I was put in a room with a direct view of the top of the atrium. The area around the atrium was awfully dirty. I had to close the blinds to avoid seeing the dirt.
I would like the management to contact the taxi driver who forced me to pay him 130K Viet dong because he had no change. He still asked for more tips on top of that. He drove recklessly, with both hands often off the wheel. One of the concierge staff ordered this taxi. This is not a good way to send off a customer.

My Stay was Good, i was looking at late Check out with the Hotel & was asked by the Hotel to pay for 1 1/2 day stay which I agreed too, But they are charging me there normal rate & not according to the rate I paid for when I booked the hotel on your website. Staffs spoke fluent English and provide great services. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. The room was comfortable and clean. It lacks a business room like a printer and a copier. The laundry was too scented, had to re-washed.

Best in District 7 HCMC I stayed, of course District 1 hotels overall of much higher standards. Very clean spacious room (got a suite as an upgrade), comfortable bed. All public areas of the hotel are clean but old fashion, bar is open until 9pm)

Beautiful hotel, but staff could improve

Staff knocked on my door at 6am & couldn’t speak a word of English so I rang front desk but they didn’t know why that staff had knocked on my door. Front desk staff should be more welcoming & warm to guests. Breakfast buffet was a bit disappointing, lacking in quality and taste. It seems the head chef has not had experience in delivering high quality food. But the room was lovely & clean

I'd not stay here again

We were given only 1 key to the room. The key needs to stay in the room for AC & lights to turn on. So either both of us leave the hotel at the same time or none could leave. Once we did leave, AC turned off and we had to wait for it to turn back on when we get back, considering how hot and humid it is in this city.
Although the room is non-smoking, the smoking smell is all over the entire floor (8th) and creeps into the room as well. The hotel allows people to smoke in the hallway and this is the problem.

Fantastic Hotel!

The MerPerle Hotel was great. We had a very clean, modern, tidy and spacious executive room with a nice view. The service was excellent and we would definitely stay again. The location is a little far from the busier districts but it was worth the extra travel to and from the hotel. We also liked that is was in a slightly quieter district and it felt a lot safer. The Hotel was close the Crescent shopping mall and several great restaurants which was a bonus.

Brand new hotel, but needs to find its feet

A rather strange hotel... no expense spared brand new hotel.
Amazing rooms, very luxurious and large.
Lovely pool deck area, elegant marble everywhere etc.

But very lacking in the breakfast offering - very poor breakfast.
Just seems to need another year or two of experience to really come up to spec with say a good Hilton.

Location is OK - very close to the convention centre - a 20 minute or so Taxi to the exciting/interesting parts of town though. (but using uber this is only a few pounds!)

There is a very nice waterside Mall only minutes away with great waterfront restaurants which was very nice.

Staff are just a little bit too eager to please... constant doting on you to open every door etc... for example please give me at least one minute to read the menu you have just given me! a little bit too much...

But when you ask them questions like \"can you help me make a phone call\" a bit of rabbit in the headlights syndrome...

Also the lift is ridiculous, it snaps shut in about 3 seconds and pinned me about three times!

Gym is very poor. It only has a bench press and a bicycle in it.

So all in all, very impressive building, very nice rooms, great pool...
But need a little more privacy from staff who seem a but under experienced.

Also the breakfast was not enjoyable.

Great hotel with amazing staff! The gym was still under construction, but the rooftop pool and the rooms were really good! Nice view of the city from our room's balcony.
The hotel was close to some big, brand-shopping malls. It was about 15- 20 min taxi drive from district 1.

We arrived 6 days prior to the Grand Opening so everything wasn't quite finished yet but the staff was absolutely wonderful! We watch the hotel transform into a beautiful finished product during the week we stayed there. I would highly recommend it!!

1. 早餐有許多選擇，有現煮河粉、現煎蛋服務人員
用餐餐廳風景也不錯，可以座在靠落地窗景的地方
服務人員隨時會幫忙收走食用完的餐盤

2.房間乾淨，地毯乾淨，
就是標準行政客房廁所沒獨立抽風機 (711號房)
套房廁所有讀立抽風機(510號房)

3.會一次給兩張房卡，一張可以一直插在入口供電的插卡處
有些飯店不會給兩張房卡

4.要注意迎賓會送水果放在房間，要收好，一次換房後的水果晚上回來發現少一顆水梨

5.頂樓泳池是沒有加溫地，但水看起來乾淨，可能是沒什麼人實際去遊
但有個設備算乾淨的健身房

6.提供寄放行李，入住還有工作人員會幫忙運送行李上去

Très bel hôtel avec un personnel à améliorer

On a réservé une chambre exécutive pour 3 nuits et on nous a donné une chambre deluxe. En plus pendant que j’étais dans la chambre, ils sont venus pour désinsectiser la chambre, provoquant un malaise (je suis allergique tendance asthmatique). Je suis partie assez fâchée mais on a repris une chambre 3 jours après pour une seule nuit et ils nous ont surclassés et offert un dîner ( sans le vin ni le dessert !) C’était je pense la moindre des choses. Le personnel est assez froid en général ( excepté le groom ) et au restaurant c’est glacial ! Petit déjeuner assez varié et copieux mais beaucoup de plats locaux. Il manque de sucré et pitié arrêtez le thé lipton, c’est épouvantable et mauvais. C’est indigne d’un hôtel aussi class. Les chambres magnifiques et spacieuses.

Hotel di lusso a due passi dal SECC

Hotel nuovissimo, pulito a due passi dal Saigon Exhibition Center.
Camera spaziosa, dotata di tutti i comfort.
All'ultimo piano c'è una terrazza con piscina.
Il buffet della colazione è ricco e vario. Purtroppo il ristorante è chiuso ma è sempre aperto il bar nella hall dell'hotel che offre alcuni piatti vietnamiti ed internazionali.
Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.
Ideale per coloro che per lavoro partecipano a fiere al Saigon Exhibition Center, facilmente raggiungibile a piedi in 5 minuti.
Comodo anche ad un grande Centro Commerciale con negozi e ristoranti.

展示会に行かれるにはお勧めです。

展示会に訪問するために宿泊しました。展示会場までは歩いて３分程度で
途中にはファミリーマートもあり、日本の飲み物・食べ物（伊藤園の緑茶やポカリスエット、パンやおにぎり・ヤクルト、お菓子）が売っていますので何かと便利です。
ホテルの周りにも日本食・韓国料理・カフェなどがあり食事にも困りません。
朝食の内容は程々に充実しています。

部屋は意外に広く、新しいということもあり清潔でした。テレビはＮＨＫワールドが見れます。
（たまに受信状況が悪くなり、少しの間止まってしまうことがあります。）
使い捨てスリッパやアメニティーも完備されており、エアコンはダイキン製で快適です。
トイレはＴＯＴＯ製で安心感がありますが、シャワーは日本と比べると水圧が弱く
シャワールームのガラス扉に少し隙間があるので、シャワーを浴びているとそのお湯が隙間から
出ていきますのでバスマットは濡れてしまいます。

これ以上の内容を求めると高級ホテルとなってしまいますので、
ビジネスでの訪問（特に展示会場）を中心の予定であればお勧めできます。
（市内中心部から少し離れていますので、観光などにはあまり向きません。）
