no microwave and the fridge was broken

Don’t waste your time

Awful motel to stay at. I always stay in them for work. Toilet didn’t flush, bugs crawling everywhere, key card deactivated every day, staff has no enthusiasm to help you. They also tried to give us a room with no microwave or fridge which was included in reservation. They gave us a different one with correct amenities but long story short this place is awful!

Payed for my room but didn’t stay, the room listed had a single bed but the staff said they only had double rooms and so the listing was inaccurate. My bedsheets looked oily in places and had cigarette burns and hair on them, when I asked for new sheets those had cigarette burns as well. The room was filthy and I could see hair and dirt on the floor. Also toilet didn’t flush. I left and stayed at another hotel but had no way of getting refunded as the staff had left (around 10 pm). Don’t go here

Disgusting. Got a non smoking room that smelled like cigarettes, burn holes in the blankets and the walls were covered in precious spilt drinks and had not been cleaned. I stayed long enough to book a different hotel and left. Not at all like the photos.

I had to use the flashlight on my phone to find a light that worked. Lightbulbs missing. Switches don’t work. Walls and outlets in disrepair. Linen and pillows are nothing like in the pictures online. Same with the bathtub. No chair to sit in. Very unpleasant.

I been here for 3 or more months havent had my linens changed or mfloors cleaned nor moved into disability room
Was to get a room with shower . My toilet hasnt been cleaned. I swept and mop my on floors. I stay here cause i have no place to live i wish the housekeeper would just do her job. She picked up.my towels 4 days ago and have not gave back to me. Shecworks here only 3 days a week and she wirks at another job she needs to keep one job are stay home you cant do your job right when in a big hurry to get away to get to other job on time. Absolutely Disgusting

I do t know how this place is still open. There were blood stains on the floor. Valentine’s Day decorations still stuck on the walls. There was a bug that was smashed on the bed and just left there. I didn’t even sit down. My skin was crawling just thinking about what diseases I might catch if I slept. I rolled my suitcase back to truck and left. Keep my $56. There’s no telling what kind of excuses the manager would have given me if I asked for a refund. I took a video of everything that was damaged, missing or just plain disgusting and I’d love to know where I can send it.

I understand that the check in time is 3:00 p.m. Most hotels have this same check in to allow housekeeping time to clean the rooms before you get there; however, most hotels would allow you to check in early if your room was clean and available. OYO would not allow this. They said it was because the room needed to be cleaned, so I expected a clean room. What I got was a room with what looked like fecal matter smeared on the floor, blood stains and it was completely unswept.

This place was so disgusting that I slept in my clothes on top of the bedding, which I’m sure wasn’t changed or washed.

I didn’t bother with a shower, for fear of having to use their towels on my body. It’s in a terrible area (crack heads everywhere) and just not worth any amount of money. I will never return.

This hotel is NOT clean. It’s an older hotel so you expect some wear and tear but come on!!! The are a is not the greatest so I wasn’t expecting too much but I have reasonable expectations from a hotel like the toilet having a lid on it and the parking lot not to look like used car lot with vehicles that were obviously not guest. Absolutely awful. From the minute we pulled into the parking lot we didn't feel safe. My mom and I checked in and then went to our room to find that the bed looked like someone had laid in it, the lights didn't work, the fridge was missing, and several other fixtures and parts of the room were broken. The room was in horrible condition. Between that and not feeling safe, we left and found somewhere else to stay.

I don’t even want to give this place a star!! The receptionist walked me to my room to open the door. I asked for a key and he said it was broken. He said if I left to shut the door and ask him to open it. I didn’t even set my bag down. The condition of the hotel is deplorable and should be condemned! No smoke detector (cables were dangling), several holes all through the room, no light bulbs in the fixtures, satanic doodles all over the door, TV was stolen (he acted shocked) and roaches both dead and alive. I refused the room and he said to call a number for a refund. I will be calling many people to complain about this run down crack hotel. If you’re a junkie this is your spot!!

It was I guess kind of you get what you pay for. I was looking for something cheap. The staff was nice but we didn't really talk a lot. The room was horrible though. I don't know if they ever have cleaned the floors. There was gum or something like it on the floor. There was food and dirty wet wipes on the floor too. There were holes in the walls. The towel hanger for the sink was pulled off the wall. The sheets had cigarette burns in them and stains on them. The towels and wash clothes had stains and hairs on them. The bathroom had mold all over the ceiling. The room smelled like someone had been smoking in it and it was supposed to be non-smoking I thought. The key card they gave us at the front desk did not work at all. The staff had to open the door with a key. It was cold so I would not have gotten in the pool but it was green and had trash in it anyway. The whole place just seemed a little sketchy. I wanted cheap though and I got cheap and kind of nasty too.

