The hotel has a vintage old style vibe..
The room was clean enough, but it could be better.

The male receptionist and his wife were very kind and helpful, while the night-shift receptionist was terrible, mean and very disrespectful.

However, the hotel is only two minutes away from a bus stop to the town center and this is a plus

The room was clean but the curtains were hanging of the rails , net curtains dirty, needs updating old chipped furniture .
Holes in the ceiling above the shower .
Location no where near the city but was advertised as not far away near by like
No shuttle bus to the airport
But was sold with that service
The lifts no lights .
Dirty old carpets
Food ok but needed more hot food variety .
Very disappointed .
The hotel needs a serious update .

The hotel was 1 star not 3 star as indicated on your rating . It was old and broken I had chat with one of your staff completing about the state of this hotel . Bedding was clean. Staff were good and helpful breakfast was good considering the hotel was 1 star not hotels fault . There was was a dead mouse entrance to the main building . Carpet absently dirty chair and settee full of stains . We tried not to stay
in the room . Just go back for sleep . No TV. No tea or coffee facility no fridge. Considering this hotel was 3 star. This is laughable . I will take this further .

Terrible, Horrible, Rude Staff.

The front desk was rude. I've never encountered a front desk that rude. As someone who is not familiar with Prague, I expected someplace at least somewhat convenient to the city center based on the reviews. It wasn't. I suspect all positive reviews are fake/employees who \"booked\" a stay just to post a review for the company. There is no reason anyone would stay here. I was there all of 10 minutes then checked out. I would like a refund. This place is horrible and the staff is incredibly rude.

This place sucks!

Room was dirty. There was food and dirt on the floor from previous guest, there was a chair that was visibly dirty, the shower looked like it was falling apart, the toilet wasnt bolted down so it wobbled from side to side, the keys are made of cheap soft metal so if you accidentally turn it the wrong way theres a good chance it will bend or break, a lot of the furniture and appliances were falling apart. The one lady at the front is also a bit rude. Dont stay here unless you have no other options

The hotel is basic but clean and has all you need. A nice touch is some rooms have refrigerators to cool a water or soda. They have a breakfast buffet, typical of all Czech hotels and restaurants, always stocked and they have a nice sweet cake to finish off your meal. Very reasonable price and a good, convenient area with a bus stop just around the corner.

One staff member was great. He was very helpful, welcoming and seemed happy. Also the breakfast staff were great. There we 2 front counter staff who were grumpy looking and not very friendly both days we dealt with them. 1 made us feel like she was doing us a favour just for doing her job. We didnt even ask for anything extra.
There were cob webs it the room, not vaccummed properly. The paint was chipping in the washroom [alot]. The safe did not work and was not fixed the 3 night we stayed there.
We had breakfast once nothing special. Food wasn't very warm.
The hotel seems to be run down, rooms and hallways.
There was lots of dust on the hairdryer and on the shelfs.
The towels and bedsheets were clean. Would not stay here again.

Too expensive over New Year’s Eve

Awfully expensive for what the room looked like. 4 star price in a 2 star hotel. There were other guests in the hotel playing loud music, luckily far enough from our room so we got the chance to sleep well.
Sorry guys, maybe this was an exception with the price and all, but not booking again.
Staff was ok, friendly, tiny breakfast offered in the morning, but that’s it.

When we arrived we was approached by a man working at reception he was very rude and said we had to pay 500 Czech Coruna For city tax which the website stated it was only 200 when we asked him about this he said that the prices changed yesterday which we found hard to believe the next following days we was dealt with another man who was a bit politer but couldn’t put a smile on his face, on the last day before we left we went to check out and was told we didn’t needed to pay the hotel accommodation which we paid on the first day This was very odd because I’ve never been to a hotel which would even let you pay on the last day anyway he made us show him loads of evidence that we have paid and we just thought it was very odd as this was the same man that asks for the 500 and we felt like he was just keeping it to himself, we didn’t even get an apology afterwards all he told us was okay then and then pointed towards the door we found our stay at this particular EA hotel very unaccommodating

