Breakfast was minimal, room was dirty and falling apart, lightning poor, and the hotel smelt especially our room of cigarettes. The manager was an absolute 1diot but the other reception staff were good. I would not return or recommend this hotel, it is not a 4* hotel.

Staff were always friendly and helpful weather is the receptionist or bar/restaurant staff. Spoke very little English. Ismail the receptionist was the only one who understood us and helped and gave us lots of advice about the area, traveling around and tours and transport. I did expect the hotel to have a gym and an indoor pool was disappointed as gym room was so tiny, dirty and smelt and was very damp. The machines never worked and could not stay there fo excising just went for a lool around. No sauna no steam room completely empty room. No staff downstairs in the area. A really tiny indoor pool with not clean water and was wet always. Only saw a father and a baby in there at all times I’m our 7 days stay. However, hotel breakfast was very nice always had a range of things would be more better if they had it continental as would be easier for tourist like us. Lunch and dinner had a great choice. Was reasonably cheap and decent meal and portion served. Staff always helpful and timed everything right. Late evening used to have a drink by the Terrence of the pool outdoor of restaurant was lovely view and scenery. Definitely recommend hote food. Our breakfast was included but tried lunch and dinner once too. Clean outdoor pool always kept tidy. Lounge was tidy comfy to sit. Downside was no WiFi till you exit you room or sat in the lounge so most evening an hr to two was spent in the lounge to catch up on emails messages and talk to family and to look at sites for tours as hotels

Boutique suburbian hotel close to ferry terminal

The hotel is nice, quite and small and is a good base for people with business on the Asian side of Istanbul. It's also close to the ferry terminal, which allows communiting to the old city while avoiding car traffic. A diverse healthy breakfast buffet is provided and there is a hotel on the terrace with a nice view. The rooms are modern and there is good free wifi throughout the hotel, plus business centre. Staff are friendly, but are not used too much to international travelers.

The hotel staff were very nice. The room could have clean up some more. The breakfast was not ready when I came downstairs and still was not when I left. They were still setting it up. The hotel went up and beyond the call of duty. They were very helpful.

Modern Hotel in residential area,

We wanted a place near the East side airport, and close to transport into central Istanbul. The room was quite spacious, but with no storage area for clothes and a tiny bathroom, with nowhere for towels (except on a rail in the shower where they would get wet). We were told there was a swimming pool, sauna and gym in the basement. The basement was dark, and we couldn't find any lightswitch, the ceiling was leaking and the sauna was switched off. There was no light in the gym either. The pool was small and very hot indeed, like a hot bath. we had a rather nasty swim in the dark. The breakfast was on top floor of the hotel, and not very inspiring.

Nice little hotel close to the ferry for the city

Having been to this Hotel 3 times over 4 years not a lot has changed. we did notice this time that the stair carpets looked a bit grubby but we like it there. A decent breakfast and helpful staff except for one surly female receptionist but thats nit picking. A rooftop pool for sunny days and a short walk to the ferry to visit the Islands or the city

Great Hotel

Was aprehensive at first after reading all the reviews. When we arrived at ataturk airport i was told it would take 2 hours to get to the hotel. Was immediately upset as i didnt think it was that far however it only took 50mins. Arrived at hotel. Friendly staff, clean rooms. However the room was very poorly lit. In my opinion needed more lighting. As for location and people saying its too far actually the hotel is in a great location. It is A short walk to the ferryboat port bostanci from there its a pleasant (and cheap) journey to all the touristic sites. No more than 30 mins. Beautiful scenes and comfortable journey

Staff were always friendly and polite. Breakfast was great and always fresh.

Lovely small hotel

Small well appointed hotel with 2 pools. The area is basically a marina so there is no beach. If you need to be in this area for business, then it is a good place to stay for a very reasonable price

Adequate space in rooms and bathroom for istanbul
Clean and modern for functionality if staying more than five days
Close to Bostanci and Kadikoy Ports for ferries to Sultanahmet, Taksim area, and Princess Islands
Great turkish breakfast each morning, hot and cold foods
On bus route to ports to save on taxis and more efficient
Near many restaurants and 5 minutes to Bagdat St shopping and night life
Nice upper pool and patio for summer days

Cons
Hotel entrance not on main road and a bit secluded for walking solo travelers.
Bring your own washcloths because what the hotel calls a washcloth is a hand towel.
Hot water in sink did not work in room 207 even though I reported it. Shower was fine.
Concierge is nice but does not work with tour companies to book excursions so you have to find them on your own, but they will give good directions via metro system or taxi to sites

Tired hotel in terrible location

Not impressed. Hotel was very tired. Indoor swimming pool and gym were derelict - like something from a horror movie. Room smelt strongly of smoke even though we requested non-smoking. At least we were far away from the railway line at the back of the hotel. Location is dreadful - tucked away in a suburban street - its not good for getting anywhere remotely interesting. All in all - give it a miss, there are far better hotels available for the same rate.

