The apartments are located in the small district of Camp de Mar, in the southwest of the Balearic island of Mallorca. The pristine beach is approximately 100 meters from the property and the town offers various entertainment opportunities.
The Andratx golf course is 400 metres away. Green fees are available at the hotel reception.
Directly at the hotel there are tennis courts which can be booked at the reception. There is a public transport stop to be found just 100 m away.
Palma Airport is around a 40-minute drive from the apartments, about 30 km. The complex has a total 33 apartments.

Great, but the Weekend Changed the Experience
We recently stayed at this hotel and were genuinely impressed with the quality of the facilities and the relaxing atmosphere — at least for the first two days. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and we initially felt we had made a great choice.
However, once the weekend arrived, the experience changed dramatically. The hotel seemed to become overbooked, and the previously calm environment gave way to a very crowded scene, particularly at the bar and pool areas. It quickly became apparent that a significant portion of the crowd were locals using the facilities, which gave the place more of a day-resort feel than the relaxing getaway we expected.
To top it off, on Sunday there was a large children’s birthday party on the property, with over 60 kids running around the complex. While we understand events like this can be fun for some, it wasn’t what we had in mind for a peaceful weekend, especially given the price point of the stay.
Overall, the hotel itself is lovely, and we did enjoy the beginning of our stay. That said, it would have been helpful to know in advance that the hotel hosts events and allows public access to facilities on weekends. Had we known, we likely would have chosen a quieter alternative more suited to our expectations.

Lovely well maintained hotel, large apartments. Friendly and super helpful staff, willing to help with bus timetables, pronunciation, and very kindly extended room stay for us. Had the large pool to ourselves, lifeguard on duty, small collection of free books to exchange, near to small but clean beach, easy trek to a tower with great view over the bay. This is an upmarket area catering to wealthy older German couples and British families, nice and quiet to stay in but for eating and shopping, grab the bus to Peguera.

WARNING stay away at weekends - an outside party was organised for saturday where booming music was blasting out - so loud we and other paying guests had to leave pool - shame there was no consideration for paying guests !! And childrens party was organised for the sunday - spanish children are very loud!! During the week pool area was lovely and quiet with nice pool bar. Apartment was lovely and spacious. Great location 3 mins walk from beach and restaurants. Would recommend bar bagari - good reasonable food . Pool towels were provided on request. Staff were lovely and friendly - would have given 5 stars if it wasnt for the loud pool party

Our holiday at Villa Real was just what we needed. Very relaxing & comfortable. Staff were very helpful and went out of their way to provide an apartment suiting our wheelchair user son.

Nice property, clean but services was lacking and sometime inappropriate. Actively leaking fridge in the room and we were only offered to get our food stored somewhere else. No refund offered, they refused to get us another room. No compensation whatsoever.
When asking a nice restaurant recommandation, staff (in their mid 20’s probably) sent us to a resto bar for very young people even if we are in our 50’s….Inappropriate as they should know how to target their suggestions according to their client’s age.

The rooms and the amenities were modern, and the staff was excellent; they were very friendly and accommodating. The location could not have been better. 1 bus away from Palma and the airport. Airport buses run as early as 4:45am. I would recommend this hotel.

our second stay, albeit a brief one this time, and in the space of 9 months they have upgraded the reception and pool area, particularly access to the latter. Friendly, well located (half an hour drive from airport and minutes from the beach) accommodating, superb value for money, spacious air conditioned suites, clean with daily housekeeping and flexible on check out time. We will certainly be returning in the future.

I stayed there with friends for 7 nights, the overall condition of the room was average but it is what we expected for the price, however one of the door leading into the balcony was not secure because the lock was broken, but the overall area was safe and luckily we did not have anyone steal our belongings. It was very close to the beach. The only downside with the staff was that they did not clean our apartment as often as they should have.

We didn't pay a lot for our five day break, so were not expecting too much ... on the upside , the staff were very nice and the location is good. unfortunatly the rooms are very tired looking and the furniture mostly damaged. we were unlucky to get a second floor room where the balcony had a view of a wall ... just a wall ..!! the pool area is also in need of updating. Reception is open from 9.00 till 12.00 so difficult to talk to staff

We loved every second of our almots 2-weeks stay. The staff and management are so friendly, helpful and professional. The poolbar is great and has proper variation of food and drinks. The room was spacious (ours 205) and fresh, nice interior and lovely balcony.

Ho soggiornato a Villa Real con la mia famiglia (2 adulti e 2 bambine) per 4 notti. La struttura è molto carina, l’appartamento era spazioso e ben attrezzato, letti comodi e spazio esterno privato dove potersi rilassare. La piscina è grande e molto ben tenuta. Personale gentile e disponibile a venirci incontro per qualsiasi cosa, ad esempio dato che avevamo l’aereo di ritorno alle 20 ci hanno consentito di fare il late check out alle 13 in modo da goderci la mattinata al mare/piscina. Abbiamo anche cenato e pranzato 2 volte nel ristorante della struttura, cibo buono e buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Lo consiglio vivamente! Un grazie speciale a Jose e Sara per la loro gentilezza e professionalità!

Tyvärr var hotellet bara halvöppet när vi kom dit. Poolen öppnade 15/4 som lovats men området tvättades samtidigt med högtryckstvätt så det störde mycket. Det skulle ju givetvis ha städats dagen innan öppning. Ingen poolbar var öppen och det fanns få solsängar. Rummet var fint men knarrande sängar och vi fick be om mer toalettpapper två gånger. Maten var okej men inte lika bra som utlovats via recensioner. Nära till buss och taxi förbindelser. Trevlig personal i receptionen. Frukost personalen hade lite svårt att förstå allt vi frågade om på engelska.

Lille, hyggeligt hotel med fin standard og rigtig god beliggenhed med 150 meter til stranden. Personalet er supersøde og hjælpsomme. Værelset var nyistandsat, rummeligt og rent. Vi var meget glade for at bo der. God mad og lækre drinks i deres restaurant på terrassen, hvor der altid var liv og hygge. Man skal dog forvente, at nogle ting svarer til de 2,5 stjerner. Fx køleskab af ældre dato og mindre fancy møbler på balkonen. Men det var skønt at have køkken og køleskab på værelset.
