The room was very clean, nice, comfortable. I was welcomed kindly and could check in early, which was appreciated. The only drawback was that I tried to do laundry (one of my main goals during the stay) and a single medium bag of regular clothes would apparently cost me up to 2,500 lira ie 50 euro (?!) I suppose they really didn’t want to do laundry that day. Needless to say I opted to not do laundry. Otherwise nice!

Our rooms had a weird light feature which was like a pillar. It took too much room and seemed unnecessary.
On our first night prople in the next room made too much noise. We were moved to a better room without any hassles immediately.

There are a few helpful members of staff and the hotel is close to a few supermarkets.
Overall, this hotel leaves a lot to be desired, it needs proper maintenance and some better trained staff, ready to deliver on their promise. (premium business room)

We booked a twin-bed room which was small but quite clean and pleasing , the staff were really friendly and hospitable especially Adnan who could speak English and was really helpful .The only weakpoint was the location, we had to take a taxi ( very expensive) to get to the beach or take train or subway to the downtown

Our stay at this property was excellent. The staff there are very friendly and helpful. The rooms were large and extremely clean and bedding was changed every day. Transport links to the city are cheap and very close if you want to use the metro. Overall i cant fault this hotel will be staying there again in the near future. Fantastic 👏

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was a very unpleasant experience. The entire place is permeated with the smell of cigarette smoke. As a non-smoker, it was unbearable for me to stay there even for one night.

otelde çatı katında suite odada kaldım. odanın bulunduğu katta inşai tadilat vardı, akşam gece 22:00' a kadar testere sesi, taş motoru sesine maruz kaldım. odanın içi, koltuklar dahil inşaat tozu ile kaplıydı. odaya ilk girdiğimde odanın içi yanıyordu sıcaklıktan, klima kumandası yoktu, resepsiyondan istedim yarım saat sonra geldi.

Der Service ist schon gut. Alle sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es ist immer jemand da, den man fragen kann. Alles sehr unproblematisch. Das Zimmer war okay, man benötigt es ja nur zum Schlafen. Die Dusche war recht klein, alles stand dann unter Wasser nach dem Duschen. Außerdem war das Zimmer sehr hellhörig und die Türen wurden zugeschmissen, da sie nicht richtig schließen.
