It's a good and convenient option, but the hotel is old, the beds are not super comfortable, the pillows are hard like rocks, spacious but old rooms, clean but old, I do not like stained and dirty carpets that can be cleaned easily.

O café da manhã foi excelente .
A cama foi a melhor que eu já fiquei em hotéis.
O ponto negativo foi o checkout. De manhã, numa hora de muito movimento, só havia um funcionário para atender toda a fila que se formou. O elevador para o estacionamento não estava funcionando, as malas tiveram que descer pela escada. Um elevador social também não estava funcionando.

O quarto confortável, camas e colchões bons, banheiro grande e uma ducha maravilhosa ( amei..)..Boa recepção, bem educados ;Café da manhã faltou mais opções de tipos de pães e de doces, faltou opção de omelete e faltou tapioca ( que gosto muito) e faltou pires para as xicaras de café.. Gostei por ter máquina de café com opção de Capuchino( gosto muito).. Não gostei de ver que os corredores dos quartas saõ de piso tipo forração, deveriam ser de emborrachado que são mais fáceis de limpar e não acumulam poeira e ácaros. Os veículos estacionados no lado de fora da garagem coberta não deveriam ter o valor do estacionamento cobrado, como foram cobrados o que ficaram no espaço coberto e fechado.

A estadia foi dentro do esperado, quarto limpo café bom, atendimento no check-in e check-out bons também. O problema é que a piscina está em manutenção e não havia nenhuma informação no site no momento da reserva. A piscina foi o principal motivo da escolha do hotel, e sem poder utilizá-la teríamos escolhido outra opção.

Estadia razoável. Fomos bem atendidos e o estacionamento é uma vantagem. Mas o quarto é bem básico e a limpeza peca um pouco. Se o hotel está cheio, o café da manhã é uma verdadeira bagunça. Faltam itens, pessoas se amontoando, enfim, falta estrutura. A área da piscina é legal.

Antes de fechar as diárias, combinei com a funcionária Pamela pelo telefone que ia ficar até às 16h no domingo 26/03, pois eu e minha namorada chegaríamos por volta das 22h do dia 24/03. No domingo por volta de 12:30 fui informado pela funcionária Beatriz que já havia dado o horário do meu checkout, conversei com ela alegando que eu havia combinado o horário das 16h com a Pamela e mesmo alegando isso ela não autorizou. quando minha namorada foi falar com ela, ela foi extremamente arrogante e mau educada, falando que não havia nada no sistema, nem nada protocolado. Acabou com meus planos e os planos da minha namorada. Depois ela alegou que poderíamos desocupar o quarto e ficar na área da piscina até às 16h, porém ela como funcionária do hotel teve uma péssima postura e de uma empáfia sem tamanho, tentando humilhar minha namorada. Síndrome do pequeno poder. Não voltamos mais. Até entendemos que existem os horários, porém a forma que a funcionária Beatriz tratou a minha namorada foi embaraçoso e constrangedor. Ela ficou tão nervosa que passou mal no caminho da volta para casa devido a postura grosseira dessa funcionária.

O hotel é bom, serviço, restaurante, limpeza, mas cometeu um grande erro em nos colocar em um quarto com uma porta para o quarto do lado onde ouvíamos tudo e tivemos problemas com barulho. Isso foi lamentável.

hotel razoável já sente as marcas do tempo o atendimento regular e com falta de preparo o pior e que ainda tivemos um um inconveniente pois caiu algo no para brisa do nosso carro e trincou o vidro no estacionamento externo e os atendentes fizeram de conta que não era com o hotel.

Demora injustificada para acesso ao quarto, mais de duas horas após o início de horário de check in. O argumento foi de que os quartos não estavam limpos. Quando pedi para prorrogar o horário de check out, não me foi permitido.

Nice but noisy

The hotel was comfortable and a decent size room and good breakfast but the pool area was very noisy with loud music which the hotel staff didn’t monitor or control. A peaceful lie by the pool was not an option for most guests!

It was a nice place to stay close to where I needed to be. The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast and lunch buffets were very good. If you need a nice clean place to stay in that area I recommend the Sorocaba Park Hotel

Hotel is old and run down.

Many things were missing: hangers, safe, knob for glass shower door, even the telephone, many things were also broken: 2 lights and the toilet paper holder. I took pictures of it all.

Já no check in me informaram que eu não conseguiria prolongar a diária, caso fosse necessário, pois estava com alta ocupação.
Recebi 2 comunicados depois reforçando isso, e pedindo que fosse feito o checkout no horário estipulado.
Quem foi que falou p vocês que ficaria a mais? Se já passaram a informação no início, por que ficar incomodando o hóspede com mais de um comunicado?
A sensação que tive é que eu estava incomodando em um hotel que foi pago. Nada ali foi de graça!

Impossível dormir nesse hotel , a noite tinha uma festa até tarde , as 5:00 da manhã já tinha barulho de outros quartos e corredor . A acústica do hotel é inexistente, eu ouvia toda descarga que os quartos davam . Resumo era para dormir e não consegui. O café da manhã é bom , bastante variado mas só . O ar condicionado não funciona da cama , precisa chegar perto pra ligar , isto é, precisa levantar para isso .

Estadia de uma noite pra casal

O pessoal da recepção foi bem simpático, nos auxiliaram no que solicitamos. Preciso comentar que reservei o quarto para duas pessoas e quando chegamos tinha apenas um conjunto de toalhas, precisamos solicitar mais um conjunto, mas eles nos atenderam prontamente. Porém o telefone do quarto não estava funcionando, pedimos para arrumarem e não foi arrumado, sorte que não precisamos solicitar mais nada, mas pelo valor pago, tinha que estar tudo certo, na minha opinião..
Embaixo da cama estava só pó, e tinham duas traças no banheiro. Não é algo que eu esperava de um hotel nesse valor de estadia..
De qualquer forma, o café da manhã é excelente, muitas opções e tudo muito bem feito, sempre sendo abastecidas as comidas. Em resumos: atendimento e café da manhã recomendadíssimos; já limpeza achei que deixa a desejar..

Hotel ok, sem grandes problemas...

O hotel precisa passar por algumas atualizações, melhorar aspectos de infraestrutura... Considerando ser um dos mais antigos da região... O estacionamento conta com muitos móveis antigos amontoados, passando a impressão de abandono. A limpeza dos quartos que ficam sem uso por algum tempo devem ser mais detalhadas, tive a infelicidade de pegar um com cheiro de mofo, para quem tem alergias é bem complicado. Sobre o atendimento no geral a recepção foi bacana... Mas os problemas de infraestrutura devem ser considerados, visto que o valor é o mesmo de hotéis com infraestrutura mais modernas na região.

O hotel esta como Pet Friendly, mas tem inúmeras regras e que só pode ficar no quarto, alem de 80 reais de taxa diaria, e isso não estava no anuncio.
