Peaceful hotel in pleasant little town
Located in a primarily Nordic ski area, this is a fine location for cycling (and hiking) in the summer with medium to challenging rides at your door and famous Tour de France climbs within an hour or two drive. This is a \"condo\" hotel so you have a decent little kitchen that is well supplied. Extra charge for sheets and towels is normal here. Staff was friendly and helpful. Town is quiet but has plenty of restaurants, a bakery and a nice little grocery store.

Great spot in the Alps
We stayed here for two weeks this July, and really had a wonderful time. The apartment was very functional and comfortable for three adults. Also, there is a nice variety of restaurants within walking distance. Be sure to check out the local bakery, the meat and cheese store, the grocery and Le Caribou.
Please keep in mind that linens and towels are not provided. This is not uncommon in Europe. You can \"rent\" them from the hotel, or bring your own. We took along some old sheets and just discarded them to make some space to pack home new treasures. For towels, we find that the microfiber travel towels available at nicer outdoor stores work great for light travel.
The staff at the hotel do speak English, and went out of the way to be helpful without being intrusive.
We hope to go back!

Very good location for cycling with beautiful mountain views. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. I was unaware that we had to hire towels and bed linen which was a surprise and added expense so make sure you bring these with you unless you want to pay extra. Also, they do not change toilet rolls in room so bring this with you too. The room was large, bed comfy and kitchen small but adequate for two. The bathroom was large but not very clean. Overall, for the price the hotel was good although I do think they should clean the rooms better and supply toilet roll at least.

This should not allowed to be sold as a hotel. It was more a self catering youth hostel style but at hotel prices. The accommodation was set in the roof of the building. You could not stand up in 25% of the space. Both my wife and I bumped our heads on numerous occasions. What a headache.

La résidence est tres calme et agréable, et nous nous y sommes vraiment plus!
L'espace dans l'appartement est généreux pour un logement de station, et le parking est facile et gratuit.
La piscine, tres calme, a ravit les enfants!
L'absence de casiers a ski a été compensée par la large place des palliers environnement sécurisé de la résidence.
Nous avons trouvé un logement propre a l'arrivée et plutot bien équipé (cependant avec le minimum de couverts/vaisselle donc lave vaisselle doit tourner apres chaque repas...)
Le reception est ouverte raisonablement et l'acceuil a été plaisant, patient et professionel tant avec les parents que les enfants qui ont demandé a l'accueil de leur faire de la monnaie pour les jeux presque tous les jours!

Les qq points en moins pour nous ont été :
- pas de communication sur la necessité de porter des maillots de bains en lycra au préalable et pas de vente sur place...il nous a fallu redescendre a Decathlon...quand on vient de l'étranger ce n'est pas forcément évident a anticiper.

- pas de boisson/nourriture dans l'espace réception/jeux. Une machine distrutrice pourrait etre facilement installée et serait tres appreciable

- pas d'instructions pour le four/micro ondes tres difficile a utiliser...
- mobilier vieillissant meme si fonctionnel

Appartement bien agencé, propre et bien situé. Nous avons passé un bon séjour en mars. Seul bémol, il fait trop chaud et on ne peut pas réduire le chauffage, dommage, par contre la piscine est trop froide et trop profonde. Sinon je recommande cet établissement.

Studio pas confort, frigo très bruyant (on l'entend du lit, pas de séparation cuisine / coin nuit), pas d'eau suffisamment chaude pour profiter du bain. Il faut se charger de descendre les draps et les serviettes a la fin du sejour. Par contre très bien situé, parking gratuit. Pas un séjour horrible en soit mais très déçu pour le prix.

L'accueil a été cordial. Deuxième étage, ascenseur en panne. Draps fournis mais couverture en laine usagée dans le placard (Pas très hygiénique en pleine période COVID). Un radiateur électrique 1000w pour 20m², trop léger. Une Télévision qui ne capte que C8. Et pas de frigo, ni de coffre fort.
Le prix de 55€ la nuit pour une petite station de montagne est intéressant mais les prestations sont plus proche d'une auberge de jeunesse que d'un Hôtel.

Gros problèmes d'aération des studios situés au dernier étage à causde d'une impossibilité d'ouvrir les fenêtres de toit qui sont bloqués par le froid et la neige. Ainsi, l'air est vicié et très sec. Horrible nuit!

La piscine permet de pouvoir profiter d'un moment rare dans un hôtel à la montagne.
La station de la Feclaz est le paradis du ski de fond et du biathlon car c'est la station ou il y a le plus grand domaine de fond en Europe et en prime il y a aussi du ski alpin.
C'est une station vraiment vivante avec de nombreux commerces.
La piscine permet de pouvoir profiter d'un moment rare dans un hôtel à la montagne.

