Booked non-smoking room but smell of smoking in room given. Mosquitos in room led to uncomfortable stay, unable to sleep. Hotel after much persuasion provide room spray but did not help. Body covered with bites. Amenities advertised are not available e.g roof terrace and restaurant.

А так очень хороший отель вблизи аэропорта (можно доехать даже на метро)

Personnel at reception was exceptional and helpful!! They were willing to give a discount in vase i needed to stay longer, which is important fpr any traveler. Security of thenlocation was great!! Transport location superb! Shops, dinning no problem. Quiet place, comfortably and easy to get.

One night stay passing through. Clean and comfortable room. Overhead shower not working although the wall shower was working ok. Only 1 bath towel and 2 hand towels provided. TV not working but we were told this on checking and were not bothered. Internet really slow!

My room although a no smoking room strong smell of smoke and cigarette burns on furniture. An issue checking I gave me a single room although I did not request . I m a single traveler. After $120 more they upgraded me to a suite was was very smokey

I think Hotels.com should pull the plug on this Hotel.. honestly.
Terrible experience, first room we saw reeked smoke, we waited 15 minutes for another room .2nd room we didn’t know that the aircon wasn’t working and had other problems as we put our bags and went out, came back around midnight was so hot we thought the aircon will eventually cool up but it didn’t .. as we were flying early in the morning we didn’t bother asking for another room change !!
Sockets were sticking out of the wall... no shower head...kettles not descaled ... I have pictures... also the door lock was broken - turning around ...we had to barricade the door from inside with our bags... filthy carpets, tiny room with stifling air ... not fit for a dog.
No room for luggage, broken little things lights not working ... how could this hotel be granted a four star status is beyond me ... it is a 1 or 2 star ... disgusting hotel badly managed ... staff are not to blame though they try their best ... housekeepers must be working in bad conditions it is the Management that need to answer questions and improve conditions or be stripped of their stars
I highly recommend that you don’t deal with this Hotel again!
And to everyone who reads this review please ask to see room 303 to verify what I have written above.

Great location if visiting the marina which i was. Rooms comfortable and clean, breakfast on the terrace was good. Only complaint is the sidewalk outside was in disrepair but likely will be fixed.

One of the best hotel I ever stayed

Pay less and get 5 star treatment from this hotel. The hotel is very new and very well decorated. Everything about this hotel is 5 star. There is no breakfast bar as they provide you a breakfast plate which is plenty to get you full and up going. The hotel staff is very polite and accommodating. The bathroom has heated floors which makes your bath experience more enjoyable. I have stayed in this hotel for about 2 weeks on and off and each time I stayed there was a wonderful experience.

Good choice for a couple days stay

I stayed here when I was in town for two days for my cousin's wedding. The hotel was modern, clean and the beds were very comfortable. The few minor things that bothered me were that they couldn't give me a second key even though I booked the hotel for two people, the 3 servers were too busy talking amongst each other at breakfast rather than helping guests and the internet was slow.

Overall I was satisfied with my hotel selection for my 2 day stay.

Best Possible Choice for Staying in Pendik

I stayed at the Inera for one week in April, 2017. The hotel is new, very clean, and modern. The staff are professional, courteous, friendly, and helpful. I and my Turkish-born wife are frequent visitors to Istanbul. This small boutique hotel was a welcome surprise. I hardly know where to begin. The stone-tiled bathroom had a heated floor(!); I loved it. The shower stall was spacious and had an over-sized, total-shower, shower head as well as the usual shower wand. The breakfast buffet was generous and varied and offered a delicious range of Turkish breakfast choices. The bed was large and comfortable and had high-quality, feel-good, cotton sheets.

The Inera is situated in the heart of Pendik center and within an easy walk to the Pendik marina. The neighborhood offers a huge number of dining (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and afternoon cake and coffee) choices.

Special note* - Pendik is far-removed from the usual tourist spots Hagia Sophia, Topkapi, Grand Bazaar, etc.

