Experience at Cityloft

Reception was not accommodating to our needs. Had an overnight flight and asked for early check in 2 days in advance only to be left in lobby to sleep on the couch until 2 PM. Paining is taped to the wall, View is concrete of building next to hotel. Fridge was not working. Overall very basic service and experience. I’m not going there again.

Personally I do not recommend this hotel if anyone suffering from breathing because the carpets were terrible and disgustingly dirty every night I would have to wake up to a dry mouth constantly coughing. The water temperature when using the shower was terrible it would either be tooo cold or too hot. We complained about the room and if we could change it the staff didn’t help at all and just said the hotels fully booked which wasn’t true they just refused to help us out as we did spend 9 days at the hotel. The bedding wasn’t too bad but overall the hotel needs a renovation as there was so many damage on the walls. The rooms are very small not spacious enough

Hygiene standards

The reception looks amazing, the carpets are extremelyyyyyy dirty! Everything inch of that floor is super super dirt which is very disappointing. The hotel has great potential to better, they just need to clean it.

It is a massive inconvenience that i cannot share pictures of our experience at Cityloft81. Where to start, on entering the reception you are feeling confident in your choice of hotel, that is where it ends. Going through into the hallways to the lifts and rooms you are greeted this countless stains and grubby marks on the wall. The elevator that the panel hanging off and on getting in it powered down briefly.
There is a reason this hotel is so dark, hiding the sorry state of the hotel after what seems years of no reinvestment in maintenance.
The room, tired, shabby and a lack of thourough cleaning over a long period had left it in a rather misserable state. The blacked out ceiling was broken black woodchip board. The cabinets were chipped and wonky. The bathroom had grime all around the corners and egdges of the shower area. The room in no way reflects the pictures that are shown on any booking platform.
The worst was yet to come when noticing there were MUSHROOMS growing in the room. Under the bedside cabinet and in the corners of the skirten boards. As well as this they had naked wirring within the bathroom ceiling.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone it was a massive downer at the end of what was a beautiful trip to Turkey.
Management need to address the cleanliness and safety of this hotel.

The staff was very rude. They took me into three different rooms which were all dirty. I took photos of them. One of them had spit on the counter the other head brown faeces on the floor near the toilet. The staff refused to upgrade my room just keep giving me another one that was dirtier than the other one. I would not recommend this property at all.

Absolutely disgusting. Do not stay here. Pictures are deceiving. Mouldy bathrooms, water damage ..wallpaper peeling. Hair and dirt all over carpets. In a bad Neighbourhood. Booked 4 nights and left early. Do not stay here.

I was very disappointed with my room as I booked a deluxe room and to be honest it was just like a standard room. It was very dark as it was painted gray also I could hear hear people in the room next door it said there was a mini bar yes there was but there was nothing in it. As for the breakfast it was only luke warm very disappointed as it was not cheap The only thing I can say good about it was the staff as they were very friendly and helpful

My room smelled like sewage. When I brought it to the attention of the hotel, they did nothing about it other than send someone in to try to clean the bathroom, which did not help completely disappointed in this hotel. I would never stay here again.

I had an amazing experience staying at Cityloft 81. Not only was the room clean and the decor modern and pretty. But the staff were so lovely and helpful. Any questions I had they were happy to help, if I needed a taxi they assisted me etc. I couldn’t recommend enough, and would definitely go back!

No basic dental kit facility.
Won’t clean the room unless ask.
Phone would never ring, had to go every time downstairs to talk to front desk if I needed.

I would never ever stay in this hotel again while it was not clean and healthy which is very very important specially last 3 years due to the covid . Very bad experiens . I would like to have a refund while I couldn't sleep all night

I didn’t get checked in until 8 pm and the room wasn’t ready. I got a room that was under construction and is being renovated. They gave me another room that was stinky until they found a room for me the next day. House keeping doesn’t come even if you ask. You get no toilet paper, soap, towels or anything. Trash? Stays in your room. When it was time to check out, I wasn’t there but my mom who was ill and had a surgery was in the room. They asked her to leave or they would charge us. She stayed in the lobby waiting for me even though they know she had a surgery and couldn’t wait for me to get there. Plus they don’t speak English even though they say they do on their website and Expedia. I wouldn’t recommend at all.

