Very nice staff. The secure parking is very good for cars and bicycles. The location is close to the Pont du Gard. Nice walking around the area. Continental breakfast was good. We will be staying there again.

The location is the plus of this place ! The pont du gard is walkable distance which is amazing.
They do have a swimming pool that can be convenient when it gets really hot.
You can also walk to get groceries ,count a good 20 mins which is not too bad and it’s a lovely walk.
Make sure the fridge in the room is at the right temperate . I didn’t and all my vegetable got frozen because it was too cold and after I tried to thaw it , it got mushy and inedible.
They offer some massages but you will need to book in advance as the masseuses aren’t on site. If you want it I would recommend to say it in your reservation .

This spot was perfect for visiting Pont du Gard and Avignon (by car). The pool was nice, though our second (of two) days, we went swimming in the Gardon River instead, which was just a few minutes away.

Close to Pont du Gard, but nothing to recommend
We had a small room with a shower stall washroom that had a terrible odor (think trap under drain was either missing or dry, we flushed water down and it improved slightly) and caulking around enclosure had mold or stains. While it was nice to be close to see the acqueduct, we would recommend staying in Nimes or Avignon and making a day trip here as nothing much else we found to recommend in the town.

Terrible hotel, not worth the price, no wifi
One of the worst hotel stays. Wifi doesn't work. Hotel reception only open a few hours a day. Very expensive for what you get. It felt like a coffin, it was so small. It smelled like sewage the entire time. It was dirty - everything from the floors, to the cobwebs all over the walls, to the dishes being grimy. And for some reason, only getting one roll of toilet paper really put me over the edge. I would never stay here again nor recommend it to anyone.

It is a very clean and comfortable place for family to stay and enjoy the nearby areas. The rooms are spacy and clean, the beds are comfortable. The kitchen is sufficient for making simple meal.

Best part was the proximity to Pont-du-Gard. Front desk had weird limited hours. Front desk agent who checked us in wasn't very friendly - everything we asked about was answered with a \"no\".

Worried at first site, ended up pleasantly surpris
When we 1st drive up, we were extremely nervous with the big security gate and motel looking exterior. The front desk agent also wasn't very welcoming and answered \"no\" to almost every question. However after the initial shock, we realized we were 1 family of Americans amongst all French families. Once we settled in, got some groceries, and walked to the Pont-du-Gard, we were all pleased with the facility. Buyer beware: Ikea type furnishings; supply your own pool towels; give ID for ping pong and foosball equipment; severely limited front desk hours; I washed all good utensils and plates before use; buy own dishwashing detergent

Watch out for pool closings and checkin times
We booked a one night stay for family with kids on a roadtrip, and arrived after a long drive to a drastic disappointment, as the pool was \"closed\" without a reason that would make any sense. This was a very big thing for us as we had selected this hotel particularly because the nice photos of the pool. The staff bluntly declined our attempts to accommodate even the smallest exceptions to \"rules\".
The hotel building was new, nice and tidy. It's good to notice though that it is not a real hotel but a holiday club which rents out empty apartments as hotel rooms. As a result, reception services are not 24/7, late check-ins may not be possible, and check-out time is already at 10 am.

Disappointing
Badly arranged. B219 probably one of the worst apartments. Balcony faces inner courtyard, stair well and lift shaft. Therefore limited sun. Not a good view of France. Kitchen OK but not enough preparation space or cupboard space for food. Ok for overnight. Make sure that you book Block A. Wouldn't go back to it.

Mit dem Zimmer war ich diesmal gar nicht zu frieden.. alles Defekt und sehr viel Schimmel im Wohnzimmer Badezimmer wie Schlafzimmer, hat mich geekelt dort zu übernachten, Apartamant war sehr feuch, waren auch Silberfischli zu sehen. Der Wasserkocher alles voller Rost und dreck.. unbesuchbar. Schadde wäre eine gute Lage.

Très bon suivi pour arrivée tardive (tel et mail) La chambre est confortable, son accès est un peu compliqué en raison de l'ouverture à double porte qui permet difficilement de passer avec une valise. Mais une fois à l'intérieur, tout est OK.

Nous sommes venus en famille pour profiter du gardon et du spectacle des lumières du pont du gard nous avons beaucoup appréciés la résidence la piscine le spa le calme et la cces a pied aussi bien au pont du gard qu'au centre ville nous avons mangé aux terrasses a côté du pont du gard c'était bon même si les plats se sont fait attendre nous avons pu profiter du spectacle des lumières nous avons le lendemain fait une après midi kayac avec le kayac vert très sympa et le soir nous avons manges au patio du lys en ville super sympa avec un acceuil convivial et des plats vraiment excellent

Que dire, je ne sais pas vraiment par où commencer… Si par le positif, tout le personnel a toujours été très aimable, même si cela n’a pas changé grand chose après nos réclamations. Nous y avons passé une semaine en famille.
En revanche sur les côtés moins il y a la vétusté des appartements, l’état de propreté qui laisse clairement à désirer (tâches immondes sur le canapé du salon et joints de la salle de bains clairement pas nettoyés) et le comportement des autres locataires (même si j’avoue que sur ce dernier point l’hôtel n’y est pas pour grand chose).
Nous nous sommes baignés une seule fois après avoir vu de près l’état de l’eau (nous nous sommes baignés un dimanche qui semble être le jour de repos du pool boy!)
