Room service food was consistently cold and forgot my drink on one occasion. Front desk was very prompt to address any and all concerns. Several workers are fluent in both English and Portuguese. Top floor rooms either have a small bathroom and a balcony, or a window, larger room, and a large bathroom - the balcony is really cool, but the small bathrooms could’ve been a tad bigger.

Além da estrutura que está gasta com o passar dos tempos e falta de modernização, precisam também melhorar a qualidade do enxoval (cama e banho).

The hotel is right next the mall which is nice but the hotel itself is pretty dated. There is really no lobby to speak of. The rooms are sparse and the décor is older but they are clean. The breakfast offered is not impressive.

Everyone at TransAmerica were absolutely amazing. Very friendly, and accommodating. The rooms were clean, and he beds are comfortable. The hotel is very close to iguatemi mall, which is a beautiful place to shop and eat. The hotel restaurant was also fantastic. Overall I highly recommend TransAmerica.

Perfect spot for 2 day trip to Sorocaba

We stayed here for XMas, as its close to a nearby village where we wre visiting family . Excellent stay for a reasonable price .

Transamerica Sorocaba

The hotel and staff were great. As an American though, I wish there was more options for American TV. But it is Brazil, so I can't complain too much.

Overall the value was very good and the food at the restaurant was great.

Clean and well run with a responsive staff. Next door to a large mall with food close by, although nothing fancy.

Hotel was good, it's a bit far from any resturants, but Sorocaba is quite disperse anyway, so you need a car/taxi to get anywhere. Staff were helpful

The hotel was very satisfactory in every way. The staff was helpful but not intrusive. The breakfast was excellent. The only downside was the access in and out. The hotel is located next to a large shopping mall and at certain times of the day getting in and out was a little difficult. Overall I would highly recommend the Transamerica Executive - The First.

Chegamos de viagem de família para um casamento, estávamos em 5 quartos. Queriam nos cobrar para a entrada antecipada nos quartos, porém, nós estávamos indo para um almoço e pedimos pelo menos para liberarem um quarto para guardamos as malas e nos trocarmos, já que tinha os quartos disponíveis e não fomos atendidos, queriam que pagassemos de qualquer forma

A água quente do chaveiro demorava muito pra esquentar de manhã.
Tinha um fio de energia à vista na piscina.

O banheiro precisa urgentemente de uma reforma. O chuveiro é péssimo. Esquenta muito ou esfria muito e a vazão de água é bem ruim. Os 3 elevadores (muito velhos também) apresentaram problema ao mesmo tempo e tivemos que usar as escadas as 4:50 da manhã.
Café da manhã simples. Pelo valor da diária esperava uma experiência diferente.

inclusive alguns hospedes ficaram presos.
Estava no 8 andar, indo em um casamento e não conseguia descer.
Depois eles disponibilizaram o elevador de serviço, após muita reclamação.
A equipe não estava preparada para resolver o problema ou atender aos hospedes.

Simplesmente um bom hotel mas precisa de reforma

Hospedagem apenas por uma noite então buscamos um hotel bem localizado e espaçoso porém pedimos um piso frio (como vimos em anúncio ) e a atendente comentou que em todo hotel só tem 2 unidades que não são com carpete e eu mas principalmente minha esposa é muito alérgica . Até surpreende um hotel “pet friendly “ como vimos saírem alguns pequenos cães , com piso de carpete . Isso nos deu muita alergia a noite toda.
Quanto ao café da manhã e serviços de recepção e manobra do estacionamento foram excelentes .

O hotel tem uma estrutura física que aparenta ser boa, mas infelizmente a gestão e o cuidado com o hóspede deixam muito a desejar.

Logo no atendimento, já é perceptível o despreparo da equipe da recepção. Os recepcionistas demonstram desinteresse, limitando-se a responder apenas o básico, sem simpatia, sem oferecer sugestões ou mostrar qualquer disposição em ajudar. Em alguns momentos, estavam no celular e atendiam como se estivessem fazendo um favor.

Outro ponto muito sério diz respeito à limpeza e à saúde dos ambientes. Os corredores e quartos têm carpete, e o cheiro de ácaro é forte e constante. Isso evidencia a falta de uma higienização adequada. Nós passamos dois dias recorrendo a medicamentos para rinite, devido ao incômodo respiratório causado pelo ambiente.

Além disso, havia marcas visíveis de infiltração nos tetos de alguns quartos, aparentemente vindas dos aparelhos de ar-condicionado, o que piora ainda mais a umidade e o desconforto.

Enfim, é um hotel que tem potencial pela estrutura, mas que precisa de melhorias urgentes na gestão, na capacitação da equipe e, principalmente, na limpeza e manutenção dos ambientes.
