Horrible Stay — Unsafe, Dirty, and No Internet
I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The area is very bad — full of garbage and stray dogs barking all night. We asked for a smoking room, but there were no non-smoking rooms at all. The bathroom had mold, the bed and box were dusty and uncomfortable, and there was no internet connection during our entire stay. The shower only had cold water, and even when we explained everything to the staff, they didn’t help. It was a terrible experience unsafe, dirty, and not worth the money.

Property was good and well maintained. Good size apartment with all necessary amenities including heating etc. Its located inside an industrial area close to a highway. However, if you are on short stay to catch next flight then remember its nearly 25km from Sabiha Cokcin Airport. So if you are a family of four adults with 4 large bags of luggage then expect to pay very high large taxi costs to and from Airport as there were no other commute options nearby for us. There are no food options at property. You may order via online food app. There are shops 10-15 minutes walk away.

I was happy with the rooms sizes and the good air conditioner, the price was very good in istanbul, the area was quite and parking bays was available, but during 5 days stay no onè come to clean the rooms or provide any towls or tissues. The stuff were friendly but reluctant to help you to solve your problems, for example when i arrived i needed to connect my UK mobile pluge to charge my phone butwas not able because it was different from UK. Altogether, i was happy to spent my 5 days there however was a bit from shopping centers.

The rooms were absolutely terrible, I am so disappointed and dissatisfied in my stay. The room is unbelievably dirty. The beds were filled with hairs and stains. The service was also terrible. Everything in the rooms were filthy. I do not recommend at all to anybody. Worst experience ever. Couldn’t sleep comfortably knowing the whole room was in filth and hairs.

The hotel is not located in a nice Neighborhood, infact its in a very strange area surrounded by vehicle manufacturers and repairing centers. It has a parking area. infact that is the only thing good in the hotel.
We booked the superior room with paying more money than the normal room and they gave us key for that room, when we opened the room, there was already people inside the room which was quite embarrassing. We came to reception and the guy just gave us the key for the normal room without any explanation. we asked for money back as we cant live in two seperate beds in a 10m2 room but he insisted that this is the only room he has and he cant do anything.
The experience was so bad and they arent professional about anything.

Better to spend 10$ more and live in a better hotel with better rating and area around.

The place was great but an hour away from the capital Istanbul so I had to drive an hour everyday just to get to the capital as kt is on the Asian side and not on the European side. Everything else was great but the but was very squeaky and made a lot of noise.

Good hotel

I was upgraded to a suite for free and the man on reception when I arrived was brilliant - he spoke English but as I am trying to learn Turkish he spoke Turkish slowly for me, repeating where necessary. The room was big and clean, with the exception of the runner at the bottom of the bed, and the metro is a 3-minute walk away. The breakfast portions were not as big as I expected but were sufficient. All in all, I would recommend it.

One of the worst services that I have ever seen

The Sanli hotel was one of the worst hotels that I have ever seen. The location was not good, the service was awful, rude reception(one of them could not speak English even one word). The price was cheap. They offered free parking but it was not available. The breakfast was not bad. We asked to change our room, they promised but it never happened!!! Because they mentioned, \"you booked online so we can not give you a better service!!!\". Most of the time there was nobody in reception to provide any services or answer your questions.

Bad experience, the elevator was out of order for two days . No onw fixed it and i had to go for thr 4th floor using the stairs .... come oooon and no helped me carrong my stuff. I wanted a knife the reception said i can not ( the hotel had a resturant but he did not give me ) . I dont understand the high ratings, the location is between car shops and different to reach . The only good thing is the soze of the roam and price......in short dont go there unless you are on low budget

This is cheap hotel and that’s really why i stayed here, if you are looking for a cheap hotel you will find here. The room was decent but the service was horrible, they all seemed to hate their jobs. The only nice guy there is a gentleman who works the cafeteria. He’s always wearing a hairnet. He even took my bags to my car and I don’t believe it was his job. He looked Asian to me. He was very nice.

O quarto básico é bem arrumado porém quando olhei em cima do armário tinha uma lata de redbull amassada, ou seja, entendo que a limpeza não é muito boa. A região perto do hotel é bem perigosa, me hospedei sozinha e ao sair para caminhar fui seguida duas vezes. Tive que parar em frente ao segurança da empresa SSang Young para que o mesmo me protegesse e pedi um taxi para ir ate o restaurante ao qual eu poderia ir caminhando.... no check in do hotel ninguém te orienta sobre nada. Café da manhã extremamente fraco. Ninguém me ofereceu nada para tomar (nem um café), tive que eu mesma levantar da mesa e buscar um copo de água (única coisa que eu vi disponível)

I have enjoyed my stay there while I was Istanbul. Location is great if all you want to do is explore Asian site of Istanbul. İt is close to Metro and Piazza AVM shipping avenues which is a must see. Hotel was clean and welcoming at all times and rooms were really large. I also had to pleasure of enjoying sea view from my 5th floor room. Breakfast was okay also for the price range with traditional Turkish breakfasts and deserts. Staff has been smoking and friendly at all times. So I would recommend this place to others.