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone . When I arrived to the hotel I noticed the sheets had stains and holes in them as if they have never been changed. The bathroom was unclean and it looked like black mold was growing in the shower . I notified the front desk about it . They said they would take care of it . Came back to the room after dinner and the problem wasn’t fixed so I asked for a new room but they were booked .. i will never let my friends book a hotel for me again . One of the worst hotels

the room was on the road side ground level so very noisy, wifi did not work well in the room, cheap hotel so you get what you pay for and for the price I paid it was ok. Shower was great and plenty of hot water, bus stop outside hotel which was 10 mins to Florenc, so a good budget hotel, supermarket 3 mins walk, nothing else close no frills hotel then this hotel is ok. Breakfast was very good.

The hotel is quiet and clean, a bit outside the main city centre, but the transport was cheap and quick (a bus to Florenc only 60p one way, and there in 12mins!). The staff were what made this hotel so nice.

The room was clean and accommodating especially considering the amount we paid per day. Breakfast was also some of the best we have had in Europe so far. More than just bread, cheese, and meat which was great! Also, the front desk attendants were very helpful with directions for the trams.

Good Business Hotel Outside the City Center

This appeared to be a business hotel, as there was a small conference center adjacent to the main building hosting various meetings during my time there. As a result, the staff were more professional and friendlier than I expected, especially since their first language wasn't English and the staff at tourist sites around Prague weren't as friendly to foreigners. The room was clean and comfortable, although I got a room on the first floor of a secondary building in behind the main complex, so there was a bit of traffic noise and I could hear the guests above me walking across their room. The doors to my room also felt old, such that anyone could easily break into my room if they wanted, but this felt unlikely. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The lower price compared to most hotels is likely due to location; as the hotel is further out from the city center and there was only a gas station nearby (although it was convenient for buying a sandwich late at night).

Mixed feelings..

We were looking for a basic hotel which we did find, the rooms and bathroom were really clean although the shower was oddly placed so it is a bit unavoidable to get the whole bathroom wet..

The staff was not very friendly and super slow on check in, although we found that in general Czechs were not friendly overall.

We only found out on the last night that there was a bar at reception although for some reason it was not in use and we were not allowed to fill in our water bottles from the water dispenser at the breakfast restaurant. (There was no water available on the room)

Rooms were really quiet, we never heard any noise from next door neighbours even though they had kids and we had a internal connecting door (which was locked obviously).

Breakfast was basic with not a lot of options but was really tasty every time!

If you're using public transport you need to take a bus or walk to the nearest metro station (5 min on bus or 15 min walking) the metro leaves you directly at the centre within 7 minutes and works until midnight. Usually took us between 25-30 min to commute.

Nice hotel in quiet part of Praha. Clean rooms, warm. Staff not so friendly, but ok.
Breakfast simple but Tasty.
Parking a little bit small.
If I come next time in Prague, I would probably stay there again.

Kamer was vies en kapot. Vloer in de wc was kapot, wat gewoon gevaarlijk was want de stenen die uitstaken waren scherp. Hebben 4 nachten geslapen en geen 1x is de kamer schoongemaakt of kregen we handdoeken. personeel was super onvriendelijk en probeerde niet eens Engels te praten. Heel gehorig hotel en ontbijt was ook heel slecht weinig keuze en leek en smaakte alsof het er al dagen lag.

Ja die Unterkunft war sehr günstig, aber auch bei einer günstigen Unterkunft darf es keinen Schimmel geben. Der Schimmel in der Dusche wurde auch schon mit Dichtmittel überklebt. Es riecht trotz lüften sehr muffig und es wirkt alles feucht im Zimmer.
Auch wenn der Betreiber schreibt wir hätten uns ein anderes Zimmer geben lassen können, soetwas vermietet man einfach nicht,das ist Gesundheitsschädigend.
Im allgemeinen ist die Anlage ungepflegt und sehr abgewirtschaftet. Leider funktioniert die Foto hochladen Funktion nicht.