Wonderful hotel

The staff were the more polite and helpful that I've come across in a long time, hotel room was above and beyond my expectations because of the low rates. Beautiful n modern decor. Massive room also. The roof top pool is fabulous and amazingly beautiful view! Restaurant was lovely quick and food was tasty! Especially the spinach ravioli I had twice in one day! Look forward to my next stay there soon, will not be needing to look for another hotel in Istanbul again.

a hotel looking over Prince's Islands

This is a well-appointed quiet hotel for people who want to spend some time in Istanbul near the sea but away from the touristic centre of Istanbul and 60 km by taxi from Attaturk International airport (but relatively close to the Sahiba domestic airport).
Its rooms are a good size and it has a rooftop restaurant and swimming pool with views over the Sea of Marmara and Prince's islands, a lobby bar, and a spacious ground-floor breakfast room.
It is one block back from the beachfront road and a bus stop for the 16D bus from the Kadikoy ferry terminal. It can also be reached with a short taxi ride from the Maltepe metro stop from Kadikoy.
My room on the west side of the 5th floor had a noisy airconditioner, a pair of fat and lumpy pillows, an oversoft bed, and a toilet that did not flush properly. My colleague's room was on the other side and was cooler and not under the restaurant.
The lightweight room safe in the cupboard in my room was not screwed down and when I asked about this I was told it was not necessary as the passageway surveillance cameras would record any removal of the safe and there were no criminals anyway (I did not use the safe).
On my first night there was a very noisy wedding reception just above me in the rooftop restaurant (until 11.30!) so we ate at a good kebab restaurant in the suburban shopping precinct a few hundred metres uphill. We returned and ate there also the next two nights.

Wonderful hotel for reasonable price!

It's a wonderful, relaxed and quiet luxury hotel.
It's meant to be a 4* but its only 3*!!! Overall it's great. If you are travelling the main part of Istanbul then you have to travel a lot, apart from that its all good.

'Everybody deserves a good night's sleep'

Whilst this hotel in my opinion is only average, my biggest gripe was the noise disturbances nearly every night.

My 'Standard' room was located on the 5th floor underneath the restaurant. Doors banging, loud talking, a couple having a row (all after midnight). The sound of tables & chairs being moved on an non carpeted floor (early hours of the morning). I even heard somebody next door snoring!

In the early hours of Sunday 7th April, I was awoken by what sounded like a whirring pump with water gushing around; this noise was directly above my room. I didn't report this immediately because I thought it would disappear the next night but unfortunately, I was awoken again at 4.30am. I quickly dressed and reported the problem in person to the Receptionist who immediately ordered a Technician to investigate and after a short while the noise disappeared.

The only other small problem was that the bar on the ground floor was hardly ever manned and when I requested a bottle of white wine, another member of staff had to be summoned to fetch it from elsewhere - waiting time was 20 minutes.

Goos hotel for a family

The hotel is very clean & staff are helpful. It's a bit far from the tourist area around 50 min by bus & boat. Has a lovely view from the top. The air conditioning & non Turkish TV channels are very noisy.

On the Asian side of Istanbul for a change

Staff were friendly and helpful and spoke good english. Rooms were clean but the rooms at the back are next to a noisy trainline. Location was further from the ferry station than expected, but still within walking distance.Overall a pleasant stay, easy walking distance to the sea.

Do Not Go There

The hotel awas located in the middle of a residential area with very little o do around it. It was a half an hour journey to the beach and an hour and a half to the old city. The breakfast was ok. How ever that was all. We asked or a wake up call on the day of our departure, which we did not receive- not good.

The hotel was lovely. The breakfasts were very good. The pool and resaurant were good. However, it was sometimes difficult to find someone who could speak English, although all the staff were helpful and friendly. I had huge difficulty with the computer there, the keyboard was Turkish, the log-on was difficult and it wouldn't accept my email address. Also the printer didnt work so I couldn't print out a boarding pass for my flight home. I would however stay there again. There is a local street market, plenty of restaraunts, and a very frquent bus service to Kadikoi where you can get ferries back to the european side and cruises to the Princes islands. I loved the roof top pool and the view. It was very peaceful both day and night. It is close to the railway line, but I didn't find this an issue

Overall a nice place. A bit away from the main attraction areas, which in some ways good. Quiet neighborhood area and once you get the train located travel is easy. Air conditioning never worked right and the hotel was full. Beds were hard. Staff was helpful and food good.

Difficult to find off main road as no clear sign to access the turning off the main highway. Comfortable bed. Some parts like gym need updating but I don't think you go there for the gym !

