The Beach Resort is situated in the charming tourist town of Vodice, known as the City of Flowers, in a region renowned for its natural beauty, including two National Parks: Kornati Archipelago and Krka Waterfalls. It's a short drive from the city of Šibenik.
This welcoming resort caters to families, young adults seeking entertainment, and seniors (especially during the quieter seasons). The resort features a reception area, lounge, a la carte restaurant, internet corner, and comfortable accommodations in two apartment types.
Guests can enjoy two beautiful freshwater pools: a large swimming pool (200m²) and a children's pool (25m²), both with massage systems, automatic cleaning, and surrounding sunbeds with parasols (available from mid-May to mid-September, unheated). The seaside a la carte restaurant offers a rich menu of Dalmatian dishes with a creative twist, featuring local specialties, fresh seafood, quality meats, and fine wines.

Great location, outdated property
Great location with parking. However, the resort is a little bit outdated. There’s no gym. Lots of mosquitoes. Pool is very cold. Breakfast buffets the same every day. Wi-Fi in the room is very poor. The one at the breakfast buffet is good otherwise very poor WiFi.

Wonderful spot!
Perfect location for families even a large one like ours. Everything is where it is needed. Food, beach, parking and gelato. The breakfast lady was so kind and helpful and the buffet was delicious. Only thing was there were lots of mosquitoes at the apartment which we didnt plan for. Otherwise we will be returning.

Spacious living area and terrace. Kitchenette rather small, could have done with a few extras in kitchen, no kettle or toaster but ate out a lot. Air con very good. Pool area pleasant and plenty of loungers. Grounds kept very clean and tidy. Restaurant adjoined to pool area excellent, food best we had and nice atmosphere. Busy sea front but appealed to teenagers ! Nice that pool area was gated with code as think pool would have been used by others no on resort.

On the beach near Krka
The stay was just what we needed for a family trip to Krka. Easy parking for a large vehicle - always a must in my reservations. Hotel was right on the beach with restaurant on-site for breakfast and dinner. Staff was very friendly and spoke wonderful English. Be aware that they do hold an official ID (passport) until the room is paid in full via cash/credit. Unfortunately, the pool was closed for the season - wish that was explained when we made the reservations. The rooms do need updating. There were a few broken handles on cabinets and a sign with a price list if guests break anything in the room.

Worst beds ever!
The villas are pretty close to the beach which is nice, but being a public beach, you have to pay a daily fee if you want to lay down using their own chairs. The pool is nice, but the only toilets close by where in the restaurant and they will not allow you to use them if you are not a guest at the restaurant. It was very frustrating that we had to walk all the way to our villa whenever we need to use the toilet!
But the worst part is the beds. Totally uncomfortable, noisy and the pillows are just terrible!

Az étteremből a pincér járja, figyele hogy a vendég fogyasztana valami szomjoltót! A medencénél az esti zárás ki van írva,de nem zavarják ki a gyerekeket, figyelmesek! Diese Unterkunft ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, alte Möbel, überhaupt nicht einladend oder gemütlich. Im Badezimmer keine Möglichkeit für Ablagen, keine Haken, so dass man sich Gewand aufhängen kann, wenn man duschen geht. In der Dusche keine Ablage für Duschgel, Haarschampoo, etc. Beleuchtung - schrecklich, keine Möglichkeit gedämpftes Licht zu machen, entweder alles grell, oder gar keine Funktion. Vorhänge nicht richtig befestigt. Wenn man mit den Kinder im Sommer Urlaub macht, hat man viele Utensilien mit, Ich war froh, dass ich mich nicht lange im Zimmer aufhalten musste und war kurz davor ein anderes Hotel zu buchen. Die Anlage mit dem Pool war ganz ok und die nahe Umgebung sehr schön. Das Frühstück ganz ok, aber Abendessen meistens kalt, nicht zugedeckt, gewärmt zwar von unten aber an der Oberfläche kalt. ……und es wird überall noch geraucht, sogar im Restaurant.

Wij hebben ontzettend genoten van deze accomodatie omdat het personeel ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam waren. Hele mooie ruime schone kamers. Iedere dag schone handdoeken. Heerlijk ontbijt met hele lieve bediening. Prachtig en schoon zwembad. Op loopafstand van een mooi strand en van het stadje. Verder centraal gelegen om zo allerlei plekken te bezoeken. Echt aan te bevelen om hier te verblijven

Fine leiligheter med god plassering omtrent på stranden og kort vei inn til sentrum. Trygt område og passer veldig bra for barnefamiler. 5 min til matbutikk med greit utvalg. Anbefaler å kjøpe frokost i butikk og spise på rommet. Dårlige frokosttilbud i nærområdet. Restauranten rett over gaten (Roki) er bra, men ellers anbefales gamlebyens mange koselige spisesteder. Husk kontanter, mange steder tar ikke kort. Det er ikke vask av rom eller bytting av håndklær utenom ved forespørsel, og da kan det ta en dag eller to....tips: kjøp toalettpapir i butikken. Servicen i området er ikke av høy standard. Lite smil og ingen tilrettelegging. Hører de feil ved matbestilling er du som kunde vanskelig. Strandområdet er oversiktlig og bra! Alt i alt fornøyd!

