They charged the whole reservation when I checked in. When I checked out earlier than planned, I had to argue for 45 minutes to get refund for the nights I did not stay.It was not a prepaid stay at special rate. Room was very small and horrible in every way. Only the lobby and and breakfast fast as expected. It is located next to industrial lot, you cannot walk outside at all. Questionable people hanging around the parking lot.

Beds were hard. Staff was polite but had a very hard time with incoming phone calls trying to contact me using English and telling them my room number.

Muita gente no café da manhã junta, com isso não sobrava nada para comer. O colchão do quarto parece que está com as molas vencidas, tinha traças no teto. Toalhas de péssima qualidade. Brinquedão da área da piscina aquecida precisa de manutenção urgente, minha filha quase caiu de uma altura de 2 metros da ponte de madeira do brinquedo que não tem nenhuma proteção nela. Estacionamento mega lotado, não comportam quase nada de carros. Nota 10 somente para os atendentes da recepção, Wendel super atencioso

Check-in muito demorado, muito mesmo. Alta temporada de férias, só 1 funcionário pra atender. Aí chega hóspedes com outros problemas e passam na frente na fila \"porque já estão hospedados\". Tive que intervir e falar pro atendente ir mais rápido. Tinha uma pessoa fazendo check-in na minha frente e começou a perguntar como ía no shopping, como ía no zoológico, e eu de pé cansada de um dia inteiro de trabalho. Arranjem um concierge pros hóspedes que gostam de bater papo no check-in. E um funcionário pra resolver os problemas de quem já está hospedado.

O café o cardápio é bom, não faltou alimentação, porém eles estavam com evento no hotel e lotou o restante (tanto no jantar quanto no cafédamanhã). O atendimento foi péssimo deixando sem talher o buffet, os funcionários mau educado que demorou para atender e a limpeza do restante nojento. A falta de preparo da equipe da cozinha era nítido que não consegue manter atendimento de excelência quando tem eventos. Minha experiência no hotel foi meia frustrada pois a noite também havia crianças brincando no corredor até tarde que nem tivemos um bom descanso adequado. O hotel é bom porém deixaram a desejar em muitas coisas por estar com eventos e não dar conta da qualidade que deveria ter.

A cortina do banheiro incomodou bastante pois as crianças encharcavam o chão no banho. Então foi preciso algumas toalhas de piso a mais pra não escorregarem ao sairem do banho. Ou mesmo pra não entrarem no banheiro e patinharem o chão com sapato que íamos sair. Faltou lugar pra apoiar as roupas, parte ficou no chão. a batata frita também veio encharcada de óleo no sábado à noite. Eu e minha filha ficamos com dor de barriga na sequência, foi instantâneo. o pequeno não teve pois não come batata frita.
Pelas crianças terem se divertido superou essas falhas. Mas que se voltarmos seria legal terem feito esses ajustes!

O hotel é ótimo, o quarto confortável, faço uma ressalva sobre a cortina blecaute que estava um pouco desgastada, aí ficava um pouco claro. Poderiam também aquecer a piscina infantil, mesmo com sol de 28° C a água é extremamente fria, melhorar a parte dos jogos e aquecer um pouco mais a piscina adulto, bem como a jacuzzi, acabei usando pouco pois estava frio e com bebê fica difícil entrar em águas frias. O café da manhã é farto e diversificado, o jantar também era gostoso e variado, não sei o almoço porque optamos pela 1/2 pensão priorizando o jantar! Teve fogueira, recreação para as crianças e um evento em um dos dias de nossa hospedagem. Os colaboradores do restaurante jovens e solícitos, sempre com sorriso no rosto. A camareira que arrumou o nosso quarto, muito caprichosa, obrigada!
Fiquei hospedada por 5 dias com meu marido e um bebê de 1 ano e 5 meses no 2° andar, quarto 735, tranquilo em relação a barulho nos corredores, porém os vizinhos de quarto não ajudaram muito! Fica localizado ao lado da Castelo Branco mesmo, boa localização.

O quarto é razoavelmente confortável, o atendimento do staff é ótimo. As áreas comuns forma renovadas e estão ótimas. Mas o quarto que pegamos (521) tinha próximo algum motor que fez muito barulho a noite toda. Foi terrível pra conseguir descansar.

O hotel estava com evento, no check in ao pedir ajuda a desembarcar as bagagens, em sem local para parar ofertam um carrinho ( estava com 2 crianças). Solicitei água no quarto disseram que eu teria que descer pra buscar no restaurante. A quantidade de travesseiros e cobertas não era compatível com a quantidade de pessoas no quarto. Já me hospedei nessa rede e essa experiência foi a pior de todas.

Excelente opção para viajante de carro.

O hotel atende muito bem as necessidades de viajantes de carro pelas estradas da região. O parque aquático, bem como a área de lazer, é excelente para divertir as crianças e relaxar após dirigir por algumas horas. A alimentação servida no restaurante é ótima e o café da manhã bem completo.