Man får det man betalar för

Vi hade en superbra vistelse under 3 nätter. Personalen var väldigt tillmötesgående och majoriteten av dem kunde engelska.

Vi bodde två personer i ett rum med dubbelsäng, hotellet är slitet men relativt rent. Det var lite myror i badrummet (såg kanske totalt 4 stycken under hela vistelsen)

Största problemet för oss var att det inte fanns några eluttag vid sängen. Det fanns bara vid skrivbordet på andra sidan rummet.

Med tanke på vad vi betalade så var det väl över förväntan.

Hotellfrukosten var ok. Ca 100 svenska kr per person, fanns nödvändgheterna mackor, yogurt å flingor, nå bakelser och nån typ av lokal stekt potatis med grönsaker och korv.

Det var väldigt lätt att ta sig in till centrala prag med både buss och spårvagn.

Kan starkt rekommendera om man vill ha ett schysst budget boende och inte har något emot att det är lite slitet.

Otel Prag merkeze biraz uzak ama toplu taşıma araçlarına erişim çok kolay hemen önünde otobüs durağı var. Odalar temiz fakat buzdolabı olmaması yaz için kötü. Resepsiyona söleyince orada bulunan dolaba malzemelerinizi koyabiliyorsunuz. Ferah bir avlusu var oturmak için. Resepsiyonda 3 görevli dönüşümlü çalışıyor. Ailece favorimiz Peter bey . Es el Peor hotel que estado. La atención como en la mayoria de la ciudad de instancia es pésima, un mal ambiente, mala cara, ni saludan es lo peor NO RECOMIENDO PERDER LA PLATA VISITANDO ESA CIUDAD NI MUCHO MENOS ESE HOTEL SI ES QUE SE LE PUEDE LLAMAR ASI, ES UN HOSTAL BARATO Y FEO PARA LLAMARSE HOTEL, la cama horrible, comida medio fría y fea. The hotel looked closed when we arrived, and our hotel room was dirty.
The walls were very thin, and we could hear EVERYTHING our neighbors did (like opening a can)

The staff is very pleasant and the check-in and check-out were easy.

Some information could be shared more clearly, f.e. that there is 100CZK per day parking fee. The room was large but in general the hotel could do with a revamp. The bathroom especially as there was a bit of smell (which seemed to disappear after some time - or we just got used to it).

The breakfast was OK but I would appreciate wider choice. We stayed there for two nights and I would not know what else to have the third day for breakfast.

Overall OK for short term stay - but not for romantic gateways.

Die Rezeption als Aushängeschild eines Hauses ist stets abhängig
von der Freundlichkeit und Leistungsbereitschaft der Mitarbeiter.
Das war auch hier so und schwankte recht deutlich. Ansonsten passte
das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Das Hotel lag in einem Teilgewerbegebiet,
hatte aber eine gute Anbindung in die Stadt.

Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb des Zentrums mit guter Busverbindung (Nr. 133 nach Florenc) direkt von der Rückseite des Hauses (Verkehrsgünstige Lage). Die Zimmer sind weitgehend einfach eingerichtet und werden kaum gewartet (Duschvorrichtung zu tief angebracht und sicherlich vor langer Zeit abgebrochen (wie auch der Klodeckel), Aircon funktionierte nicht). Dem Wunsch nach einem ruhigen Nichtraucherzimmer mit Doppelbett und Aircon wurde nicht nachgekommen. Stattdessen rauchten die anderen Bewohner rund um die Uhr unterhalb des Fensters (für einen Nichtraucher eine Zumutung).
Das Essen ist einfach und nur wenig abwechselungsreich. Beim Empfang muss man alle Informationen aus der Nase ziehen.
Der Parkplatz kostet 10 Euro die Nacht (Ausweichmöglichkeiten schwierig). Das Hotel liegt in einem Mischgebiet (Industrie mit Wohneinheiten, keine Restaurants in der Nähe).

výborné snídaně, již jsem tento hotel navštívila vícekrát a vždy jsem byla spokojená. Jen jsem měla problém se spaním mají zde matrace s péry a tak spím jako na hrachu, kdyby se matrace vyměnili bylo by to ještě lepší. Wifi moc nejde je tam slabý signál.

