It is a nice waterfront location, but the carpets are filthy, the staff is not helpful, we reserved a room with a queen and a twin that apparently does not exist, the food at the restaurant was horrible. We did not stay here and incurred the expense of a replacement property. If you need a cheap place and don’t mind the above, this is the place.

The staff at reception were friendly, let us check in early too which is great.
Our room was lovely and clean with good view of pool and sea.
Breakfast was good but could do with a bit more variation that’s all.
Location is great, right by the beach with lots of restaurants nearby.
1 star lost as on multiple occasions we had staff walk into our hotel room unannounced. Once whilst asleep and other late morning, firstly we had a do not disturb on the door and secondly its completely unacceptable to walk into a guests room especially without knocking.

Overall a good hotel but sort the guest privacy out!

We absolutely loved the property.
Room was okay.
Wish they had a coffee maker or tea option.
Breakfast was included, which was fabulous.
Went for dinner there, I wouldn’t recommend! Go into the little town, 10 minute walk.

Overall a good experience.

Very good location. Great pool. Breakfast was great with lots of choice. The only downside was inappropriately dressed guests at breakfast time. A dress code should be enforced during meal times.

The room was so hot due to no air conditioning working, we had to sleep with the Window/door open….. We were bitten to hell b6 mosquitoes, cost me £35 from creams in the local Pharmacy

Good hotel, good food, direct access into crystal

Enjoyable family holiday, room was comfortable, cool and clean, pool area was clean, usual scramble for sun beds with many lying empty with towels on for most of the day. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Seating indoors or outdoors right by the sea. Plenty of shaded areas under mature pine trees.
All in all a great holiday, the only niggle was our room was on the ground floor and there was some noise with people talking at the reception desk which could be heard late into the night and early in the morning

Modern but poor in comparison to others

New hotel with clean rooms, great pool and views from room.
Disappointing no blackout blind so you are awake at sunrise as the curtain may well have not been there. If you didn’t wake up early with the light the cleaners certainly will ensure you don’t sleep past 8am.
No free pool towels nor a deposit scheme, 35 kuna each time to swap.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely terrible! Our room overlooked a derelict building site, the room was not clean (stains on bedding and glassware) when we raised a complain we were told that management would look into it and move us to another room but nothing ever happened! So much for an Expedia VIP hotel - please avoid!

The property is beautiful, but the rooms are very small and much to be desired.
It is quite unfortunate that the rooms did not match the ambiance of the overall property, dining (excellent), breakfast (excellent) and the staff at breakfast were very charming.

This was a great hotel to use as a layover night before exploring Krka National Park. Free parking was a great feature for the rental car. The bed was comfortable and the Wi-Fi worked great. The view over the water was lovely!

Beautiful and ideal location

Check in and everything fine, staff excellent. Room spotless, if feeling a little cramped. Sea view room which was a beautiful vista. Comfier chairs on balcony would have enabled us to spend some more time on balcony. A kettle in room would have been a bonus, to enable a tea or coffee to be made without having to go down to cafe area. Breakfast was plentiful and varied, but unfortunately not very hot. Air con excellent. Bed a little hard for our comfort, but I appreciate everyone is different. Plenty of sun-beds, pool area clean and presentable. I would definitely stay again.

Great, but tiny rooms

We had a great stay at the hotel. It is just at the beachfront and very close to the town, yet quiet enough to relax in the evening. The pool is a great addition especially on a colder day if you don’t want to enter the sea. The only complaint I’d have is that the rooms are tiny, and for the price I’d expect the hotel to have at least a basic gym. Excellent WiFi!

We’ve spent just a few days at Villas A&A, but these were enough to fall in love with the place and staff! Great locations, minutes away from the central. Villas’ restaurant and bar by the sea. High quality food, probably the best we had during our staying and great value for money ! Definitely recommending

We checked in and walked to dinner. The rooms a/c never got cool, making for a warm night. Also, the facilities bar/Cafe did not open in the morning until after 9 AM, fairly late when you are trying to eat, shower and then get on the road.

The accommodation was a hotel room - quite small with a small balcony.
The bathroom has a shower and loo.

Not sure why they call them \"Villas\" as they really are 2 separate apartment blocks which are in the process of being renovated. The bed was new and very hard so woke up with backache. .... The mini bar fridges had not yet arrived. But for the rest the renovations have been tastefully done.
The best part of the complex is the outside beach bar area which played nice music and served good cocktails. The one morning while having an early coffee there a family of swans swam past in the sea... never seen swans in a sea before!
The wooden loungers under the trees next to the beach bar offer a good outside area to chill. They need cushions to make them really comfortable though - just a suggestion!

