The hotel is situated in a leafy neighbourhood and is close to transport and the main areas. The friendly, welcome and early check-in set our stay off to a great start.
Our junior suite was a good size and it was a bonus to have a balcony overlooking the park. The room was well stocked with amenities and we received the most delicious complimentary chocolates to celebrate a special occasion.
Every day we returned to our room which had been beautifully serviced and thoroughly cleaned. It felt like nice to relax at the end of long days of exploring.
I appreciated the receptionist’s helpful advice and help with specific requests that made our stay very enjoyable.
There was a good breakfast with plenty of options. The weekend was a lot busier, so this hotel does well to have bookings for breakfast.
The gym and sauna were modern and well equipped.

I probably would not stay here again. The hotel room was not a bad size but was quite dated, with visible wear on nearly everything in the room. There were also carpets in the rooms which were heavily stained. The breakfast was just ok- our breakfast at Marriott the week prior easily beat the offering here. The staff was lovely and it was only about a 7 min walk to the metro.

We loved our stay here! It's located in the more posh area of Stockholm, yet it felt very lively and vibrant all around. The nearest metro stop is about a 5min walk away. Staff was always friendly and greeted us everytime they saw us. The included breakfast was great as well. Our room was a great size for the 2 of us and was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended!

It also have a nice gym, amazing choices for breakfast and its located near a nature park where you can unwind and do a jog. My stay is almost perfect but as an Expedia VIP I did not feel any different with other guest. I wish Expedia and the hotel have better partnership.

Beautiful, spotlessly clean & super comfy hotel not far at all from Stockholm centre. Situated in a very quiet area, opposite a lovely, large park. Breakfast is good, staff all seemed friendly & we had no issues whatsoever. TV with your name on is a nice touch, although only Sky news in English, so thank goodness for YouTube (we were often out anyway). Nice idea with the bathrobe & slippers & other small touches - they really had thought of everything you may need. Only three minor things we can think that could be improved include a more powerful shower (it was great having two shower heads but wasn’t all that strong), proper spoons, not wooden ones for the tea/coffee & an iron that doesn’t spit everywhere, otherwise it was all absolutely perfect & made our holiday to Sweden so much better, thank you so much!

The hotel had the feel of a small hotel although it had a large number of rooms. It was very convenient for Ostermalmtorg Tunnelbahn station, and we even walked from Centralen on the day we arrived. We were initially wary as our room was behind the lift shaft, which we thought would make it noisy, but it really was not.
We enjoyed the breakfasts, and thought the selection was very good. We did drink in the bar, but didn't sample the food as Japanese food is not really our thing. Our room, and all the public areas felt very clean and may have been recently refurbished.

This hotel deserves neither word of its name: it is certainly not \"Elite\" and our eight-day stay there was in no way \"Eden\"-ic. We have stayed in better-designed and better-appointed motels.
We had to change our \"Superior Double\" room because the bathroom design risked serious injury (n.b. we are fit, fully-mobile seniors). We were \"upgraded\" to a \"Junior Suite\" that did have separate bath and shower units, but also a smaller bed, an even tinier mini-fridge, and an a/c unit that did not work at all during our stay (windows could not be opened, requiring us to prop open balcony door, thus disturbing sleep). Also this two-room unit had a total of 7 pieces of furniture: bed, narrow leatherette couch, two narrow benches, low circular table in front of couch, another tiny circular table, one floor lamp (thus, no chairs, no desk, no bed end-tables, no telephone to contact front desk or make calls. Installed room lighting adequate. One closet unit with three chambers: two for hanging clothes, one with three shallow shelves (one which held fridge).
Three positive features: pleasant, personable (though largely ineffectual) front-desk staff (True praise for one staffer, Sonoka, who was attentive, thoughtful, and helpful as possible throughout our stay); extensive complimentary breakfast; adjacent to Humlegarden, a lovely park. It is
also conveniently located within Stockholm, but the neighborhood has alternatives in this price range.
We will not return and do not recommend.

Wonderful hotel and staff. Room was smaller as is standard in Europe, but excellently appointed. The gym and sauna were lovely, and the breakfast was incredible — so many options. The staff were kind and attentive. From the front door you can walk almost anywhere in the city within 15 minutes. I stayed for 8 nights on business and will happily return when I’m in Stockholm.
