It is conveniently situated with good acces by bus or metro mare with some excellent restaurants a few meters away.
The room was large with nice space but needs an upgrade for bathroom facilities.
Also the resto service was not always available

Disappointing stay and horrible customer service

Horrible horrible customer service. Hotel Du Soleil did not want to honour my reservation for a double room with balcony with sea view. The lady at reception argued that my reservation did not include the balcony with sea view, even though I showed her an email that clearly stated that it included it. She wanted me to pay another 20€ per night in addition to my prepaid amount if I wanted an “upgrade”. It was rediculous. I had to call hotels.com who were quick to offer to cover the 20€ per night additional fee so that I could get the room I had booked. I couldn’t believe how rude the front desk lady was, how unhelpful she was ans how horrible the cudtomer service was. I would never stay here again.

Also not beds are hard as rock, carpets are really old and faded, hotel really needs updating. I’m surprised it’s considered 4-stars. Pool was right on the main street, no comfort when cars are driving by all the time.

Stay somewhere else. Trust me.

There were three of us. I thought we had booked an apartment but it turned out to be an en suite room with a double and single bed. A bit cramped for three of us but we managed for a week. The room was cleaned every day and staff great. The pool is quite small and by the main road. Also little space for sun lounges.
Overall a decent hotel.

Great location right in front of the Beach Boulevard, walk, and Surfside amenities. Lots of bars, restaurants and shops on the street side. One slight glitch we had was difficulty accessing the Wi-Fi in the first couple days, until the Staff finally worked out the Kinks. The staff at this hotel were Beyond excellent. The little pool in front was very usable and not cold. Great views from the rooftop breakfast room. There seem to be plenty of parking

Great hotel at the beach. Really good breakfast included with our room choice. Accomodating staff. Right outside the front door are many restaurants to choose from. Shopping all along the main street. There are some historic sites in the town center. We stopped at a nice bar called Hobos for drinks.

Great location - things too improve

Hotel service great - rooms - beds were two very small singles- room described as a suite ! shower was very small - beds were not comfortable and too small - no English speaking TV channels that worked - cable channels never worked correctly. Breakfast was great. Bar area great.

I stayed at this hotel for 10 days, the day overall was ok, but the room was a bit small.
The waiting staff in the restaurant are very nice. I especially liked Alessandro, he speaks good English and was very friendly. Now the reception staff I can't say the same. In one occasion on of the receptionists started to raise her voice at me, just because I questioned the \"cleaning\" fee for the beach towels. They say beach towels are free, but they actually charge £4 to clean them.
Other than that they are not too bad, but would say it's a great place. Next time I would go somewhere else.

Great find

Overall it is a really great hotel. The staff were very helpful and let me work on my Italian. The breakfast was wonderful and the views were spectacular. Our only problem was the beds were very hard. They did offer us some pads but I slept on 4 pillows. A little like the princess and the pea.

Typical clean but small room - no service.

This is a typical European hotel. Location is good near beach and he rooms are clean, but very small as is somewhat typical. Included breakfast is fine and dining staff is nice. Absolutely, no service outside of that and
don't send clothes out for laundry. Items we sent out were \"lost\" but only the better items were gone and then the hotel argued that not only that they were not responsible but that we should pay for the cleaning of the items we didn't even get back!!!!

The worse staff ever!!!!!

I want to start by saying I have travelled to 32 countries in the world And to italy especially around 7 or 8 times And is the first time i actually write a review because these people really deserve it! Their service is very poor!!! Their food is terrible I almost forgot I was in Italy. They want to charge you for everything!!!! You tell them you want a taxi tell call a special company that charges you double. The hotel itself is not do bad but the staff makes your stay miserable !!!!! I would never forget how a receptionist called Elisa at the lobby treated me ! As if she was the one paying me for staying there. Please if you have any other choice do not stay at this hotel avoid ruining your holidays.

nice hotel very clean, value for money friendly staff,thought the pool area was on the small side had a few sunbeds but no conopys to shelter from the hot sun.thought the beds were a little basic as the is rated as four star also balcony door handle broke off it was reported but no action was taken to repair it so we couldnt use the balcony.

Great Value Hotel In A Perfect Location

The main reason for booking this hotel was the cost and as such I was not building my hopes up to high.
All I wanted was a bed for 2 nights with a roof over my head since the previous 3 nights had been spent under canvus at various locations throughout Europe.
Upon arrival check in was a simple affair and all concluded within 5 minutes at which time I was shown to my room.
The duration of my stay (2 nights) was pleasant and all staff went out of their way to assist if they could possibly do so.
The hotel was situated within a couple of minutes walk to the beach as well as the various resturants and shops available along the main coast road.
I would have no hesitation in recomending this hotel to anyone, especially if like myself you wish to attend the Moto GP @ Misano. The local bus service stops 100 yards from the hotel and runs you direct to the circuit which was a trip of approx 15 mins and cost 4 Euros.

