Many people walking in bandages from surgery. Patients with bleeding bandages on diffrent parts of the body. The lobby had a funny smell. I think patients should enter in a separate entrance from guests who are there for vacation. I wish I knew this was a hospital hotel.

Hotel was not busy but staff couldn’t cope during breakfast. No cutlery, no tea or coffee, staff in suits too busy talking to each other rather than serve guests. This happened every day.
Was supposed to have a family room but they put us in a standard room. Check in was poor, rude manners from staff at check in, did not even offer to take luggage to room or advise on amenities. Staff seemed more interested in talking to each other rather than helping. No staff member smiles, or talks to you nicely, it must be a rule.
Room was tiny and not cleaned, had to keep asking for towels and water. You have to wait an age for lifts.
A’La Carte menu poor quality and over priced, much better food in local restaurants nearby or food courts at the mall which are at a third of the price.
Indoor pool freezing cold and kids club is just a tiny box room with no toys or activities. Perfect for if you want to punish your kids whilst on holiday.

My stay at Burgu Arjaan by Rotana in Istanbul was wonderful! The hotel offered a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. The room was spacious and beautifully designed, ensuring a relaxing stay throughout. The staff was incredibly hospitable and always ready to assist with any needs. Despite being located in Istanbul Asia, transportation to visit the mosques in the European side was easy and safe, adding to the overall convenience of the location. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Istanbul!

A great location next to the Metro station in Maltepe. Very modern hotel but not very Turkish in design or interiors. Great views of sea if staying in a high level room. Staff very helpful and cheerful. We would stay here again when visiting Turkey.

The hotel was very clean and very nice. The pool area was fun for my daughter and me. It is conveniently off the metro stop so easy for us to get to. They offer a lot of services on site as well as things like bike rentals to explore the city. It’s far from the touristy areas, but if you want a less touristy more real feel of the city, this is a great spot.

We liked the facilities, however, the breakfast need to be enhanced to provide more food varieties for a 5-star hotel. Moreover, we stayed for five nights and each single day we tried to reach out to reception through calling from our room and they never answered even though missed calls are available and they deny having an alert on the reception as well.

The hotel rooms are clean and spacious. The pool outside is a great advantage for when the weather is nice. The only negative thing I could say is that you have to wait 10-15 minutes for the lift as it is constantly in high demand due to the amount of people in the hotel.

I realised I’ve been bitten by something the first morning when I woke up, the second night the itching got worse and there was more insect bites on my skin, I spoke to the reception as I thought it should be something in the bedding, what did they do about it? Nothing, apart from that they overcharged me and they’re terrible at communicating and I don’t even know whether I’m ganna get my money back!

We thought we would be getting an excellent stay considering the price we payed and the rating of this hotel.
We arrived and it looked promising but then we found out the cafe and hairdresser is closed. But not just closed, perminatley closed, and the staff had no idea when either of them would reopen and we not very helpful at all. Lunch at the only restaurant there was over priced for not a great meal. The DJ at the pool was so loud and annoying we couldn't sit there. It felt like we were at a club.

OK for a short business visit
The hotel is new and well appointed. The staff is however still being trained I guess. The hotel AC system was not working and had to shift to another tower where I could keep the window open. Location doesn't have much around.

New Year's in Istanbul
Stayed at the hotel during the New Year. Overall it was an enjoyable stay. The hotel is new and part of the existing Tango complex. Rooms are modern and close to what you see in the photos. Didn't have breakfast as it was not included in the price so I can't comment. I few practical tips: The hotel is in the Asian side so you need to take the metro and Marmaray to access the Tourist areas of Istanbul. Not an issue for us but it means you can't wander around then return to your hotel then go back out again. It's more of a leave in the morning return in the evening and relax at the hotel deal. Also the metro station is about a 5-10 minutes walk. Again not a problem for us. For business travelers in the Asian side it is probably ideal. Made use of the excellent indoor pool and fitness center; in the summer time the outdoor pool looks like a great place to unwind! Finally if you are traveling with a car this would be a good choice with parking and access to motorway. If travelling to Istanbul I would certainly consider staying here again. Staff was helpful and polite.

Stayed 5 nights and can't fault the hotel service or standards at all, fabulous 1 bedroom apt, immaculate and staff so friendly and helpful. Only downside was the area the hotel was situated in, which was not great, however close to metro link.
I loved the in room dining options, such an amazing choice and reasonably priced for good quality well presented food. I would recommend this hotel.

Temizlik konusunda içim %100 rahat etti diyemem. Yatak temizliği biraz şüphe uyandırdı ama bariz şekilde kesinlikle pis değildi. Örneğin, tuvaletteki havalandırma menfezlerinin silinmesi gerekli, sürekli açık olduğu için havayı çekiyor ancak biraz pis kalmış diyebilrim. Otel ve oda dizaynı harikulade. Odalara bayıldım, otomatik perde daha premium otellerde dahi henüz rastlamadığım bir konfor aracı. Personeller de gayet ilgili ve sıcakkanlıydı.

Неплохая гостиница рядом с больницей, соответственно есть гости проходящие восстановительный период. Район не очень, огромный плюс что рядом станция метро. Ресторан в гостинице средний, с рваненькими, пошатанными меню. Сам номер нормальный, грязновато правда на полу, есть стиралка, печка и микроволновка) для чего они так и осталось загадкой, посуды и остальной утвари в наличии нет) Вообщем отель оставил непонятное впечатление, вроде неплохо, но второй раз точно не остановимся!

Er is echt beter te vinden
Ik was van 9-13 dec in dit hotel.
Op het 1e gezicht een mooi hotel. Ligt in het Aziatische deel en precies zo ongeveer in het midden gelegen. Dus je kunt eigenlijk elke kant wel op.
Ik had kamer 1014 en persoonlijk is dit hotel niet geschikt voor business People. De kamer oogt zeer veel luxe maar heeft een zeer kleine badkamer… maar wel een grote keuken met wasmachine/droger en kookgelegenheid. Zelfs heeft het automatische binnen en buiten gordijnen???. Als zaken man heb je dit helemaal niet nodig. Het enige wat je wilt is een tafel waar je aan kunt werken.. en een stoel waar je op kunt zitten. Jammer… had de directie maar geld daaraan uitgegeven want het bankstel valt niet op te zitten, een raam is niet te openen voor frisse lucht en is al helemaal geen tafeltje te vinden, (behalve dan de make-up tafel van 20cm breed bij 30cm.
Het ontbijt heb ik maar 1 x genomen aanzien het bedrag niet in verhouding staat met wat je krijgt als je de moeite neemt 50 meter om de hoek in een van de vele cafetaria’s te gaan.
Nee.. ik zal dit hotel niemand aanraden…
