Ver friendly welcoming on check in, the staff is friendly and polite the breakfast buffet was good and tasty, the lunch you can choose from menue card. I go 1 time per year to Istanbul and this was till now the best hotel, very clean, nice view if I need to go again to Istanbul I will choose this hotel again.

Impressive staff witj a very nice hotel.

Very clean hotel right by the water. Close to a good mall, walking distance. Staff from manager to all staff are very friendly, helpful and courteous.

Not recommended

Terrible location on the Dock and only thing near was a train station and shopping centre a 5 minute walk away. Internet connection was very bad, I had to keep leaving my room and go to router on landing to reconnect. Breakfast was very good everything you needed and rooms were large but very dark. The gentleman who assisted me with my case and internet was impeccable and very helpful

The is very nice. Hotel condition is great room service too. The buffet is super. The door and reception is 24/7.
The cons: far from Istanbul center about 1 hour with the Marmaray, the Tersane station is 4 min away from hotel. If you rent a car it'll be great.

A one night stay

The hotel is a short walk from the Tersane Marmaray station so it is very easy to get to. However this hotel is a long way from the scenic attractions of Istanbul. We chose it because it was convenient to get from there to the airport in the morning. The room was comfortable and the breakfast buffet was very nice.

Hotel in an industrial area but close to airport.

Not very clean and a bit of an unusual place overall. They said the main people staying there were ship captains as it is near the docks. It was useful to us for a very short one night stay before flying out early in the morning. If you wanted to stay any longer and hoped for things to do in the area you might be disappointed. Certainly don't recommend it for families.

Hard to find, inflexible mgmt, but good rooms

Not particularly flexible. My flight to Istanbul was canceled because the Istanbul airport was closed but the hotel insisted it charge me for the night regardless. Also, the hotel is particularly hard to find, despite being \"near\" the airport. If in a taxi, ok. Cost is about 15 Turkish Lira from airport. But if you drive a rental car, you will go all over trying to find this hotel. Not a dangerous location, but a well disguised one off the highway. Probably better to pay a little more and go to a hotel easier to reach in a more accessible area. Hotel itself was fine, except for internet problems on my floor. Breakfast buffet was diverse and tasty. Staff was friendly and helpful.

IT WAS NEAR AIRPORT NOT FAR FROM KARTEL METRO WHICH YOU CAN GET TO AYRAN CHESHMEH AND THEN GET MARMMARY TRAIN TO THE EUROPIAN SIDE OF TOWN IN LESS THAN 45 MIN , GOOD SOPT FROM SABIHA , STAFF WERE HELPFULL AND ALSO BREAKFAST WAS LOVELY

It wasn't close to the beach and it was closed for public. Far from shops. Far from transport. Hotel didn't have a transfer.

Very very far away

Hotel claimed to provide Airport pickup transportation services. In fact it does not, and you must add 30- 50 TL, each way, to the price of the hotel.
Hotel is about 12 km from Sabiha Gorcen airport

Stay here for connecting flight

I thought it is close to airport but it's not. It cost 30 lira by taxi from airport to this place so I paid 60 lira extra for round trip taxi fees. and btw, taxi is the only way to get here. If I know this I wouldn't have booked this place because I just stay here for the flight in the next morning. I suggest people choose those hotels closer to airport.

The staff are very nice though but nobody speaks English so that's the most difficult part because it's hard to ask information from them, I have to call my turkish friend for help.

nice hotel close to shopping centre

the hotel is very nice within 15 minutes of airport staff very nice friendly although due to location a taxi to get to is required and their is not a great amount to see locally unless you have business with the shipyard but for an overnight stay worthwhile and local shopping centre is close by with a good range of shops

Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich durfte früher aufs Zimmer. Zimmer sind groß. Es ist nur alles schon sehr alt und abgewohnt. Auch ist es sehr hellhörig. Es gibt in der fußläufigen Umgebung nichts zu sehen. Es ist halt direkt am Industriehafen, daher eher was für Geschäftsleute. Das Frühstück entspricht dem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Foi uma rápida estadia pois estávamos em conexão no aeroporto Sabiha. Achei o quarto single um pouco caro e café da manhã um pouco fraco. No demais a estadia foi muito boa.