Petit sejour de 4 jours mis juin.

Personnel qui essaie de faire de son mieux pour satisfaire le client.

Tres bonne emplacement. Deux batiments, terrasse, piscine et place au pied. Commerces, restaurants et glacier a quelque pas en bord de mer.

Les points a améliorer : flyer des horaires des activités sur place, dont le petit déjeuné a placer dans les chambres. Meilleurs organisation sur le déjeuné.

Certaines problématiques: l'insonorisation des pieces adjacentes, les frais de parking supplémentaires non indiqués

Rooms need to be updated asap. Dirty walls and ceilings, old dirty carpet, where you wouldn’t want to step on. We didn’t feel comfortable in the room. Reception staff was polite and welcoming at all.
We have to mention the staff in the restaurant was really polite and helpful. Breakfast and lunch both were really good and based on the room ways better than we expected.

Top Lage und sehr freundliches Personal!
Leider ist das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen und auch das dazugehörige Restaurant entspricht nicht mehr den Fotos auf der Website.
Unser Bad mussten wir bei Bezug des Zimmers noch einmal reinigen lassen, da noch „Andenken“ des vorherigen Gastes an verschiedenen Stellen waren. Lief aber alles zügig und reibungslos. Anschließend entsprach auch alles unseren Ansprüchen.
Wir hatten das Frühstücksbuffet inklusive, was sehr reichhaltig ist aber auch klar auf Maße ausgelegt (Plastikstühle, billiger Saft etc.).
Insgesamt stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis aber aus unserer Sicht.

Gute Lage, sehr gutes Frühstück, Parkplatz (gegen Gebühr) direkt beim Hotel. Die Liegen direkt am Pool sind in der Regel schnell belegt, jedoch genügend Platz auf der umliegenden Wiese, wo auch genug Naturschatten ist.
Ich würde empfehlen einen Gelsenstecker mitzubringen.

Non all’altezza delle aspettative

Ottima location, struttura seminuova ma già segnata da incuria e manutenzioni di scarso livello. Personale estremamente gentile e servizievole ma penalizzato dalla struttura carente sugli aspetti strutturali. Ottimo il ristorante, vario l’assorbimento con una qualità giusta rispetto alle cifre richieste. Piscina inadeguata per la capienza della struttura, liti continue tra gli ospiti per accaparrarsi le sdraio gestite in numero insufficiente per poi essere penalizzati da chi le sdraio le tiene occupate tutto il giorno senza peraltro essere presente. Nel complesso una buona soluzione ma gli importi richiesti sono sproporzionati al livello di servizio offerto, troppo cari!

Durchschnittliches Hotel

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut. In 10 min ist man im Zentrum. Die Zimmer sind ok. Das Bad ist relativ klein und einfach gehalten. Die Anlage ist grundsätzlich sehr sauber und schön. Der Zugang zum Meer ist nicht optimal (Stein und Beton). Mühsam sind die besetzten Liegestühle, welche bereits morgens früh durch die anderen Hotel-Gäste besetzt sind. Sonnenschirme sind nur am Pool verfügbar. Die Liegestühle sind aus Holz und daher sehr unbequem. Das Frühstück ist gut. Grosse Auswahl. Es hat nicht allzuviele Tische. Die Zimmer werden nicht jeden Tag ordentlich gemacht. Die Reinigung des Badezimmers lässt zu wünschen übrig. Die Betten sind sehr hart. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit im Hotel ein kleines Mittagessen einzunehmen.

Tutto perfetto,ma le camere......

Il soggiorno è stato ottimo da ogni punto di vista sia per la pulizia,che per il cibo della eccezionale colazione.La piscina ed il parco ben tenuti e puliti.Se posso fare un appunto è per le dimensioni delle camere piccole e per l'esiguità degli armadi dove attivare i bagagli.Questo,a mio parere,non è da classificare come 4*,ma come 3*.

Die Hotelanlage (zwei Gebäude) ist ziemlich neu. Die Zimmer könnten etwas größer sein, das Badezimmer ist schön groß. Es kommt auch richtig Wasser aus der Dusche. Leider gibt es nur EINE Bettdecke für zwei Personen. Das ist nicht jedermanns Sache. Es gibt genügend Parkplätze, der Pool ist sehr gepflegt, was mich stört sind die ununterbrochenen Geräusche aus den nterschiedlichen \"Wasserfällen\". Das Frühstück ist sehr gut.