This hotel was truly run down and a very horrible experience. There were roaches crawling in the mirror on the bathroom vanity and on the wall. Bathroom faucet for sink had no handle there was no ironing board bed head some type of writing and sticky stuff on it spots all over the place it was truly disgusting and they refuse to refund our money.
The pictures on Hotels.com are nothing compared to what we found this is a roach and drug infested property please don’t stay here run now as fast as you can

Words cannot describe the conditions of that room. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and the grab bar in the tub was rusty and not attached. Roaches didn’t run at the moment of turning on lights therefore they were comfortable in the room. There was a huge stain on the couch or throwaway furniture at least to say. I didn’t even bother asking for a refund clearly they need it for a upgrade.

Pulled in, and for $40 a night, I didn’t expect much. This wasn’t a good sign though. People just wandering the parking lot, like they waiting to make a sell or something. Got to my room and it has bugs, those little roaches, all over the floors, coming out the walls, on the headboard of the bed. I was disgusted. Went to the front to see what’s up. “I give you different room. This room is very nice,” the man said. Ok. Went to the different room. Exact same thing. Nasty. Disgusting. Got my money back. 0/10. This hotel was the worst! It was very unsafe. There was all sorts of suspicious activity going on. There were cars with 4 flat tires on the premises, parked running cars in the middle of the parking lot. There was loud music playing at 1a.m.
The hotel looked nothing like the picture. It was totally run down and dirty. We ended up not staying there because the personnel were not friendly and not helpful. He could not locate our reservation and made no attempt to help.

Terrible service, showed up to check in as I had made my reservation 3 weeks ago. Only to be told there were NO MORE ROOMS available. So obviously I’m confused as to how there are no more rooms available when I made my reservation at the beginning of the month. I was offered no explanation or anything. I wasn’t referred to another hotel. I had to scramble to find a place to stay for the next two days. On top of that, OYO had the nerve to charge me a NO SHOW FEE! When I did in fact show up and was turned away because there were “no more rooms”. So why was I charged for a no show fee?

I can't believe Hotels.com associates themselves with this property. The place is beyond terrible. From the drug paraphernalia on the stairs, stepping over broken ironing boards. Walker and couches in the halls, boarded up windows. A molding pool. We walked into a roach infested room that had no toilet paper or towels. All for the discounted price of 110.00 a night. They were over booked by twenty rooms can't rate but very disappointed how do you over book by twenty rooms said no room and there was a line behind me waiting to check in unfortunately I had to stay half hour away and same chain hotel at $100 more not pleased

I made the reservation for my wife over the phone with Expedia. It was the day before Hurricane Ida was predicted to hit Louisiana and all of the hotels were full. When my wife arrived at the hotel (ten minutes after the reservation was confirmed over the phone by a representative at Expedia), they told her there was no reservation from Expedia for her, despite the fact that she had a confirmation number and the fact that the Expedia rep had spoken to a woman named Minerva in their reservations department who assured the Expedia rep that there was in fact a room available. The surly man at the front desk told my wife that there was no one there named Minerva, and they had no rooms available – Expedia or not. My wife ended up sleeping in her car in the parking lot of a nearby McDonalds. I don’t know whether this was a failure on Expedia’s part or (more likely) a failure on the part of the hotel or it’s centralized booking system. But it was most definitely NOT a cancellation. But understandably, it was a hurricane emergency and things happen. But it took six weeks to get the hotel to refund the money they'd accepted for the room, and in the end they refused to admit it was anything except a cancellation on my wife's part. Their final email confirming the refund said they'd decided to “waive the penalty on your recent cancellation” which is a gross misstatement of the actual facts. I've never stayed at a OYO property, but it'll be a cold day in hell when I do so in the future.

First if all We were dealing With A Crisis And Didn't Have Lights Due to Hurricane ida and These People Were lying saying they Had Rooms And They didn't I stayed on the Site For Almost 4 hours Trying to get a Refund the Same Rooms they booked to us They Were Booking to Other people Hours later Saying They sorry they didn't Have Rooms That's was A Big mess Not alone Due to them not having rooms They and me Booking Took my last Funds And me and my Family had to sleep outside Until I was refunded my money Never ever will I book here Again Not to metion they were getting Compliments about roaches coming out the Beds and Bed Bugs OYO MID CITY IS A BIG O NO

Don’t waste your money!!!!

This was the worst room I have ever had!!!!! It’s nothing like the picture. I asked for another room only to get a worst one. It’s nasty, nothing works and they are not friendly at all. I have to go to a whole other hotel to stay at. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Photos on the hotels.com website are misleading. The place is dirty, the bed sheets heve cigarette burns. Worst place to stay ever. Avoid staying here and anywhere with the OYO brand.

this place did not meet my expections for me and my family the the receptionest is very nice but the property and the rooms are very dirty there is a pool but it is not useable it looks like it has not been cleaned in months. i was dissatisfied with the room that we did not checked in and requested a refund that we are still waiting on.