So, if that's your plan, the Inera isn't the best choice. But, it's ideal for staying in Pendik, or, because of its immediate proximity to the marina, as an ideal jumping-off spot for day-tripping over to the Princes' Islands, or just for a good stay in an affordable, unpretentious, better-quality, modern, little hotel.

I would definitely choose it again (... and before staying at some other well-known, international hotel chains).

High tech, luxurious and comfortable hotel

Wonderful hotel that feels like luxury but at a small price. Staff are welcoming and speak really good English. The rooms themselves are very high tech but also very comfortable, the best bed I have ever had in a hotel. Rooms really well colour coordinated including toiletries. The immediate area doesnt stand out but five minutes away there is parkland all along the waterfront. I walked to Kartal and got the ferry over to the islands.Magnificent!

Great place, pity about the rain and heating

Unfortunately when Expedia passed on our booking they didn't pass on our request for twin share. Eventually, after having to get a bit upset and despite showing my booking 3 times with the request it was resolved with an upgrade to a suite. The room eas very clean and tidy and extremely comfortable, but as it was top floor, when it rained it was like sleeping under a tin roof......very loud. Also the air con was not working and with the heated floor in the bathroom and the heavy rain preventing us from opening the balcony door the room was like a sauna and we didn't sleep well despite the best beds in the world!
The staff were amazing, their English was limited (and my turkish is non existant) which is why we didn't try and get anyone to fix the air con overnight, we would not have been able to get our needs across, but they were very friendly and the day guys were able to direct us to where we wanted to go.
I would stay there again, but not on the top floor. it is a great location if you are travelling out of the sabihir airport, and it takes about an hour on the metro and ferry to get to old town. A lovely modern hotel that I am sure does a great job majority of the time, we just had a couple of hiccups.

Alleen voor het locatie hebben wij het gekozen omdat we naar gemeente moesten. Het is echt geen 4 sterren hotel dat moet zeker er vanaf. Kamers stonken vooral die tapijt en volgens mij hebben mensen ook gerookt in de kames. bedden waren niet comfortabel. Zeer luidruchtig, ik hoorde tv van kamer naast, hoefte zelf geen tv te kijken. Het is oke als je voor een dag moet blijven verder zou ik zeker niet aanbevelen. Qua prijs mag het wel lager.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral… die u Bahn ist ca 6 min zu Fuß zu erreichen,( Metro 30 min )Lage hat uns sehr gefallen… ich kann leider das Zimmer nicht so sehr loben Teppich war leider sehr verschmutzt die Reinigung hat nur das nötigste gemacht… man konnte das sehen… die haben aber jeden Tag Wasserflaschen Kaffee Tee und saubere Gläser nach gefüllt… das Personal war super nett und hat uns immer freundlich empfangen Ugur war sehr nett und hat mir vieles gezeigt danke dir !

Receptie spreekt nauwelijks Engels. Komen niet vriendelijk over. Hotelkamer heeft zijn beste tijd gehad. bed erg zacht je ligt in een kuil. Vloerbedekking vol vlekken.

Positief is de ligging van het hotel ten opzichte van winkels restaurants en het ov.

Ottimo hotel anche per brevi soggioni

Il mio soggiorno all'hotel è stato in generale ottimo. Ho dovuto pernottare per via del mio volo il giorno seguente. devo dire che è molto comodo per via della breve distanza dell'hotel fino all'areoporto (circa 15 minuti in macchina). In generale l'hotel si presenta molto bene, le camere sono molto ampie, pulitissime e molto confortevoli. L'unica cosa che mi è dispiaciuta è stato non poter usufruire del servizio di ristorazione, ovviamente per via dell'emergenza Coronavirus, e se proprio devo trovare un lato negativo è che non mi aspettavo che il letto, king size, era fatto di 2 materassi uniti, per cui nel mezzo c'era la possibilità che si separassero. In ogni caso consiglio vivamente l'hotel e come ultimo appunto devo dire che la posizione è ottima per via della vicinaza al lungomare e la presenza di diversi servizi come farmacie e ristoranti nei dintorni.