Väldigt fint område kring hotellet

Hotellet är extremt bra placerat, precis vid havet. Nära till Vodice stadskärna, man går dit på fem minuter. Nära också till sandstrand och enklare restauranger, åt andra hållet. Hotellområdet med pool, restaurang, bar, solstolar är välhållet, rent och inbjudande. Härlig pool att ta det lungt i. Personalen är vänlig och hjälpsam. Svarar snabbt på e-mail innan och under vistelse. Bra med parkeringsplatser på hotellets område. Bra wifi. Härlig restaurang att äta frukost i! Bra frukostbuffé men man bör äta frukost tidigt, kommer man nära stängning så saknas en del saker (som uppskuren frukt) och det är kladdigt och kaffespill på bänkarna i buffén.
När man söker på internet så ska hotellet ha 4-4,5 stjärnor. Jag har bott på många 4-stjärnshotell i Kroatien, och detta är mycket enklare. Små och enklare rum, dåliga/obekväma balkongmöbler, ingenstans att hänga badkläder på tork annat än på balkongens räcke där de kunde tas av förbipasserande. Rummet städades ej varje dag, balkongen städades inte alls under våra 8 nätter, fick be om att få använda glas utbytta, ingen möjlighet att koka te/kaffe på rummet (jag fick låna en vattenkokare, men ingen kopp och inget te), inget lobbyområde. Poolhanddukar behövde hyras, lånades ej ut.
Synd också att de har en rovfågel i en liten bur i ett olivträd vid baren. Känns inte som ett lämpligt ställe eller lämpligt sätt att hålla en sådan fågel.

Fantastisk beliggenhet.

Flott plass for både voksne og barn. Uteområdet med basseng og solsenger, store gressplener og skygge under trærne for de som ønsker det.
Det beste av alt var frokosten med nydelig utsikt over sjøen og strendene, baren/loungen og restauranten hvor de laget god mat og god stemning om kveldene. Hyggelig betjening og rene og pene rom. 5 minutter og spasere langs strandpromenaden til byen.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön. Der Pool und das Restaurant haben die perfekte Lage!
Jedoch waren wir vom Zimmer etwas enttäuscht...das Badezimmer war schon recht „runtergekommen“...Schimmel in der Dusche, die Klospülung total wacklig, der Zahnputzhalter hing schief da.
Das hätte ich bei einem 4 Sterne Hotel einfach erwartet und angebracht.

Schönes Hotel

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Meer, etwas abseits vom Hauptzentrum, was sehr angenehm ist. Man ist trotzdem schnell ins Zentrum mit zahlreichen Restaurants gelaufen. In der Hochsaison ist es aber alles sehr voll. Die Anlage/der Garten mit ausreichend Liegen ist großzügig, so dass sich die Gäste gut verteilen. Toller Pool. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Rezeption bemühte uns ein anderes Zimmer zu geben, da uns das zunächst zugedachte aufgrund der Nähe zur Rezeption nicht zusagte.
Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, an sich sauber, aber zahlreiche Blutflecken durch erschlagene Mücken an den Wänden (wurde auch in anderen Bewertungen berichtet). Das ist ziemlich eklig und müsste regelhaft entfernt sowie Mückenschutz an den Balkontüren angebracht werden.
Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und in einem tollen Ambiente direkt am Meer (nur getrennt durch die Promenade). Es gibt ausreichend und kostenfreie Parkplätze für die Hotelgäste.

Hübsches Hotel, welches neu renoviert wurde. Das Hotel besitzt einen coolen Infinity Pool, sowie direkten Zugang zum Meer. Die Bar sowie das Restaurant sind sehr empfehlenswert.

Das Hotel hat alle Anforderungen an einen Sommerurlaub erfüllt.

Der neue Pool und die Aussenanlage waren wunderschön und sehr gepflegt.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

Très belle hôtel le personnels est plutôt souriant et est toujours à votre écoute.
Le coin bar est vraiment sympa les cocktails y sont juste excellents et à un prix abordable !
Nous n’avons pas testé le restaurant de l’hôtel car Vodice regorge de restaurants en tout genre à des prix très corrects pour une qualité vraiment honnête !
Le coin piscine est agréable avec un coin à bulle vraiment sympa également !
Le seul petit bémol, la literie est dur vraiment trop pour nous qui apprécions plutôt une literie plus molle !

Wunderschön am Meer gelegen ...sehr geschmackvoll neu renoviert .... der Pool war noch in Arbeit , aber Liegen standen unter Pinien bereit und zum Meer nur ein Katzensprung , das Frühstücksbüffet war hervorragend und wir haben es auf der Terrasse eingenommen .....auch die Bar ist zu empfehlen .....das Personal ist zuvorkommend , freundlich und kompetent ...wir kommen gerne wieder