Då jag reste off season så var det nog exeptionellt bemötande. Från när jag kom ur taxin möttes jag av en väldigt trevlig nattvakt, och fick uppgraderas till balkong mot havet. Personalen bjöd på kaffe och vatten utöver frukost och var VÄLDIGT tillmötesegående! Skulle på alla sätt och vis rekommendera det här hotellet även under on season! Fick bestämma om jag ville ha salt eller söt frukost och mycket mysig personal där med.

Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, ist jedoch sehr sauber.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich!
Das Frühstücksbuffet, ist nach 9 Tagen immer das gleiche und dürfte etwas reichhaltiger und abwechslungsreicher sein. Es fehlten die warmen Sachen wie Eier oder Speck.

Der Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war sehr angenehm, ziemlich ruhig, des ganze Personal war sehr freundlich und kompetent. Was uns nicht gefallen hat, ist das der Parkplatz am Hotel sowie Liegen und Sonnenschirm am Strand sehr kostenpflichtig waren. In anderen Hotels ist das kostenlos dabei.

Bra läge och bra standard!

Bra och fräscht hotell med pool och nära till stranden! Vi bokade ett rum för fyra, men blev uppringda av hotellet som sa att de inte hade rum med sängar för fyra, men som sen ändå ordnade ett rum med en dubbelsäng och en våningssäng. Dock var våningssängen obekväm och vinglig, vilket gjorde att dottern valde att ta ner madrassen och sova på golvet i fem nätter. Detta var ett minus, men annars var vi jättenöjda med städningen, luftkonditioneringen, frukostbuffén och poolen.
Ett stort plus också till den unge mannen,Gabriel, som alltid tog emot gästerna i restaurangen med ett leende. Han borde få löneökning!

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances à l'hôtel du Soleil. C'est le paradis des vacanciers. Bien situé, on trouve de tout à toute heure. La piscine est très agréable et le terrasse ombragée très confortable. Le soir nous avons apprécié le balcon de notre chambre. La chambre climatisée est parfaitement équipée. Le petit-déjeuner, excellent et avec beaucoup de choix est servi au cinquième étage avec une vue imprenable sur la mer et un petit vent rafraîchissant. Le personnel est très sympathique, il se montre disponible et à l'écoute.

Posizione eccezionale fronte mare.. ambiente accogliente, camere però un po' troppo piccole.
Personale disponibile specialmente coloro che gestiscono la ristorazione.
Parcheggio troppo piccolo rispetto al numero delle camere con la conseguenza di dover quasi sempre parcheggiare all'esterno a pagamento

Tutto bene apparte per il parcheggio macchina che dall hotel viene riferito in Loco ed invece hanno un numero limitato di posti non per tutti gli ospiti .. pet fortuna che abbiamo trovato un buco affianco all hotel gratis altrimenti si deve andare a pagamento al di fuori dell hotel …

Prenotato camera con balcone vista mare...nessuna vista mare !! Camera pulita, ma scarsa insonorizzazione soprattutto verso l'interno, cabina doccia piccola. Nessuna terrazza o giardino all'esterno. Breakfast discreto con servizio gentile. Servizio all'arrivo alla reception scarso e scortese !

Change hotel to Mason B- great hotel!!

I booked this hotel and in the end we ended staying in the Mason B hotel. So I am actually reviewing other hotel here. :)
We were received by the super friendly staff, check in was fast and uncomplicated. We got an amazing room with a great ocean view from the small balcony. Really cute room , location was also good.

The breakfast was great and because I’m allergic to artificial color they made a natural fresh juice for me. At the check out they offered us bottles of water for the way. This small things make all the difference. Thank you very much for caring for your guests like this. E super recommend

Hotel.a pochi metri dal mare, pulito e spazioso, personale super gentile, colazione gradevolissima, affacciato sulla \"via dello shopping\" e ben servito anche dai mezzi pubblici. Parcheggio un po' complicato e materasso parecchio rigido... ma io ci tornerei anche domani, siamo stati proprio bene!

Ganske fint hotel, tæt på strand hvor liggestole og parasol er inklusiv. Dog række 6 og opefter. Bred og lang strand, vandet er uklart. Hotellet er i fin stand, personalet er søde og hjælpsomme. Morgen buffeten var for os ikke meget værd, bestod mest af kage. Poolen ligger ud til vejen og var beskidt, men er man til strand har det ingen betydning

Definitiv ein 4-Sterne-Hotel !

Ich kann dieses Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen! Lautstärke Lärme während der ganzen Nacht (Türe und Schreien). Die Wirtin bei jeder Gelegenheit lautstark die Angestellten und sogar die Kunden kritisierte. Zimmer und Balkon schmutzig. Frühstückauswahl klein und die Zutaten nicht besonders qualitativ.
Zu teuer im Verhältnis. Definitiv Kein 4-Sterne-Hotel!