God familiehotel.

Selve morgenmad og hotellet var rigtig fint. Men deres service er ikke noget at råbe hurra for. Man mødte især en sur kvindelig receptionist, der ikke rigtig ville hjælpe hvis man spurgte om noget. Fx spurgte vi om hvilken bus der kørte til byen, det kunne hun ikke svare på. Det samme da vi spurgte om vej til 02 Arena, som i øvrigt lå tæt på, men her fik vi svar at hun ikke var fra byen og ikke vidste hvad vi snakkede om. Og rengøringskvinderne bankede ikke på inden de kom ind. Parkeringen af egen bil er også dyr - 20 euro om dagen dog kunne vi forhandle da vi var der i flere dage. Som nævnt foroven så lækker morgenmad med stort udvalg, og fin gårdhave.

Das Hotel ist etwas weit von Zentrum ca. 20-25 minuten mit dem Auto. Frühstück war nicht Gut. Das Bett war unbequem.
Der Mann an der Rezeption war sehr nett. Ruhige lage.

Snød os for en opgradering

Jeg har meget svært ved at anmelde det hotel positiv - da de prøvede at snyde os for den opgradering, jeg havde købt og betalt for hjemmefra.
Ellers var hotellet ok men godt slidt mange steder.

hôtel propre, personnel assez accueillant, dommage qu'il ne fasse pas restaurant le soir d'autant qu'il est à l'extérieur du centre ville nous obligeant à prendre bus et métro pour nous rendre en ville.
Petit déjeuner le matin correct style de tous les hôtels internationaux

Velký pokoj, parkoviště a jinak standard

Hotel standard. Pokoj byl prostorný. Ráno však tekla pouze vlažná voda. Snídaně dostačující. Velká výhoda je parkoviště v ceně u hotelu.

Promettono servizi che in realtà non hanno

Per carità, non andateci mai. A costo di spendere qualche euro in più, scegliete un altro hotel.
Abbiamo contattato l'hotel 72h prima per prenotare, come anche da loro confermato via mail e contatti facebook, la loro navetta (taxi hotel), quindi si presuppone appunto sia un loro mezzo. Non ci hanno mai degnato di una risposta. Ci hanno semplicemente ignorato.
Pessima organizzazione alla reception perché appena arrivate abbiamo chiesto subito che ci prenotassero questa benedetta navetta per il rientro, dato che il volo era alle 6.00am, e i mezzi in quella zona sono scarsi. Nelle tre sere successive nessuno ala reception ha saputo dirci se effettivamente avremmo trovato la navetta la mattina della partenza. Ma il colmo è stato l'ultima sera. Alla reception una signora bionda, le domandavo le cose in inglese e mi rispondeva solo in ceco, di inglese non sapeva una parola. Però loro sul sito vantano personale poliglotta....forse l'hanno dimenticato a casa.
Alla fine si scopre che la loro navetta dell'hotel non esiste, la tipa si è limitata a chiamarci un taxi, arrivato mezz'ora in ritardo col conducente visibilmente stanco (la sua scusa è stata che era stanco e si era addormentato, ecco perché ha tardato), ubriaco perché per tutto il viaggio ha bevuto birra, ha guidato pericolosamente tutto il tragitto tenendo una media dei 120km orari, e per finire il prezzo non era quello scritto in hotel.
In poche parole, pessimo.