Très mauvaise expérience. Ne pas se fier aux photos de cet hôtel. Elles sont scandaleusement mensongères. Les logements sont tellement vieux qu’ils sentent mauvais. Odeur d’urine dans la salle de bain/wc. Odeur de poubelle sous l’évier. Le mobilier est très vieux. L’équipement de la cuisine plus que sommaire. Le coin salon est sous équipé, plutot une entree, pas du tout pratique. Le frigo se situe juste en face de la porte des WC. L’ensemble est glauque, vraiment. Quant à l’extérieur, ce n’est pas verdoyant du tout comme le laisse croire les photos. Les quelques pelouses et quelques arbustes sont secs, pas entretenus. La piscine sur laquelle l’hôtel semble surfer, est complètement enclavée entre l’accès à la plage dont l’eau est grise (très surprenant car le reste de la côte dalmate n’est pas comme ça) et les logements tristounets à souhait. De l’autre côté des logements, une route passagère, type nationale.
Pour notre part, nous avions réservé une semaine. Nous voulions conclure notre séjour en Croatie par un bel hôtel avec piscine. Grave erreur... nous avons demandé à annuler notre resa, et avons passé qu’une seule nuit au final. La manager a bien voulu annuler la réservation. Ils ont conscience de la vétusté des lieux...

Majoitus oli siisti ja täytti lapsiperheen loman tarpeet. Hotellin alueella pieni leikkipaikka, autopaikka oven edessä ja rantaan/keskustaan lyhyt matka. Uima-allasta ei oltu vielä huhtikuun puolessa välissä täytetty ja rantakadun kaupat ja kahvilat olivat kiinni. Henkilökunta oli todella ystävällistä ja lapset huomioitiin aamupalalla/illallisella hotellin ravintolassa hyvin.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Ville Mathilde
Wir hatten insgesamt einen schönen, erholsamen Urlaub. Die Appartmentanlage befindet sich an der Strandpromenade, unweitom Meer entfernt. Toller Pool mit leider zu wenig Liegen. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich Trampoline und Auto Scooter für die Kleinen.

Veldig koselig 3 stjernes leiligheter. Bra standard og størrelse på leilighetene. Veldig bra strand med alltid ledige solsenger til leie. Kunne vært mange flere solsenger rundt bassengområdet og burde vært strengt forbudt og legge håndklær på dem allerede kl 0600 om morgenen. Resturangen på Ville Matilde var vi kun på en gang, den er dyr og har elendig service. Tok lang tid før vi fikk bestille, tok lang tid før maten kom, det var dyrt, ikke hyggelig betjening og heller ikke spesiell god mat, så det ble med det besøket. Vodice som by er veldig hyggelig med mange resturanger og suvernirbutikker.

Trevligt lägenhetshotell perfekt beläget vid strandpromenaden och badstranden i Vodice. Lagom stor pool med närliggande lekplats. Perfekt hotell för barnfamiljer!

Perfekt läge med bra poolområde. Byggs en hel del runt strandpromenaden. Blir nog riktigt mysigt när det blir klart. Mycket resauranger på nära gångavstånd. Mysig hamn med gamla stan i närområdet. Hjälpsam och trevlig personal i receptionen. Kan absolut tänka oss att åka tillbaka

Ok hotell ved bråkete strand
Leiligheten er fin, litt vel sparsommelig utstyrt kjøkken. Støy og bråk fra utesteder på stranda ødelegger koselig bruk av terrassen, særlig på kvelden. Heldigvis bra lydisolasjon som holder bråket ute, men et familiested bør ikke ha to store rølpesteder som nærmeste naboer. Bassengområdet og restauranten er bra, kort spasertur til en helt ok by.

Helt grei resort, men det mangler en del vesentlige ting ifht prisen som er nesten 8000 kuna pr uke. Utdatert interiør, dårlige senger, dårlig utstyrt med vinglass og vanlige glass. Kaffetrakteren var ødelagt og veldig møkkete. Det var også maur i skapene på benken på kjøkkenet. Kun halvparten av leilighetene har bra beliggenhet ihht bassenget og utsikt mot sjøen. Våre leiligheter så rett inn noen store furutrær foran en støvete parkeringsplass og et brunsvidd området som kunne hatt potensielle til mye mer.

Bra sol & bad. Vodice är smått hysteriskt i juli men finns många bra byar, städer och utflyktsmål. Boendet känns prisvärt.

Per noi è stata una piacevole esperienza per la comodità dell'appartamento e la posizione facilmente raggiungibile con la macchina. Unici nei sono stati: invasione di zanzare (consiglio disinfestazione più efficace) e la rigidità della direzione nel voler trattenere i documenti d'identità fino alla fine del soggiorno.

Vi havde en dejlig ferie og brugte pool området meget. Den var god og børneminded. Lejligheden var ok. Man skal være obs på at kølefryseskabet er slukket når man kommer. Det tog næsten et døgn før det var helt koldt.
Og man skal huske at tænde for varmt vandsbeholderen.
Der hører en strand lounge til komplekset, der spiller høj musik. Vi var ikke generet af det, men ideelt sted til unge, da der er mange barer.