Fiz reserva de um quarto super luxo e me foi entregue outro, mas que foi resolvido posteriormente. O hotel estava recebendo um grupo em um evento e o barulho na recepção era muito. Fica na entrada da cidade, um pouco longe do centro e de outras atividades, fica escondido abaixo de uma colina sem nenhuma grande placa para vc encontrar fácil, no primeiro dia achei q o gps estava errado, tem um bom café da manhã, chuveiro muito bom, banheiro um pouco apertado. Hotel bom, bom café da manhã, sempre repondo tudo qdo faltava, vários funcionários limpando e deixando tudo em ordem e o fluxo estava alto por conta do feriado.Jantei apenas um dia, comida oriental, mas não gostei do sabor... não gostei do quarto ficar pro lado da recreação. Queria descansar e não pude pq era barulho o dia todo até às 22 horas. Não conhecia o hotel e por estar cheio não quis ficar pedindo outro quarto. Mas a cama estava ótima, grande e colchão firme, gostei. Só pedi mais travesseiros pq eram baixos demais. O box poderia ter prateleira para shampoo etc, seria um grande diferencial. Tem secador
e espelho de aumento ótimos. Tv muito pequena e sem canais. Internet ok, boa.

Final de semana completo, almocei uma feijoada no sábado, teve show de Mágico para as crianças, no jantar um buffet digno de restaurantes top, com música ao vivo no salão, café da manhã maravilhoso no domingo. O valor vale muito a pena, junta descanso, lazer, brincadeiras com monitores para as crianças e gastronomia, é um bom passeio pra sair da Rotina.

Definitivamente, voltei encantado com meus dias no Golden Park. Fui com amigos curtir um evento que aconteceria próximo, assim como a maioria que estava hospedado lá e foi simplesmente incrível a receptividade de todos, a variedade do café da manhã, o conforto do hotel... Eu realmente me senti em casa! Muito obrigado, ano que vem certamente ficaremos lá novamente. As meninas da limpeza e os funcionários do balcão, todos nota 100000!

Entraram no meu quarto e largaram a porta aberta.

Fui com meu esposo, se for para descansar, esquece… não são nem 7h da manhã o barulho nos corredores são absurdos!!!! A acústica dos apartamentos é péssima, podia ouvir o casal do lado conversando, usando o banheiro, dentre outras coisas.
Mas o pior não foi isso.
No dia do meu Check out, eu estava tomando banho e meu esposo estava no banheiro comigo conversando. Quando saímos do banheiro nossa porta do quarto estava aberta! Pasmem!!! Estava com a placa de “não perturbe” na porta e não sei porque alguma camareira deve ter tentando entrar não sei por qual motivo, e não fechou a porta porque para fechar tem que bater forte e faria um barulho no qual ouviríamos! Um absurdo, falta de privacidade total, e dentro do quarto não há trancas, ou seja qualquer pessoa com acesso a cartão de abrir porta do seu quarto pode entrar com você dormindo, tomando banho, enfim!
Nunca vi um absurdo desse!!! Isso porque ficamos num quarto de Luxo Superior! Outro absurdo é que no nosso quarto tinha uma cama de casal pequena padrão e outra de solteiro.
Que luta dormir numa cama tão pequena.
Tivemos que encostar a de solteiro do lado para ficar maior. Só demais, a piscina é bem limpa e “clorada” café da manhã simples mas muito gostoso. Estacionamento não dá conta de tantos carros, o pessoal sai parando em qualquer lugar sem ser vaga, difícil.
Hotel bem longe do centro, mas com carro não faz diferença. Não voltaria pela falta de segurança dentro do apartamento. Um absurdo o que nos ocorreu.

Sempre me hospedo no Golden, na maioria das vezes à trabalho, dessa ultimavez fui com minha namorada e qual foi minha surpresa uma bagunça gigantesca já que estava ocorrendo um evento dentro do hotel, muitos jovens fazendo barulho a noite toda, todas instalações lotadas, jantar´péssimo, comida fria, queimada, sem tempero, no quarto apesar do frio, só tinha uma simples coberta, mesmo pedindo outras não foi suficiente . Estou decepcionado, estarei revendo se voltarei a me hospedar no hotel, mesmo à trabalho, pois esses problemas já vem ocorrendo por diversas vezes, a única coisa que surpreendeu foi o atendimento do Paulo na refepção, muito atencioso . .

Éum hotel bem legal, novinho. Só esperava um pouco mais no conforto do quarto, apesar de novo. Cama King são duas de solteiro unidas. Estacionamento do hotel gratuito é bom mas tende a lotar de madrugada porque o pessoal começa a estacionar de qualquer jeito fora das vagas fechando espaços de manobra. Nao há efetivamente vaga para todos. O espaço é compartilhado com o outro hotel Nacional Inn e ainda permitem que vans e caminhões estacionem. Bastam um ou dois caminhões e as vagas ficam comprometidas. Deveriam botar esses veículos parados na rua ao lado na parte de fora do complexo.