Bon déjà la mauvaise surprise en arrivant , l’hôtel est fermé jusqu'à 16h00 (quand on a pris 3 train et un bus et qu'on s'est levé à 5h00 et qu'on arrive sous la neige , on aurait pas été contre poser nos valises au lieu de devoir retraverser le petit village pour se mettre à l'abris) ... quand l’hôtel ouvre enfin, les mauvaises surprises se poursuivent puisque on avait pas capté qu'il fallait emmener nos draps (donc tu payes un supplément) et nos serviettes (et hop nouveau supplément) ... (on était en studio) ensuite découverte de la chambre et là c'est le pompon, puisque pour faire office de fenêtre , on a un énorme velux sous la neige avec zéro visibilité sur le dehors à + de 2 mètres du sol (autant dire pas hyper accessible) ... pas hyper cool quand tu viens t'aérer loin de Paris et que tu rêves de ta petite vue sympatoche le matin pour prendre ton ptit dej ... bref c'est complètement la déception ... en résumé, tu payes pas cher (merci expedia) , mais bonjour la piaule ! et puis faut faire son ménage avant de partir sinon c'est 40 balles !

Vous ne trouverez pas de serviettes de toilettes dans la salle de bain car elle sont en options 7€ la petite serviette avec la grande( pour une location de 7j en bien prévoir un budget de 49€ /par personne bien sûr!) Dommage que ce ne soit pas signalé dans la réservation. Par contre site très agréable en hiver je pense pour les amoureux du ski!

Des petites erreurs qui font baisser la note
Tout d'abord, nous avons été agréablement surpris à notre arrivée d'être surclassé en appartement 4/6 personnes alors que nous avions réservé une chambre 4 personnes. L'accueil à notre arrivée est resté basique. L'appartement en lui même, le mobilier est assez recent mais les finitions n'ont pas été faites. Nous avons regretté de s'être vu imposé le canapé lit alors que des lits superposés pour les enfants étaient disponibles. Sur la partie piscine/spa : il fait froid... autant dans l'eau qu'à l'extérieur... Du coup, nous avions décidé d'aller au sauna mais, à deux reprises, pas d'eau dans les seaux pour faire monter l'humidité et la chaleur et lorsque l'on le signale, il faut soit attendre 30 minutes ou leur rappeler à 2 reprises... Que le sauna et le hammam soient payant, c'est déjà limite car cela devrait être inclus dans le tarif, mais que le wifi soit payant et si cher, c'est inacceptable... Même les hotels Ibis Budget proposent le wifi gratuit ! Enfin, et c'est là le plus anormale, il est normal de trouver de la neige voire de la glace dans une station de ski mais absolument pas normal que jamais les accès aux appartements ne soient déneigés et surtout déglacés au point d'entraîner des chutes... Il est important de rappeler la responsabilité du propriétaire en cas de blessures...
Malgré tout, 3 étoiles... je suis sûr qu'avec un effort du côté de ces erreurs, il s'agit d'un endroit exceptionnel, à deux pas des pistes.

Nous avions loué une chambre d’hôtel pour 4, et nous avons été logés dans un 2 pièces pour 5 donc très bonne surprise.

La TV n'a pas toute les chaines ce qui est curieux à l'air de la TNT HD ??!!
Par contre les personnes de l'hôtel sont très sympathiques et accueillantes.
Pour le ski, il vaut mieux quand même reprendre la voiture et se garer plus près des pistes (surtout avec des enfants pas très grands), car en chaussures de skis la route paraitrait longue et difficile (+ 400m à faire pour attendre le télésiège).

L'emplacement de cette résidence/hotel est très interessant. Un peu à l'ecart pour se sentir isolé mais en réalité à quelques dizaines de mètres du centre de la station et du télésiège. Nous avions réservé à l'hotel et nous avons été surclassés en appart côté residence avec prestations hotelières. Idéale avec des enfants, La Féclaz est une petite station familiale.

Il s'agissait d'un appartement de 4 places en duplex. L'immeuble est récent, bien équipé dans l'ensemble. Quelques détails cependant, manque les coussins pour le dossier du canapé, c'est donc très inconfortable. Idem pour la cuisine, bien équipé, cafetière, micro-onde qui fait four etc.. mais il manquait le bac pour l'essoreuse à salade.

Bizarrement l'eau chaude et froide était inversées dans la cuisine et la SDB mais rien de bien grave (surement un plombier qui a confondu la droite et la gauche).
L'éclairage du dégagement ne fonctionnait pas non plus, mais ça aussi c'est pas gênant.
hormis cela, c'est un hotel sympa bien situé. l'accueil de l’hôtel est bon et la propreté des lieux étaient présentes donc pour ma part c'est un bon hotel qui mériterai peut être un petit rafraîchissement extérieur (peintures extérieures qui s’enlèvent, état des balcons et terrasses des petits chalets appart, dégradés).

En famille avec 2 enfants en bas âge, un accueil très chaleureux, le personnel est venu m'aider à transporter mes bagages, j'ai pu garder la chambre jusqu'en début d'après midi pour une sieste pour les enfants , qui a été décommandé au dernier moment car la météo n'était pas favorable pour prolonger notre séjour d'une demi journée, et non facturée. Les chambres sont grandes donc confortables avec les enfants. Piscine un peu fraiche. Sauna sympa. Il existe 2 types de prestation, l'hôtel et les meublés.