Zimmer riechen nach Rauch. Hotel und Einrichtung nicht mehr Zeitgemäß alt. Der Geräuschpegel von Türenschließen ist zu laut. Das Frühstück war serh gut das Personal an der Rezeption war freundlich.

Sonraki seyahatlerimde tercih edermiyim bilmiyorum

Bu otelde en az 8 defa kaldım. Kış gelmesine , sıcak su olmasına rağmen kaloriferler yanmıyordu. Klima ile ısıtmamız önerildi......Daha önceki kaldığım odalardan farklı olarak odada elbise dolabı yoktu sadece portmanto tipi akı ile geçiştirilmiş bir oda verildi

Daha İyi olabilir.

İş seyahati sebebi ile konakladığım otel, ilk bakışta fena değildi, ancak odaya çıktığımda elbise dolabı bulunmayışı beni çok şaşırttı. Bunu belirtmem üzerine odamı değiştirdiler. Oda ferah, deniz manzaralı ve temizlik vasat üzeri idi. Ancak zaman zaman en üst katta kalıyor olmama rağmen havalandırmadan gelen yemek kokuları rahatsız edici idi. Havlular çok yıpranmış ve beyazdan çok gri görünüyorlardı. Banyoda duşakabin ve zeminin yenilenme ihtiyacı var. Odaya istediğim çayın plastik bardakta gelmesi ise çok garipti. Kahvaltı vasat.
İnternetten bulduğum fırsat fiyat üzerine kaldığım otel bu fiyatlara kalınabilecek bir konforda olsa da en iyi alternatif olduğunu söylemek zor.

Total abgelegen von allem ohne Taxi geht gar nix..

Liegt mitten im nirgendwo.... Das Hotel ist nicht modern und eher ein Hotel wo viele Arbeiter übernachten... Als Frau allein würde ich dort niemals hin gehen, die Gegend ist für eine Frau allein viel zu gefährlich... Die Zimmer waren überhaupt nicht sauber das war schon recht eklig. Auch das Frühstück fanden wir überhaupt nicht toll und haben draußen gefrühstückt.
. Also alles in allem für 1-3 Tage könnte man es aushalten aber ich würde eher jedem raten sich ein besseres zentrales Hotel zu suchen!

Accueil lamentable! Nous avons dormi une seul nuit dans cet hôtel car le lendemain nous avions un vol. Le réceptionniste ne nous a même pas adressé un bonjour à notre arrivé, je lui ai dit qu'on avait réservé une chambre sur internet, mais monsieur n a pas du écouter il nous dit que L'HOTEL N'ACCEPTE PAS LES ETRANGERS!!!!! oui vous avez bien lu! Je lui dit qu'on a réservé sur hotels.com, il nous donne la clé de notre chambre sans aucun explication sur l'hôtel l'heure du petit-déj ? internet? rien! Ils nous réveille à 1h du matin et nous fait descendre à la réception, nous dit qu on a pas de réservation, qu il n a rien reçu de la part de hotels.com. il nous dit qu il faut repayer l hotel même quand je lui présente notre mail de confirmation de paiement. il nous traite comme des voleurs qui sont venus s'installer à l l'hôtel. On était obligé d'appeler hotels.com à nos frais à 1h du matin! on nous confirme au téléphone que notre chambre a bien été payé et réservé,et confirmation envoyé à l'hôtel, ils envoient une deuxième confirmation. le réceptionniste continuent à être extrêmement malpoli et désagréable, il ne s'excuse absolument pas , il dit tout simplement \"vous pouvez remontez dans votre chambre\".
Je vous déconseille cet hôtel. l'accueil est tout simplement inadmissible.la chambre sentait terriblement la cigarette. Surtout à istanbul vous pouvez trouver de bons hôtels à ce prix là.

Bien mais perdu

Bon hôtel pour une nuit, bon service et sympathique, restaurant sur place. Avec un peu de chance, vue sur la mer de Marmara. Pas loin de l'aéroport low cost sabiha gokcen, mais l'accès à l'hôtel ne peut se faire qu'en taxi ! De plus, rien aux alentours.