Wir wurden mit einem stumpfen Kopfnicken \"begrüßt\"und bekamen zwei Schlüssel für's Zimmer, wovon nur einer gepasst hat.
Das Zimmer war sehr dürftig eingerichtet. es gab zwar zwei Trinkgläser, aber nichts zu trinken. Die Betten waren sehr durch, die Wände waren sehr dünn, so dass wir jedes Wort unserer Nachbarn verstehen konnten.
Nachdem wir ausgepackt hatten, fragte ich an der Rezeption ob es ein Restaurant im Hotel gibt in dem man zu Abend essen kann. Dieses wurde verneint. Es gäbe nur Frühstück. Auf meine Frage hin, ob man sich im Hotel irgendwo heißes Wasser holen könnte um Tee zu trinken oder ob es eine allgemein Küche gibt, gab es nur ein arrogantes lächeln mit Kopfgeschüttel.

Nach einer Nacht war uns klar, hier kann man nicht bleiben wenn man auf Sightseeing Urlaub ist. Aber wir beschlossen natürlich trotzdem erstmal zu frühstücken.
Und auch da, alles sehr dürftig. Das Toast schmeckte nach Hähnchenhaut, es gab eine Sorte Käse, zwei Sorten Wurst, richtig alte Brötchen, super süßes Musli und das Rührei war nicht ansatzweise gar.

Danach war klar, wir müssen hier weg. Wir telefonierten mit Expedia. Sie waren sehr gewillt uns zu helfen und es tat ihnen auch unendlich Leid, aber das Hotel stellte sich quer. Frei nach dem Motto \"Is nicht unser Problem\".

Als wir unsere Zimmerschlüssel wieder abgaben, wurde weder gefragt warum, noch wurden wir in irgendeiner Weise verabschiedet.

Prag ist eine Reise wert, aber das „Hotel“ ???

Komfortzimmer mit Klimaanlage ???
Matratzen 10cm und hart. 0 Liegekomfort !
Alles schon sehr abgewohnt.
Klassenfahrt für 2 Nächte im Haus, war natürlich unheimlich leise in der Nacht.
Rezeption kann nicht mal grüßen.
Haben einen Tag vorher abgebrochen und wurden nicht mal gefragt wieso wir das Haus verlassen wollen.
Umgebung wie in einem Gewerbegebiet, Baustelle gleich gegenüber, aber zum Glück fuhr in unmittelbarer Nähe der Bus.

O hotel fica um pouco distante do centro histórico. 15min de transporte público proximo do hotel. Cafe da manhã excelente Quartos silenciosos. Compatível com o valor ofertado. Staff turno da manhã muito prestativa e simpática.

Buon Hotel, un po' decentrato ma OK

HOTEL BUONO ED ECONOMICO. CAMERA SPAZIOSA, MATERASSO NUOVO, COLAZIONE A BUFFET. UNICA NOTA NEGATIVA : MAI CAMBIATO ASCIUGAMANI IN 3 GIORNI. HOTEL SI TROVA A 14 MIN DI BUS DAL CENTRO . ISTRUZIONI DALL'AEREOPORTO ALL'HOTEL = PRENDERE BUS 119 FINO STAZIONE NADRAZI VELESLAVIN.QUI PRENDERE METRO VERDE E CAMBIARE A MUSTEK CON METRO GIALLA; SCENDERE A FLORENC . PRENDERE BUS 133 , SCENDERE ALLA SETTIMA FERMATA (MALACISKA);

War schon das 2. mal in diesem Hotel.
Im Hauptbaus Zimmer ok ordentlich, und entsprechen 3 Sterne.
War diesmal Im Nebenhaus eher Hostel Standard , leicht zu öffnende Holztüre, kein Safe im Zimmer . Auf wünsche eines Zimmer Wechsel wurde nicht eingegangen.
Seit diesem Jahr keine Tram Tickets mehr im Verkauf. Usw.

Nice hotel, good breakfast.

The city is not far away with bus 133. We have got a good room. The shower is not so good fot great people. If you want to wash your hair yu have to sit on your knees. Beds were good. Sleeped very good there.
Breakfast was good and enough. For a few days is this a good hotel. Busstop is around the corner, 3 minutes walk. Bus goes to Florence and you are in the center.
There were other people who makes a lot of noise. You can here this very good.
Headbuilding hase Airco. The other building not. The new city was nothing to sea. We won't go back there. Old city was very good.
We had a nice time there.
