The hotel is typical french shabby... but its ok, its tidy and functional enough to forgive and the pool is the best thing about the place.... but for the love of all things... avoid the breakfast or resturant like the verbal plague!

The hotel was very comfortable. The weather wasn't great when we were there, so we couldn't take advantage of the nice outdoor area or the pool as much as we would have liked. Our triple room was just beds, but they were comfortable. Breakfast was good, and we enjoyed a nice dinner at the hotel restaurant.

Cozy, clean and great community
Nice spot. A little bit off the beaten path, but we loved the drive. The rooms are dated and small (hey - its Europe), but clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly, and the pool looked nice, we only stayed one night so didn't use it. If you stay here, you MUST go to the bakery a few minutes drive in town. BEST espresso's and pasteries.

On the plus side the hotel was clean and we'll maintained with an excellent swimming pool. Staff were generally friendly and helpful. However, the hotel did not quite match up to the description on the website and in the in room guide. For example, there were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room but one could request a courtesy tray. Breakfast options claimed to include scrambled eggs, bacon and sausages but did not. The hotel claimed to serve lunch but did not. We had an evening meal. The menu was very limited e.g fish or meat , ie minced beef or scuttle fish. There was no price on the menu and we did not see the menu until we were seated. The food was, however, good quality and well cooked if rather plain.

Short stay in Provence
It was our first visit to Provence and we wanted to see Avignon, Nimes & Arles. The hotel is perfectly located to start your sightseeing. The roomes were on the small side, but beds are very comfortable, airconditioner superb and very quiet, dobule glazing shut out all sounds from nearby road. Hotel enjoys swimming pool, which in the Provencal heat is a bonus, outdoor breakfast area is nicely decorated with Provencal sceens, breakfast was good and evening meal acceptable and well-priced. I would very much recommend this hotel.

This was really just a one night stop to be close to the airport the next morning. It was a very pleasant surprise. The hotel is a little quirky, definitely not the standard 'Best Western' and very much more to my tastes. The room was comfortable and quiet, there was WiFi and a warm bathroom. The lounge and bar areas were welcoming and the staff helpful. The dinner was excellent and the breakfast the best I have had in a few years. The test is the scrambled egg, it was perfect, no mean feat when it has to be kept in a bain-marie . . . there were plenty of other choices all fresh and much of it local. I regret I was not staying longer!

The hotel has a sad appearance and need a general colourful upgrade, need flowers, garden, and trim down trees to bring some light. Staff were all first class and most helpful, food was good, and pricing ratio excellent, also very calm area and safe main road within a mile from city center or ring road to motorway exit.

Dans l'ensemble, l'accueil qui m'a été offert était largement correct, en revanche, la manière dont le personnel d'accueil s'est adressé à la femme de ménage ne l'était pas et cela m'a particulièrement dérangé.
De plus, je trouve que la présentation de l'hôtel sur Hôtel.com est un peu mensongère puisque la chambre que j'ai eu (double standard) ne ressemblait pas du tout à ce que l'on peut voir sur les images de présentation de ce type de chambre. Une nuit agréable en couple dans cet établissement en pleine rénovation. La chambre supérieure que nous avions réservée était confortable, la salle de bain ayant été intégralement refaite. Piscine sur place sympa même s'il reste là aussi un peu de rafraichissement à prévoir. Bon séjour dans l'ensemble.

J ai passé une semaine avec ma fille du 10 au 17 juillet 2023 , que des déceptions 🙁impossible de manger au restaurant à midi et le soir c est plus du congelé aucun service pas de cartes de vin ma fille a prit un verre de rosé vraiment pas bon ,seul chose valable la serveuse qui était sympa on a plus mangé à l hôtel , la piscine est belle mais les chaises longues manquent ,une dizaine tout au plus et pas de parasol navrant 🙁 , couloirs et ascenseurs pas très propres , très déçue je n y retournerai jamais c est sur ! Cet hôtel ne mérite pas 3 étoiles

L'hotel è molto carino, pulito, accogliente, le camere sono arredate in stile provenzale e il bagno funzionale con una bella doccia, infine aria condizionata ben funzionante e una bella vista sul giardino!! Il rapporto qualità prezzo per questo hotel è ottimo!!

Nous avions besoin d'une nuit dans les environs de Beaucaire et avons trouvé cet hôtel. Hôtel dans son jus qui fait néanmoins son charme, peu d'insonorisation mais cela n'a pas été un soucis pour une nuit. Salle de bain agréable avec un vrai séchoir à cheveux, bien utile. Nous n'avons pas profité de la piscine. Petit-déjeuner intéressant pour le prix, présence de fruits.

Nous avons trouvé un établissement assez calme et bien entretenu même si avec le covid 19 les chambres ne sont faites que sur demande .le personnel,quand il y en a est tres serviable et sympa .Par contre, nous avons eu une mauvaise expérience avec le repas à notre arrivée :le sauté de poulet n'était pas frais et dans le menu affiché plusieurs produit manquaient rendant le choix très restreint .Un seul repas nous a été facturé en compensation et la personne qui gerrait tout nous a avoué être au four et au moulin devant seule gérer: la réception , servir ,débarasser et même faire la vaisselle .Elle nous a dit que le chef avait eu des problèmes de livraison ...Nous n'avons pas renouvelé l'expérience choisissant de manger au au-dehors .