Too far from the center of Istanbul

The hotel was pleasant, but it is too far from the centre of Istanbul to be an effective place to stay. You have to take a taxi to get to the European side of the city and it's about 1.5 hrs each way. There is a train that runs past the hotel every 30 minutes so you have to keep the window closed.

On the plus side, you can pick up a Ferry from just down the road and explore the fabulous Princess Islands.

The staff was nice and the hotel was clean and has a nice garden area at the entrance. The breakfast was a very good buffet with wide selection.
The music noise from the restaurant on Saturday night (we were on the 3rd floor) made sleep not possible until 11pm. There is also a train track literally less than 20 yards (see google earth view) from the hotel and it's quite busy early morning until around midnight.
It was very humid outside and the AC in our 1st room did not cool the room and leaked water on the carpet. The water stain on the ceiling showed this was not a new problem. We were moved to another room for the 2nd night and we had exactly the same experience.
It has the amenities for a 4 star hotel but lacked follow thru such as assuring equipment properly operational. Also, for most travelers, the location is too far from the tourist sights in Istanbul.
I found the overall cost not worth the experience.

Room was huge and clean. Breakfast was fine. Staff was great.

Room was located beside the commuter trains. The hotel didn't have another comparable room available.

It was suppose to be non-smoking but smelt like stale smoke. Also only one sheet on the bed.

View from rooftop dining room / pool area was awesome, but dinner was disappointing.

If you request a room away from the tracks and make sure the room wasn't used by smokers, the hotel would have been fine.

Vi hadde tre dobbeltrom. To av rommene luktet kloakk, en intens lukt. Personalet sa de ikke kunne gjøre noe, men det ene rommet ble byttet ut kl 02.00 på natta.
To av rommene var i dårlig forfatning, det andre var pusset opp og rent.
Fikk ikke romservice.
De skulke ordne en meny men den kom aldri.

dejlig beliggenhed nær strandparken.

god central beliggenhed. Nemt at gå til shopping og restauranter. Kort vej til bus, og strandpark med mange muligheder. Kort vej til færgerne til priseøerne . Hotellet er lille og hyggeligt, men slidt og desværre lugter der af røg på de 2 nederste etager som skulle være røgfri. Morgenmad er ok. gå ikke glip af solnedgang over istanbul.

Personeel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam! Plaats is dicht bij het centrum je kan gemakkelijk met de bus ergens heen. Ook metro is 20 minuten lopen. Alles is erg dichtbij. Minpunt was alleen dat de eerste kamer de erco het niet deed. We kregen direct een andere kamer dat was wel erg fijn! kamer was ook voor de 2e keer groter. In de badkamer zit geen ventilatie het ruikt niet fris en is vochtig. Maar Ik zou zeker nogmaals naar dit hotel willen gaan erg vertrouwd. Bedankt Elite hotel

因為朋友住在附近才選這間酒店，酒店的評價一向不好，房間暗淡，不太清潔，水力不夠。露臺其實是與鄰近樓房相對，基本上不會開窗。早餐的地方還可以，食物有不同款式。但始終於斯坦堡可能比較多遊客，接待的不太熱情。即使我有很大的行李箱，他們亦沒有協助。由於泊車的地方會阻礙其他車輛出入，故拿著行李自行拿著行李搬上車時有點狼狽。

Her şeyden önce otelinize geldiğimde resepsiyondaki çalışan ve vale çok güleryüzle ilgili şekilde karşıladıllar.Onlara teşekkür ederim.Odamın alt katta ve yan daire pencerelerini görmesi hoşuma gitmedi.Resepsiyondaki görevli yarın size yardımcı oluruz dedi fakat o gece yerleştiğimiz için tekrar toplanıp başka odaya geçme konusunda ısrarcı olmadım.Ankara dan geldiğim için ve 6 gece kalacağım için pencerden denizi görmeyi arzulamıştım. neyse önemli değil .Her şey için teşekkür ederim.

Nice Hotel with amazing view from the pool. The stuff was super friendly, they even helped us to translate and book a flight from a turkish website. The hotel was definetly the money worth.
The only bad thing is that it takes 20 min by walk to the metro station, so we tended to go by taxi every time (about 2€) which is still okay.

WLAN war im zimmer nicht möglich sehr schwach deshalb muste ich mein SIM karte einschalten und 60Euro Rechnung wegen kassieren von Internetanbieter!

Kaldığımız odada klima gürültülü bir şekilde çalışıyor ancak ısıtmıyordu. 2 gece üşüyerek hasta oldum. 3 gece daha küçük ve daha ucuz bir odayı kabullenerek odayı değiştirdik. Buradaki klima da ısıtmıyordu. Böbrek sancılarıyla seyahatimizi tamamladık. Tanitimlarda görünen manzara kesinlikle yok. Kahvaltıda çeşit az ve ucuza kaçılmış. Yani hotels.com'a
yakismayan bir otel.

