We love it here! The location is perfect, being out of the madness of Medellin but just two minutes away from it all. The people here are wonderful, we appreciate them all. It's also very safe - from the room to the parking garage. It also has a very good breakfast buffet.

If I had to nitpick, the only disappointment has been that our room isn't very clean (floors). We always find someone else's hairs and small bits of trash around at times. Even when we've requested housekeeping during our stay, the hairs remain. However, beds are clean and comfortable, air conditioner and water work, so it's a minor thing to overlook.

We've stayed here several times though, and all the other positives greatly outweigh the one negative. We highly recommend this hotel.

The Binn Hotel exceeded every expectation. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. The hotel itself is modern, elegant, and immaculately maintained, with stunning views and a calm, luxurious atmosphere.

The rooms are spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable—perfect for both relaxing and working. Every detail feels intentional, from the design to the amenities. The staff truly makes the difference here: friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile.

The location is excellent, offering privacy and tranquility while still being close to everything Medellín has to offer. This is easily one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in Colombia.

Highly recommended. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Medellín.

I felt completely safe, comfortable, and genuinely at home throughout my stay. It’s rare to find a place that combines luxury with such heartfelt hospitality, but Binn does exactly that.

I would say this property is five stars across the board. I overhaul had no issues here. I do believe it is on the price of your side, especially for the area that it’s end. But I can’t say it disappointed. All of the pictures and videos looked exactly like it did in person. The staff were super helpful and kind. They had English speaking staff as well. Very clean and organized. Please be aware that there is a $200 fee for having guests. I missed that in my contract.

I’m sharing this review because my experience at this hotel did not meet expectations, especially considering its reputation.

Communication Issues
I initially emailed the hotel because someone in my group became sick and couldn’t travel. They responded to my first message, but when I followed up to explain the situation further and share my concerns including my experience at the bar I never received a reply. The lack of follow-up felt dismissive and unprofessional.

Amenities Unavailable
A major disappointment was that key amenities specifically the rooftop were unavailable for almost our entire stay. It was closed first for a private wedding and then for maintenance issues. We were never informed of these closures in advance, even though the rooftop was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel.

Service Issues at the Bar
We also had an uncomfortable experience at the bar. A drink was prepared incorrectly, and while the bartender tried to fix it, we could hear staff discussing the situation through their walkie-talkies, which felt unprofessional.

When we asked for the bill, two staff members insisted the drink was “good for them” and refused to remove it from the check, even though they were not the ones consuming it. Their tone was dismissive and rude, and one staff member mentioned they had set the drink aside to taste it themselves which felt completely inappropriate and embarrassing for us as guests.

EVERYTHING about my stay was PERFECT! The staff was so kind, attentive, and helpful! & I mean every single one of them! Ivan at the front desk and Adolfo at the restaurant were exemplary! My spanish isn’t the best and they were so patient and even tried speaking English to me. The beds were comfortable, rooms were spotless, and the views were amazing! The good:
The people who work here (front desk, restaurants, parking garage) are phenomenal! Location is perfect and while prices are on the higher side here, we like the people so much that we keep returning to this same hotel every time we visit (about 2x/ year).

The bad:
Room floor was never cleaned while we were there, and requested the room be cleaned at least twice in this past week. Floor wasn't cleaned this week. Maybe never. Last two days after being cleaned by room service, supposedly, my feet turned black. Should've taken a photo of them. Appalling.

My fifth trip to Medellín. My fourth this year. The Binn is the best hotel I’ve stayed at so far and it’s not even close. The service far outpaces everything else. Mr. Adolpho was absolutely delightful at every breakfast and the breakfast is wonderful. They have everything. When you arrive there is an armed guard. A door man opens your door and takes your bag. The property is super clean. The rooftop bar is awesome. The rooms are clean. The king bed was super comfortable. The soaps and shampoos are high quality and the way the staff genuinely cares and asks about you and then fulfills everything is just unbelievable. I will stay here again in a heartbeat. Not one unpleasant staff member in the building. Great vibes. I am picky and I highly recommend this place. You will not be disappointed. My only gripe was no smart TV, but who really cares. We are rarely in our room except to sleep and relax. Great amenities. Great room service. Hot tub, pool, steam room. Breathtaking views from the hot tub and pool.

OMG This place has to be one of the best hotels I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying.

Located in the heart of El Poblado area its close to restaurants, bars and high end shops.

The Hotel itself is gorgeous, the facilities immaculate and the views are breathtaking.

The service is in a whole other level, everyone went out of their way to make our stay pleasant, special shot out to Adolfo our main server during morning breakfast for his overall hospitality and excellent demeanor.

He his place is a 10/10, Highly Recommended.

I’ve stayed at this hotel before it’s very beautiful. The food menu on the roof is limited mostly bar food but it’s good. It’s pricey. Everything about the hotel is nice except the elevator situation is really bad. Routinely you have to wait for five minutes because they only have two small elevators and everyone tries to use them including the staff at the same time. It’s very frustrating and might prevent me from returning.

El personal en el área de la piscina/rooftop bar no nos quiso atender (más bien, nos ignoró y luego nos hizo esperar tanto, que no quisimos ordenar nada y nos fuimos al jacuzzi). Aparte de eso, fue una maravilla de estadía y lugar. La ubicación es ideal para desconectar y relajarse. Si deseas salir y caminar, no es la zona ideal.