Good stay in Trabzon

We spend two night in Trabzon in this area.The hotel itself is located near the Otogar (approx. 10 min walk).Area around is flooded with grocerie stores, shops, small restaurants. Rooms are big enough.Clean.Only one definitive minus is that the TV is too small for that room size.
The breakfast is served on top floor, view is amazing. There is plenty of food. For me especially the food was good to perfect. Thank you

I loved the facilities of this hotel. My suite was huge, with a clean, spacious bathroom, and plenty of room to make myself comfortable. The breakfast that is included is actually very tasty and substantial. It’s very close to the metro making it easy to go throughout Istanbul. The one thing that could be improved is the front desk staff. They weren’t very friendly and they didn’t offer many tips or advice on the local area. Also, if you’re a light sleeper, I suggest bringing ear plugs. Every morning at 5AM, the mosque says it’s prayers over the loudspeakers, and if your room faces the mosque (as mine did), you will be waking up every day at 5.

This hotel is definitely nowhere near a 4.5 star as advertised. I would give this 2* at most. The room was extremely small with only one chair. There was a hole in the ground which was explained as where the only AC system was plugged in. When we asked to change room, they said all the rooms are like this. One of the toilet rolls was dirty. Overnight you can hear a pump noise and the fridge noise, so if you are a light sleeper it does not help. The blankets are hard and rough and we also had to ask for more as it got cold. There was no gym - huge disappointment! It is also on the Asian side of Istanbul which means you have to do a lot of travelling everyday - you are better off staying near Sultanahmet. Even the ironing board and iron is on a different floor so none in the room. No box of tissues provided. Only one of the hotel staff spoke English.

We stayed 3 nights only and we haven't the time to stay at the hotel so we only slept, ate breakfast and left. The hotel is very clean and quiet. We found a very small room with 2 twin beds and we loved it, we didn't need more than it and for a very good price. Breakfast is delicious and various but i wish they change it from a day to another. For 4 days it was the same variety of food and drinks but they were good. Staff is the favorite thing in this hotel. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful. They told us how to use metro and other things, and gave us a map with all directions. The hotel in 5 minutes walk from the metro station which was amazing. The area is so quit and not touristic, it's like working area with holdings and companies. Ask for room 509 if you are going for a business and don't need to pay a spacious room. There is a sign saying you can’t drink alcohol

Hotel was nice enough, room was a good size, breakfast very nice. Mosque on the corner nearby so it can be heard but this is usual in Istanbul anywhere. Huge problem for us was the sign in the room saying you are not allowed to drink alcohol in any of the rooms (including your own private room). I understand some people live by religious rules but this was not at all clear when booking and the feeling it gave us was very bad as we brought alcohol to enjoy, obviously in the privacy of our room on holiday! The fact the hotel dictates what you can do in your room like this feels quite uncomfortable for this reason. Obviously it is understandable that there are hotel rules as we aren’t the owners but it should have been very clear (which it wasn’t at all). Then we wouldn’t have booked here. Really made me sorry for the people who live their life with this kind of pressure and question the philosophy of human life. Who is one human to tell another human how to live?

This hotel was great for the price we paid. We rented a suit for 30$. The only downside is that the area around is industrial. All in all it was a good experience there, room was very spacious and very nice and clean with great amenities and bathroom. Microwave, kitchenette available. Reception was very nice and helped us order delivery to the hotel at 2 midnight since we arrived very late after a long flight on an empty stomach. We rented this hotel becasue it was close to Sabiha airport (15 mins) and we had a day of shopping to do around which was also easy to get there via our rental car. Breakfast was very rich and tasty. All in all a great experience and we would rent there again

The Hotel address is slightly different in the website compared to my itinerary document that confused the taxi driver andt It took ages to find and it cost me quite a bit.The location of the hotel is in a dark and insignificant area but close to the metro. Once checked in the receptionist handed me the room card and pointed me to the hidden lift that has confusing buttons with lots of numbers missing. The room is spacious a bit stuffy and can get hot, the A/C is a let down but full marks for cleanliness.The hotel ambiance at night is drab and dark and no restaurant.Breakfast is simple and ok. Very nice and helpful genteman in the reception upon check out. Overall the hotel is fine for local families and overnigthers. I stayed a couple nights.

Otelde 207 nolu odayı verdiler tv olmadığı ve 1. Kat olduğu için istemedik. 5 kattaki 508 nolu odayı verdiler. Burada da tv vardı ama çalışmıyordu. Banyonun Duşakabin camı yoktu. Çıkarken ölçü almaya biz içeride iken geldiler. Tuvalet banyo ciddi bir yoğun koku hiç gitmiyordu. Havalandırması çalışmıyordu. İkinci odanın tv si gibi kliması da çalışmıyordu. Kan helt klart anbefalede stedet og beliggenhed, Hotel er meget renligt og personale er meget service mindet.
Jeg fortryder ikke at jeg valgt hotellet og vil gøre det igen når jeg skal Til Istanbul. Kan varmt anbefalede dette sted folkens.

Ortalama duzeyde, ama havaalanı transfer noktasi icin ideal. 3 sokak altinda metro istasyonu var havalanina rahat ulaşım sağladık
