We booked the hotel by the name of the brand but it’s not match it’s standards we booked the room for extra charged for sea view for 3 people but when we arrived it was very small room with very poor condition damage floor dirty couch we tell them they said we can change your room but if you want bigger room you need to pay extra we paid extra they send us in bigger room it was better in size but the temperature was very hot we kept complaining they said we are fixing it but nothing happened we has to change again finally we got settled. Amenities only break fast was included rest you has to paid extra even for the pool.

There is a literal nightclub *inside* the hotel building with loud music thumping past midnight. It's difficult to sleep in some rooms even with really good earplugs. Service is also poor. For instance, a desk clerk accidentally put my husband and I into a better room than the one for which we'd paid. We got a call at around 6:30 pm insisting that we pay the price difference for the 2 nights we'd already stayed. Of course, I refused, and they made us move rooms right away or pay the difference for that night even though I was in bed for the evening recovering from a medical procedure and there was no one wanting to book the room. The right actions would have been to (1) never even suggest we should pay for their mistake and (2) have us move rooms the next morning, since it wouldn't have cost them anything but would have saved my husband and I a lot of stress (I was still groggy from anesthesia and in no shape to pack up all of our belongings and move to a different room). Similarly, they require tokens to use the laundry machines but didn't have enough so we often had to wait more than a day even though there were empty machines. They also wouldn't refund if you bought tokens you didn't need right away so we ended up holding on to them until we had more laundry when other guests needed them. Oh, and they had pots and pans that weren't compatible with the induction stove in my room but wouldn't just provide compatible ones. Instead, I once again had to pack up and move rooms.

What a terrible experience I had with staying at this place. Absolutely horrible, a nightmare. I stayed awake all night because of constant noice apparently, well known to the hotel. I went to the reception to respite the issue with the noise in the ventilation system and I was told it world stop in about an hour because the climate control system was apparently being charged with new gas…. Went back to the reception at 4am, I was told he reported the issue to the maintenance person and there is nothing he could do about it. I reported to the issue at check out and I was told it was well known problem. I asked to speak with the manager and I was told he is not available and will will be in the office after 10am. Stay away from this place and do joy trust the ratings. They are fake. Shame on Marriott!!’n

1- dont bother buying expedia insurance doesnot help. 2- rough area 3- the hotel at no point makes guests aware when booking in december that they will have christmas/ new year parties and weddings throughout the entire month from 7pm - 1 or 2 am in the morning EVERY DAY! Imagine putting your baby to sleep and people are screaming amd shouting and the music sound keeps getting louder and louder! I complained about this and nothing was done. Even expedia didnt help! 4- No heating! Do not take this lightly. I complained to hotel and expedia from my arrival until my very last day! I was in a hotel room with a baby and it was freezing cold and there was draft coming into the room so it made it extra cold. EXPEDIA could not help! They couldnt even connect to the hotel let alone anything else. I spoke to the hotel reception on multiple occasions and it seems they alter the aircon from downstairs central system. After multiple complaints they kept sending some guy which works in the hotel across the road i think and he didnt do anything :) i watched him the whole time he took a picture and then said its fixed and left! Ofcourse first he coughed the entire time and stank of smoke so badly the entire room was smelling i had no choice to open the window to air the room out because of my baby. This was never fixed. DONT drink or shower in their hotel either its yellow muddy water thAt comes out i recorded it everyday for 1 week! Overall RUN STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE dirty beds

This hotel is the nearest to Yeditepe university.
This was our 7th stay in 13 months.
The hotel is showing signs of wear & tear & needs renovating. Lights not working, chair furnishings torn, peeling wallpaper, kitchen utensils & plates & glasses missing.
Only 1 lift working & this was the same 3 weeks earlier!
Breakfast was good with lots of choice. The staff at breakfast are always great.

Upon arrival I was met by an overflowing bin and rubbish by the entrance. The windows and floors hadn’t been cleaned and looked grimy and dusty. Even the lift was grotty. Staff at checkin was wonderful and very welcoming though. The first room I was allocated was again, not the cleanest. Bathroom was moody which is my absolute pet hate. I went to the reception and was told it was the silicone changing colour however was offered an alternative room which I was happy with. Bed was comfortable and layout of room with kitchenette and dining area was great. Had a good stay in the end, just struggled with communal areas not being as clean as I’ve come to expect in most hotels in Instabul. Overall, the friendliness of the staff won me over.

Do not expect Marriot from it. Far from Marriot standards. Just the house keepers doing great job.
Breakfast is average just average.
A/C is not working properly and it is hot when you tell them they tell you because the weather is hot, it is an excuse I have been to many hotels in the worse weather conditions and their A/Cworked out great.
And I know their reply is they are doing everything to do it above Marriot expectations but it is a lie trust me and other reviews, don’t do the same as me as I ignored the reviews and booked just because of the Marriot name.
And there is always a bad smell in everywhere.