The property was very upscale.
They welcomed us with a drink and cake. The front desk service was excellent.
The breakfast was superb with 6 stars service. We had lunch at the roof top and the food was terrific. The views from the roof top were great!!!
The rooms were modern and desk. A little bit noise, you could hear the neighbors doors closing and talking in the hallway. The pool is in the roof top with service from the bar. 15 mins walking there is a small mall with several great restaurants and small shops.

WHERE DO I START!? We absolutely loved our stay at Binn. I’m going to go ahead and put a list together of things we enjoyed:
-THE STAFF! So so friendly and kind and willing to do whatever it takes to make the stay as comfortable as possible. A HUGE HUGE shout out to Ivan. He gave us great recommendations for places to eat and things to do, which we ended up taking and had great experiences at. His kind demeanor was welcoming and we were grateful to have met him. We also want to shout out Adolfo from the hotel restaurant. He was just so friendly and made us feel like family. He would remember our names and our drink orders and is one of the most pleasant people I have ever met. People like this make your experience so comfortable and welcoming.
-THE ROOMS. The rooms felt extremely clean and comfortable. Every space felt looked after and I always looked forward to coming back after adventuring out. Room service was 24/7, and the bathroom area was so beautiful.
-THE AMENITIES. The rooftop bar with the infinity pool is INSANE, and the water is heated.
We also took advantage of the jacuzzi and the steam room. Both the pool and jacuzzi had a beautiful view that just added to the experience.

I also wanted to add that they have security at the front entrance, which made us feel even safer. Every time we waited for our uber or taxi, the security person was outside of the hotel. Such kind people as well.

I have nothing but good things to say about my staff. I WILL be returning!

La piscina nadie se puede bañar porque el agua es súper mega fría . En las habitaciones abren las puertas sin permiso con la excusa para revisar la nevera para ver si has consumido . Es un acoso de entrar y molestar cuando nadie consume nada de lo que hay en la nevera adentro de la habitación . Cuando haces el check out vuelven a revisar a ver cómo dejaste la habitación y en mi caso dejé una camisa nueva olvidada y no me la devolvieron.en conclusión no volvería al gastar mi dinero en este hotel

Beautiful hotel with excellent accommodations! ALL staff were extremely professional and attentive. Location was perfect, since it was away from all the hustle and bustle of Parque Lleras and Provenza, but only a 5-minute Uber ride away. Hotel was also five minutes away from the Tesoro Mall, the nicest in Medellín and well worth it. The gym is well furnished, and the included breakfast was fantastic! Price was extremely competitive compared to a similarly furnished hotel in the U.S. For someone looking for a great hotel at a great price, the Binn Hotel has it all! I recommend it to anyone.

We recently stayed at Binn Hotel to celebrate our friend’s getting married. Everyone we spoke to highly recommended this hotel as it is suppose to be one of the best in Medellín. After hearing all the hype, I was expecting a 5 star hotel but honestly, it was a 3 star. The staff was excellent. Extremely professional and friendly. The hotel is clean however the rooms are small. The bathroom is small as well. The shower is a decent size but the door got in the way of someone was brushing their teeth. Our toilet clogged after just being there one day. The breakfast food was great, tons of different options however, we did room service one night and the food was absolutely disgusting! There is a bar at the top floor of the hotel, the first night we got there. We just wanted to go up and take a peek before we went to our room to rest, and the young ladies were so rude regarding my attire. I understand there was a dress code, but we were not going to sit at the bar. We just wanted to look as we were excited about our stay. Overall, the hotel was nice, but after talking to some people at the wedding, there are definitely more options to pick from. This wouldn’t be my first hotel to recommend to someone if they were to visit Medellín, I think social media hyped it up.

This hotel was absolutely terrible. I did not receive the vip benefit that was promised my Expedia. There was no hot water my first night. They told me the room I booked was not available so I had to pay extra money for an upgrade. There were no amenities. I ran out of bathing soup and lotion. The hotel did not worth the hotel I paid for it. This hotel is 3 star on a good day. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel and I will never stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is designed in a type of circle so that when you get off the elevator on your floor you are standing in a circular hallway with the rooms going around the circle. No long hallway to drag your suitcase down. The rooms are modern and comfortable but I think a hand held shower head and an exhaust fan would improve the bathroom. The room was quiet even thou there is a very loud restaurant and bar on the top floor which was playing house music that night. That restaurant has no walls just a railing. The views are wonderful and so was the food and drink. However, I doubt there was a person over thirty in that restaurant, which is open to the pool, and every one could have been a model. At 75 I felt ancient and I doubt I would have felt comfortable showing up in a bathing suit at that pool because I would have had to walk up a flight of open stairs and through the restaurant. The attention we received from all the staff was excellent and the room had a great view but we felt a bit out of place because everyone was so young.

This was an amazing hotel! Incredible breakfast buffet with different traditional Colombian options every day. Our waiter Adolfo Muñoz was extremely attentive and pleasant. He went above & beyond when he took my mom a birthday dessert to our room & sang Happy Birthday to her in Spanish. Best service & hotel I’ve ever experienced. Definitely coming back!

I really enjoyed my stay at the Binn Hotel, the moment that you enter the hotel you feel relaxed. The rooftop has an amazing view and pool area. I will definitely be back.
