The room was very clean, and the service was excellent. My room was cleaned and thoughtfully reorganized every day. The staff were incredibly helpful, kind, and friendly throughout my stay. They even gave me a gift at check-out, which was a lovely surprise — and that’s not even mentioning the welcome gift at check-in, a pack of masks that I found very thoughtful. The room had everything I needed, making my stay very comfortable. The hotel’s location is also fantastic, with many great bakeries, restaurants, and bars nearby.

I booked a non-smoking room through Hotels.com. But I was offered a smoking room because of lack of communication between the platform and the hotel. Since no other room was available, I was forced to stay in that room for a night. That was terrible. But with the ionizer provided by the hotel, I felt a little better. It was not my first stay and for sure not my last one at iconic Hotel. In my opinion it’s the best option when you are looking for a hotel in that area. It’s surrounded by all styles of restaurants, bars and shops, and in walking distance to a food court. In addition to the clean and comfortable hotel itself, it’s a great package.

As for the room service is only available from 11am till 9.30pm so want to have breakfast in the room or having late supper need to eat in the restaurant or buy from the convenient store near by or order thru grab. For those who want to try the hotel buffet dinner are advise to book for the reservation about 2 weeks in advance for the table thru the hotel restaurant as no table for the hotel guest and walk in as all fully book. So yet to try the room service meal and the hotel buffet dinner…

I booked the room under option \"paid at property\", however, the hotel simply pre-authorized my credit card without pre-alert me. I don't feel comfortable with it. The front desk staff not well trained, made the situation worst. The bathroom door locked by itself when I came out. Other than, the mattress is good and the selection of pillows are good too. Breakfast choices are acceptable. But I wont stay there again due to the unpleasant experience.

Great hotel in Iconic City
I needed a hotel in that area for a business trip for a week. The Iconic is probably the bets hotel in that local area. It is new, well designed, well appointed, clean, safe, and in a good location with many food options right outside.
The staff were all very professional, welcoming and attentive, and the whole experience was very good.
The room was quite modern and simple, with a very comfortable bed, and good, well stocked bathroom, including bath robes, and the shower was excellent. Great water pressure and temperature.
The room does not have an enclosed closet, but I did not miss that. It has a coffee maker, hot water kettle, and a mini refrigerator.
I was able to work from my room and also from the Business Center, and the Internet connection was excellent and fast.
I used the swimming pool, which is all one depth, and great for swimming laps, however, I did experience an issue with strong smell of burning plastic, which I think was coming from a nearby construction site. They also have very nice shower and sauna facilities near the pool and the gym.
The restaurants are both good, but I think local visitors may find the price a bit high. However, the breakfast buffet was really quite good. A large variety of food and drink.
There are also many restaurants right outside the hotel, in case you need something else, as well as a small convenience store that is open 24 hours.
Overall I would say this is a great hotel, and very good value for money.

The room I gotten had some door problem. During breakfast the manager walked around and approach me for some feedback. Mention to him about this and when I return at night, the door was fixed. Great service, took my feedback seriously and acted on it.

Great hotel.....new and well equipped. However I'm not fond of the room i got because it is the same level as the swimming pool and the outside view is not great. The hotel is situated at a new shop lots. There are plenty of restaurants and eateries outside but probably non halal. So muslim guest should just stick to room service. The room service menu is good...not too pricey.