The reception and accommodations were very welcoming and very good at this property. I arrived at this property as a result of a failed booking accommodation at a different hotel, so the initial reception received at the Residence Inn was OUTSTANDING, it definitely made a difference! Everything else as very good from there on as well. From the layout of the room, to the shower pressure, as well as the cleanliness and daily housekeeping of the room was very good. The included breakfast was good as well as the dining room staff were respectfully accomimodating. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and I am happy this business came up in my search.

One of the Best! Location was excellent. Staff is the best. I originally came for two nights and ended up staying there for 12 nights. That is how much I loved staying there. Without any exaggeration, this is one of the best hotels' that I have ever stayed at, FYI I've been to 50 countries. Staff were very helpful! Literally everyone was at their best from day 1. I came to the front desk to ask about food delivery and I had a problem with my international number, Hazar (front desk rep) offered me his app to order food without any hesitation. He also went so far that he gave me his promo code (discount code) to use for future orders. Then Esra and Elif helped me. Then Yigitcan and Fedai became my local friends. I am leaving in two days and the Valet staff Volkan, Sercan, Altug, Alican they all hugged me yesterday. Honestly, they all became my family in Istanbul. I have to come back to istanbul in 6 months and I already reserved my room. Rooms are big, bright, and I have everything that I need. Rooms also have kitchenettes and big bathrooms. Housekeeping is also the best, they spoiled me with all the water. Oh I almost forgot, Samet the Bartender was the best. Samet was very polite and helpful. Last night he and I talked for about three hours. I gained friends here. Manager Ezel was excellent, she assisted me every time with a big smile on her face. My stay never was interrupted. Prices were really affordable. Location was great. My room was tidy and very clean. See you soon

Not what I expected from the Marriott corporation

Hotel was too far from anything I requested non smoking room with sea view which I upgraded and paid for it, the receptionist refused to give me what I paid for saying no more non smoking room available but at the end and all of the sudden he found one after talking to his manager, very bad tactic. Not impressed with that, we have tried the breakfast once only during our 3 days stay wasn’t too impressed.
Lobby wasn’t clean and very depressing bathroom sink clogged toilet seat loose flusher plate about to fall off among other issues.
The house keeping lady was the highlight of our stay. Will not return to this location.

The hotel location was good and surrounded by good restaurants and cafes. The staffs were friendly and helpful.
However, there was a bad smell (a light rotting smell) in the hotel and rooms that we told them about several times and they didn't know the source.
Also, there was leakage in our room (probably from a sewer upstair) that wet our clothes. They did not provide any help to clean our clothes (charged 120 Liras for the laundry!) and they just offered us a new room!!!

We had three 1+1 rooms for about a week. So I feel that I have a good understanding of the entire establishment. We were not able to check in for two hours AFTER the check in time. (Around 5PM since the rooms were not clean), but once we got the keys the rooms were clean.
The hot water in all three rooms was lukewarm at best and the water pressure kept changing in the shower (assume depending on other rooms water consumption). All three rooms had draining issues in the bathroom and water would back up.

It's a new hotel, room is not big, but well designed and equipped with a kitchen. The bed is especially comfortable, shower works well with high pressure.

In terms of service, they certainly need to improve a lot. All the staffs at the reception are very friendly except the male manager himself who shows neither welcome or respect for guest.

Breakfast is all right, but every day is exactly the same.

I totally recommend

The hotel is brand new and clean. The rooms are extremely stylish, comfortable and you have everything that you need inside for cooking( really everything I mean) and ironing, also a smart TV where you could mirror your phone and watch Netflix. The breakfast is varied and has lot of options. The stuff are very friendly and helpful especially Goktug at the reception whom I’d like to thank. The area has a nearby supermarket, cafes and restaurants so you get all you need by walking distance. If you’d like a calm stay away from the crowded touristic areas I totally recommend.

Otopark hizmeti satmalarına rağmen park edecek yer yok. Gece saat 01.00’de aracımı çekmem istendi. Resepsiyondaki Efe isimli personel çözüm üretmek yerine “İstediğiniz yere park edin, otel hariç” diyerek tamamen ilgisiz davrandı.

Üstelik oda da temiz değildi ve yeterince sıcak değildi. Satılan hizmetler verilmiyor, personel yardımcı olmuyor. 2 yıl önce kalmıştım şu an rezalet adına aldanmayın.

La chambre est propre mais le canapé du studio était sale et déchiré (cigarette).
Le petit dej est complet et très correct

La salle de sport est belle en apparence mais les matériels sont sales ou non fonctionnels.
Et enfin à l’accueil je dirais que ceux de l’après midi et du soir sont plus sympas que celui du matin qui est peu loquace.