Başlangıcı Hotels.com nedeniyle kötü başlayan konaklama canımızı fena halde sıktı. Aİle ile birlikte olduğumuzdan dolayı yine de guzel bir anı oldu. Kahvaltı sorunumuz olmasaydı daha keyifli bir anı olacaktı bizim için.

Resepsiyonda laubali, kisiliksiz bir görevli vardı. Küvet istemissiniz onun için küvetli oda ayarladım diye defalarca pis pis siritarak tekrarladi. Cift kisilik yatak istedik, iki tane tek kisilik yatagi birlestirmisler. Odaya yemek istedik, oda servisi calismiyor dediler.

Vorteil: Das Hotel befindet sich in einer sehr guten Lage. Die Aussicht vom Pool aus ist ein Traum ... Meerblick :). Hotelteam war sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist super.

Nachteil: Das Bad ist nicht sehr vorteilhaft, weil es zum einen sehr klein und zum anderen renovierungsbedürftig ist. Die Matratze des Doppelbettes war durchgelegen und daher sehr unbequem.

Mit dem Hotel war ich sehr zufrieden. Sowohl die Lage als auch das Publikum in diesem Hotel ist top.
Fast nur türkische oder europäische Gäste und meistens Geschäftsleute verkehren in diesem Hotel.
Das war nicht das letzte Mal, dass ich dieses Hotel gebucht habe.

Scheinbar frisch renoviertes Hotel

15 Minuten Fussmarsch entfernt von der Bootsanlegestelle, ein Hotel, dass ich schon seit Jahren aufsuche. Offensichtlich frisch renoviert. Etwas schwaches WLAN-Signal. Anständiges Frühstück mit reichlich Auswahl. Ich komme gerne wieder. Wegen einer Hochzeit gab es keinen Parkplatz im der hoteleigenen Tiefgarage, aber unser Fahrzeug wurde draussen beaufsichtigt und irgendwann in die Garage gefahren. Alles bestens.

Hotel mir vor und nachteilen

Guter Hotel mit einigen Mangeln.Den offen pool konnten wir nicht richtig sogar garnicht nutzen da das wasser zu zu kalt war.Der innenpool war nicht ganz sauber und auserdem konnten wir an bestimmten zeiten nicht den innenpool nutzen ,da Schulklassen es besetzden.Das personal war sehr hilfsbereit und auch freundlich.die Umgebung ist sehr schön und die nächste bushaltestelle war auch in der nähe.

Отель неплохой . Номера есть очень маленькие, нам поменяли через два дня. Завтраки разнообразные и очень свежие. Обслуживающий персонал очень хороший.Вида из номеров нет и далеко от достопримечательностей.., но мне после операции ребенка они были не нужны.Хороший ресторан на крыше .

l hôtel est quasiment vide .
le personnel sympathique ne parlant pas le français se met en 4 pour nous satisfaire .
la petite piscine sur le toit est sympa.
le petit déjeuner avec une amplitude d ouverture large est très complet pour commencer la journée
nous n avons pas testé le resto panoramique mais le menu a un prix abordable parait accueillant.

Reinigungsfrau hat nie Putzmittel benützt, Boden im Bad mit unseren Handtüchern gereinigt, Geschirr nur unter fliessendem Wasser gewaschen und mit unseren Handtüchern getrocknet und wieder hingestellt, Staubsauger sieht auch nicht alle Ecken, Sessel wurden nie weggeschoben - der Dreck von irgend wann lag noch drunter. Frühstücksbuffett ist meistens die Espressomaschine ausgefallen, der Service verstand so gut wie nie was wir bestellt haben.

het is de 3e keer dat ik in dit hotel verblijf. dat betekent dat ik heel tevreden ben. deze keer boekte ik via hotels.com. bij de bevestiging werd vermeld dat de verblijfskosten binnen enkele dagen _ vooraf_ afgeschreven zouden .worden. tot mijn onaangename verrassing bleek dat niet het geval te zijn.ik stond enigszins voor schut toen ik zei dat het hotel al betaald was.en voor schut staan is nooit leuk. wat ook tegenviel, was dat de sauna 4 dagen lang stuk was en het zwembad erbij niet verwarmd.

イスタンブール周辺とはありますが…

とにかく浴室の匂いが臭くてダメでした。
タバコと排水溝の匂いが混ざったような感じでした。
あとは、イスタンブール周辺とはありますが、観光地であるブルーモスクやグランドバザールからは大分遠く、1時間前後かかります。
5泊したのですが、毎日ほんとに掃除してる？
シーツ替えてくれてる？？て感じでした。
