This was the perfect place to celebrate our 11th anniversary. The staff was incredibly accommodating, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. The property was well-maintained, comfortable, and welcoming.

Prior to our arrival, I requested champagne and a fruit bowl. The champagne was waiting for us perfectly chilled, and the fruit selection was excellent and thoughtfully placed in the refrigerator.

The only minor issue we experienced was with breakfast on Sunday. We ordered breakfast potatoes that tasted as though they had been prepared the day before, and unfortunately, they were not very good. Aside from that small disappointment, every other meal we ordered was delicious, and the service was consistently wonderful.

Thank you, Sole, for helping make our anniversary celebration so special. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

My husband and I really liked the hotel; the staff is friendly, and the décor and cleanliness are wonderful. However, on Saturday night—lasting until nearly midnight—there was a lot of noise from very loud music and people singing on the 5th floor, which made it impossible to rest or sleep. My husband called the front desk, and the employee told him there was an event taking place. It is unfortunate when this happens, especially when you just want to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet at a hotel.

Very disappointing experience for a property in this location.

We stayed with our family and unfortunately the property did not meet the standards expected from a resort.

The biggest concern was a serious sanitation issue: we saw multiple rodents around the pool bar area, including near the counter and utensils area where food and drinks are served. Our children had eaten and consumed drinks from this same area before we noticed the problem, which was very concerning.

The property also needs significant maintenance. Several areas show visible deterioration, rust, peeling paint, and lack of proper upkeep. We also experienced discolored water from the faucet.

The room comfort was below expectations. The mattresses were extremely worn out, sinking in the middle, with almost no support left, making sleep uncomfortable.

We reported the rodent issue during our stay through Hotels.com.

Hotels.com contacted the hotel directly and opened a formal request, but unfortunately the hotel did not provide any proper resolution or compensation.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and paid all fees associated with my reservation before arrival. Check-in was smooth, but at check-out I was unexpectedly charged an additional $200 fee for “using the pool and hotel amenities”.
This charge was not related to any damages or misuse of the property. My concern is that these fees were never clearly disclosed beforehand. If I already paid all reservation fees, why am I being charged extra for basic hotel amenities?
I believe guests should be informed of all mandatory charges before booking. Being surprised with a $200 fee at check-out was very disappointing and felt misleading.

The staff was rude, roaches in the room and refrigerator . I was charged an extra 400$ I was told 200 of it was for a room upgrade I never asked for and no one could figure out where the other 200 was for . I asked to speak with management and they wouldn’t let me speak with them however management called the front desk and over the phone they told me $700 + the $300 deposit equals $1200. They never tried to straighten it out or offer anything to help clarify where my other $200 went too . On top of that I paid a $230 deposit on hotels.com and they kept telling me that it declined when it already came out of my bank account. All in all I paid $1500 for a roach infested room and poor service . And about $450 that wasn’t supposed to be charged.

The hotel is nice. If you want a nice view while you stay in sunny isles and a clean room with great service then this is a great choice. Not necessarily new or luxurious like others. Personally I would’ve spent a little bit more if I would’ve known.
Hallways are small, my room was small and the balcony was small.

Based on location and other amenities the price is reasonable. Valet parking is extra if you plan to drive and the resort fees take care of the beach necessities. Didn’t try to the pool or sauna but it looked clean and maintained.

I will say I enjoyed the shower. Good water pressure and temperature.

Partial view is exactly how it sounds and the view of the bay is nice. Got good views of both sunset and sunrise from the room facing north.

The only thing I would’ve changed was the bed. I’m tall and it was super low to the floor. Pillows kinda sucked.

Overall had a great stay. staff was amazing and the hotel was clean.

The hotel staff being friendly and welcoming was definitely what made up for the rest. Great staff.

I don't mind paying extra however, to make me pay $45 a day to valet park without being able to park literally anywhere else it's highway robbery no matter where you go. Also, I like the room but I had to call twice to get someone to come up and clean my room after the assigned housekeeper came unannounced into my room while I was half naked asking to clean our room I told her to come back it was 3:30 when she came I left around 4:30 came back around 11:00 p.m. that night and the room was still not cleaned I had to wait till the next day to call and have someone come and clean my room. Also, and this may not be the fault of the resort but with all the mulch and dirt on the beach we couldn't even go out into the water while other resorts clean their walkway to the beach our resort did not and it look tacky. The food was overpriced not an extensive menu we ordered buffalo wings they bring out naked chicken wings with buffalo sauce on the side not what we ordered. Was not a good time

The parking valet is expensive $40 per night, staying 1 week adds up. Also another drawback was the beds as they're uncomfortable.

We stayed here with family and I want to say it is not family friendly absolutely no kids activities; only one pool and it was super dirty) the hotel rooms had half of amenities not working ..: we were really disappointed and honestly we will not stay here again!

