Excellent location and an excellent breakfast.

Unfortunately, the beds were very uncomfortable, noticeably sinking on the top-left side (this may have been specific to our room). There was also a strong chemical-like smell in the floor lobby that seeped into the room. Additionally, the room was not properly prepared for three people, despite informing the hotel well in advance.

Overall, the stay was okay in terms of comfort, but excellent for location and breakfast.

Hope this feedback helps the team improve.

By check-in I received smoking room, woman in reception was not friendly. I was tired and didn't want go back to reception with luggage to change the room. And in room was cold12 degrees, window was opened. I mean, management in this hotel must make more control.

It was near Sabiha Gokcen Istanbul airport which by taxi cost 28-30 TRY at the time and a 5 minute journey. Clean and comfortable as you would expect from Hilton hotels. We got a good sleep and basic buffet breakfast before next flight

I had to move rooms cause electricity was making noise from bathroom. I have a video and the next room the handles on bathroom were broken. I have pictures. Iam upset it was stated there was laundry and after getting all my laundry ready. 2 small shopping bags it cost me close to $40 to have cleaned. So i dont think this is fair

Bait and Switch. Do not stay at this hotel.

Decent hotel. Close to airport. The airport shuttle was not in service, but this was clearly stated on the reservation that there was a shuttle. So we had to hire a taxi at an additional expense. Also, we were charged an additional €15 for a second person, yet the room we were given only had one set of towels. So my wife and I had to share a towel. No refund offered.

There’s no separate concierge, reception staff do the job. Asked for directions on first day, the lady was not very helpful and I later found out there’s a better way to go.
Breakfast is VERY basic!
No airport shuttle since pandemic apparently, but website says there’s. This is why I choose it.

Very close to the airport, only 17TL by taxi. Free shuttle to the airport start at 7am. Breakfast was great and starts at 6am.

Room was small but adequate. Bathroom was good.

Cleaniness, stuff, room and location very near to Via port shopping center. Breakfast was good but need improvement (not so many choices). Stayed 4 nights in one month. On the beginning it was not enough airy but second stay, improvement was obvious ( aired rooms, halls). Hotel is new and I would recommend staying in this hotel. Very often staying in Istanbul and have a lot of experience about hotels after a lot of bed experiences this was surprisingly very good stay.

Nice hotel and looks new. Surrounding by lots of restaurants and very good Wi-fi connection. Breakfast is alright for 4* hotel and has Gym and Praying room facilities. There is a Spa with swimming pool next to hotel which is seperate and you can pay and use it. Only 5 minutes drive to Istanbul S. Gogcen airport.

Highly recommend this hotel if you are staying close to Sabiha Gokcen Airport. It is a new hotel, 5-7 minutes drive from the airport, rooms are clean and tidy, and the buffet breakfast is lavish and really good. Staff at the hotel are very polite and they will respond to your queries promptly. If you have time visit the nearest shopping outlet Viaport, as it has some great shopping bargains. Staff at the hotel can organise the taxi to Viaport or any other destination. Overall, would consider this hotel again if I need to be in close proximity to Sabiha Gokcen Airport.

Stayed this hotel 3rd times, every each time is better than better! At reception welcoming, helpful, kindly people dear Tuğçe and Mr Barış and their friends helps you all you need.
Hotel is generally very clean and tidy! Dear Muhammed for cleaning he does his duties perfectly! Breakfast buffet is very nice & fresh every morning and Mr Osman he deals every each tables requests! Hotel has got Spa section at ground level but completely different management deal it. They do also Airport Shuttles, Mr Çağrı coolest driver too! Hope to see you again!!! *****

The hotel is clean and pretty well maintained. It's rather new.
The location of the hotel is good with restaurant and supermarket close by.
The music from the club in the opposite mall can be disturbing.
The breakfast menu is exactly the same each day too!

Generally a good hotel , I had a few issues but these were resolved by hotel staff. Small room only thing I would say the toilet brush needs to go deeper into the toilet as it was unclean. Good healthy choices for breakfast. Has restaurants and mall near by it's middle if a very busy road.
Nice staff and friendly atmosphere and a free shuttle to and from airport was very helpful.

Lovely Hotel except the towel issue...

The hotel was very impressive. It was new and the facilities were good. However, there were a few issues that could be improved upon. We arrived late at night and as we had booked a triple room, the extra bed being for my 12 year old son, we would have expected either a third bed or a sofa bed made up in the room. However, we were told to make up the sofa bed ourselves and if we had problems to contact reception. There were extra pillows and a duvet for the bed but no bed linen, and only two sets of towels. We had to contact reception who then came and resolved all these once we asked. The cleaners then cleaned the room the next day taking away three sets of dirty towels and only replacing them with two! This became very frustrating for us. Admittedly this seems to be a common failing with hotels but I just wish they would understand the simple need for three sets of towels if three people are booked into a room. It's not rocket science after all :(

Check in took long as they were dealing with some problem. Other than that, everything was great. Breakfast was excellent. Free private car to airport. Free water bottles at check-in. Nice restaurants and cafes right beside the hotel. One straight (long) bus ride to and from Kadikoy.

We couldn't sleep at all, the rooms were way too hot and we couldn't adjust the temperature. When opening the windows there was a loud noise of Arabic music and heavy traffic from outside.

Very good hotel 2 km from saw airport

Surprisingly good for the price. Very nice and clean room with a first class bathroom.
The downside was the mattress which was so soft we couldn't have a good night sleep. I would also recommend having better coffee for breakfast. The tea was very nice thou.
In the morning they will call and pay hour taxi to the airport.