Hotel in images looks like a 7 and is really a 3. There is literally no real room service. It’s packaged TV dinners and gas station sandwiches that they microwave. Then chips & candy junk food. The taps only give piping hot water. The breakfast they do serve is gross and room service ends at 12pm. Blinds falling off the ceiling. The balcony door handle is broken. The room is falling apart. You have to beg and call front desk 10+ times to get cleaning service. There’s no lotion in bathroom like most hotels, bizarre. The room has no sound proofing so you can hear dogs barking outside all night. People honking horns like wild animals. I got no rest! Food delivery service will cancel on you all the time, you might as well walk to get food. Traffic is horrendous. FYI I stayed in the presidential suite. Not even a microwave in the kitchen. Hotels.com said they’d reimburse some of our stay, that was a lie! Then said the hotel would do something about it. They didn’t! You all should be ashamed of yourselves! Worst experience of my life!!! Still heard nothing from Hotels.com

Oda berbattı. Askeriye koğuşu gibi bir görüntüsü vardı. Önceden çok fazla gelmiştim ve sevdiğim bir oteldi cityloft. Temiz kaliteli odaları vardı. Son gittiğimde askeri koğuşu havasında yatak üzerinde sadece çarşaf ve iki ufak yastık. Oda buz gibiydi. Oda nın sıcaklığı sorun değil tabii ısınır ama o yatağın görüntüsü hiç hoşuma gitmedi. Odayı değiştirdik diğer oda da o şekildeydi. Kapıda alık bir resepsiyonist vardı. Hangi odalar dolu hangisi boş bunu temizlii arkadaşa söyleyip anahtarlarla teker teker kontrol ettiriyor. Bunun bir listesine bir sahip değiller😂😂 Özetle son gidişimdi tavsiye etmem.

Kaldığım odada bazı sorunlar vardı ama onlar da çözülür puan düşürmeye gerek yok. Ancak en kötü kısmı yalıtım. Odaların yalıtımı çok kötü yan odada olanları naklen duyabiliyorum. Genel olarak konaklamam iyiydi ancak daha iyi olabilir.

Müşteri Mağduriyeti

Öncelikle engelli birey odası verilmesi çok yanlış bir şeydi. Herhangi bir engelli birey giriş yapmak istese onun kullanması gereken odayı bise tahsis ettiler ve bence bu yapılmaması gereken hir şey. İşimizden dolayı öğleden sonra giriş yaptık ve sonrasında hemen çıktık, girdiğimizde tuvaletten ses geliyordu ve normal olabileceğini düşünmüştük. Gece tekrardan geldiğimizdr sesin devam ettiğini ve tuvaletin kullanılamaz durumda olduğunu fark edince yetkiliye bildirdik. Teknik ekip yönlendireceğini söyledi ve yaklasik 20 dakika sonra teknik ekip geldi. Soruna bakıp ancak sabah müdahale edebileceğini söyledi. Bu sürede çok fazla gürültü çıkarcağından suyu kesti. Otel yetkilisine durumu bildirdirdikten sonra Sabaha kadar idare etmemiz gerektiğini söyledi. Bu şekilde sabaha kadar idare edemeyeceğimi ya sorunun düzeltilmesini ya da bana alternatif bir başka oda vermelerini söyledim. Boş oda kalmadığı için yardımcı olamayacaklarını söylediler. Yarım saat konusup bir şey çözülmedikten sonra cityloft telefon numarasını aradım ve başka bir arkadaşla görüştüm. Ardından bizim otelimizdeki çalışan bizi arayarak şans eseri tam da nasıl oluyorsa o an bir oda boşaldığını söyledi ve değiştirdi. Fakat bize verdikleri yeni odanın da tuvaleti aynı şekilde çalışmıyordı. Tekrardan durumu bildirdikten sonra odanızı zaten değiştirdik bu saatte daha fazla bir şey yapamayız gibi bir geri dönüş aldık ve çok kötü bir gece geçirdik.