My wife and I stayed here for an entire week. The place was great always clean, staff was great and helpful, locations is great, our room was great can’t say anything bad about this place. If anything I have to criticize is wish they had a menu or room service. Beach view was amazing, parking is always valeted so never have to worry about finding parking.

Our ocean front suite was amazing, with a great views from all windows, a full kitchen and beautiful bedroom and LR. We loved having two bathrooms and such easy access to the pool and beach.

If you’re looking for a hotel with staff that live to pamper guests then it may not be for you. Staff were always polite but did not go beyond - such as thinking to offer us a towel when we stood soaked and shivering in the lobby (caught in a rainstorm) while waiting for our room to be ready (they were late getting it ready).

I don’t have enough words to describe how nice was our stay at this resort! From the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out of this hotel, every interaction with all staff was so amazing. They are professional, friendly, and try to accommodate guests in every way! The room was amazing too! It was clean and no weird smells. We had a suite with two balconies with beach view. We also had a car and we had valet parking which was very simple and easy. The amenities here were great! Seats with umbrellas at the beach, swimming pool with a bar, restaurant on premises that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. We also enjoyed the fitness center with sauna. I was impressed with the experience i had here and already telling all my friends and family about this resort and will definitely come back.

I do not recommend sole at all. Rude staff, so many hidden/undisclosed charges. The room was made to look really nice on photos but was completely catfished. There wasn’t even a light in the room it was always so dark. Honestly if you're looking to save a little by coming here it is not worth it. Spend the extra $1000 and go somewhere better, you will end up paying it in hidden fees not to mention them charging $45 a day for parking. Also, we didn't even receive the room that we chose, my wife and i wanted a city view but they felt like putting us in a partial ocean view with an ugly building right across the balcony. Sorry not sorry

Clean and overall a good experience. The staff was wonderful, friendly and attentive. My Complaints: the extra $100 a day ontop of what it already costs to stay there, for “resort fees” and parking, it’s quite pricey. And $50/night forced valet parking isn’t ideal. The pool & beach closes at 8 & towels were not always available everyday, so that was slightly annoying for the cost. The baleen kitchens food is subpar and extremely pricey.

A good place to stay. The room was clean, the staff was exceptionally friendly, the beach experience was great, and the food at the restaurant was very good. The location is also excellent, with many restaurants nearby.
Two things that could be improved:
First, the pool/beach area has only one restroom (maybe there was another one for men, but I am not sure), and it was not clean most of the time.
Second, the bathroom was spacious and included both a nice bathtub and a large showerhead. However, the protective glass next to the showerhead did not cover enough of the shower area, so water constantly spilled out no matter what we tried. After every shower, we had large puddles of water on the floor and had to use towels to absorb it. I would recommend either extending the protective glass or adding a handheld shower attachment to the bathtub so guests can comfortably shower there instead.

Had an amazing experience at Solé in Miami! The atmosphere, food, and service were all outstanding, but what really made the night special was Russ. He was incredibly accommodating, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcomed from start to finish. We stayed in a 2 bedroom oceanfront suite. It was clean, spacious and well maintained. The view was incredible! The staff was friendly. The location was good for a low key Miami trip but dont come here if you're looking for a party atmosphere. It felt very safe and there were restaurants and shops within in easy walking distance. The pool was underwhelming. Pool bar and beach staff were severely understaffed but very nice and hard working. Beach was nice with lounger/covers and umbrellas supplied by staff.

Trish was amazing and made you feel like family. We had trouble with our tv and AC and both were fixed within an hour. It was very impressive. Overall a really nice experience just completely different vibe from south beach and resorts I have stayed at there.

We truly enjoyed Solè Miami. Although it is a hotel, it definitely felt like a resort. My husband and I came here as a belated Anniversary trip. It was definitely worth it and the perfect spot to reconnect. The intimate beach access (complimentary towels, sunscreen, lounge chairs, and large umbrella) feels like a private beach. Very relaxing. The on-site beach waiters were attentive. Loved the Caesar salad and chicken quesadillas. Light and tasty. We booked the Ocean View Suite and the view was to die for. Room was very clean and room service was very thorough ( Roselyn serviced our room and she was amazing)The room was huge and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking pans & utensils to chef it up in your room. The dishwasher was a great help. I would still suggest Baleen Restaurant because their food was great.. Try the Steak Frites + shrimp (delicious). We are looking forward to returning in the near future.

The hotel is wonderful. The only problem is if you come to the beach a little later, they don’t always have chairs or umbrellas. Waited about half hour for chairs to become available. However, the staff is wonderful and the location is great. You are right across the street from some superb dining choices. Love staying here.

Love the location the staff was very friendly
I had a side view ocean view room. The balcony was extremely small. Still enjoyed seeing the ocean. You could only have a couple people stand on it. Definitely pricey I have two picky kids.
Breakfast cost me and my husband just the two of us $60
And for one beer and a plastic cup martini was $29
So we went elsewhere for food and drinks
