Staff, They barely speak english, when I try to further communicate they hang up and say no english. After my surgery I requested someone to help with my bag down. Biz kahvaltıyı da beğendik. Yeterince seçenek sunuluyordu. Hele Habibe Şefin omletini yemeden gitmeyin!
Bizi çok rahatsız eden durum ise otopark! Daha önceden hotel misafiri olarak otoparkın kullanımı dahildi. Sonradan türlü değişiklikler yapıldı. En son kullanmadığımız vale servisi icin fatura yazmışlar plakamıza. Güzel konaklamızın içine ettiler diyebilirim.

Otele check-in saatinden erken gitmek zorunda kaldık. Resepsiyondaki robot bey hiç yardımcı olamayacağını iletti. Sanki birşeyler ona kodlanmış ve onun dışına çıkamayıyor gibi... Otel, check-in saatinden önce misafir kabul etmek zorunda değil evet fakat küçük çocuğumuz vardı hazırlanıp hemen çıkmamız gerektiğini söyledik ancak hiç esneklik göstermedi. Otel müşterisi olmamiza rağmen otoparka her giriş çıkışta ücret ödemek zorunda kaldık. Bizim için kötü bir deneyimdi. Tekrar tercih etmeyeceğim bir otel olacağı kesin..

We had to arrive at the hotel before check-in time. The robot at the front desk told us he couldn't help us at all. It's as if something has been hard-coded into him and he can't get around it. Yes, the hotel isn't obligated to accept guests before check-in time, but we told him we had a small child with us and needed to get ready and leave immediately, but he was completely inflexible. Also that Despite being hotel guests, we had to pay a parking fee every time we entered and exited. It was a terrible experience for us. It's definitely not a hotel I'll choose again.

Initial booking, there’s error, sent a message that two guests and will pay 2nd person breakfast. Hotel didn’t bother to reply.
On arrival 1st September found that I have to call Expedia.com. I didn’t book through Expedia.
It’s not possible to contact hotel.com or Expedia at that time.If I have booked two persons stay at
the time of booking, it should be the same cost.

I did not like this hotel after getting a real guest service from a different hotel at the same time just a week ago. This hotel was Terribly overpriced for what you get. The room was nothing special, but the worst part was the valet service. They charged me without informing ahead of time. Also they did not mention anything at all, about the perks such as the food discount or room upgrade.

no upgrade though when I asked the receptionist told me this is a superior level ( level 8 ), not the room
no discount on food and drinks despite I informed myself.

I told my room number wrong while ordering at room service, the one who answered the phone yelled at me on the phone because I said the wrong room number ( the receptionist connected the call so if had asked the receptionist the could easily have answered.

After reservation, I texted on Expedia and asked
if there is electric charging station is the hotel they said yes, which is true but you need your own cable, which I did not know,

And the hotel charges the guest for parking , which is not normal as I stay over several well branded hotels where they don't.

Clean and quiet. Perfect

I've stayed at this hotel quite a few times and it has always been good. A few minor issues in the past but my latest experience has been faultless. Cleanliness was excellent. The best I've experienced at any hotel in Turkey (unfortunately, this isn't difficult!). It's also very quiet and the location is great (there is a metro station nearby and plenty of options for buses).

Unsafe and poorly managed hotel

I stayed there 3 nights with my wife. First day when we walked in the room the floor was not clean. My wife used paper towel to wipe it out.
Most disturbing was after touring around the city we came back to our room around 6pm our door was wide opened and all of the belongings was in there. Room was not cleaned, dirty but used towels was taking off. We called the lobby and said they will check security cameras. They called back us in an hour and blamed us we forgot to close the door which was a big lie. Cleaning people partially took all the dirty towels and trash but did not do anything else. No responsibility was taking from management.
They said we did not closed the door but their cleaning stuff did not complete the cleaning and lifted door wide open. This is the hotel management and professionalism here. Couple of hours later they brought us towels so we can take a shower. Please note very poor managed, unsafe and irresponsible stuff and they are so comfortable about it.

Lovely stay

We decided to stay Asian side. The hotel is lovely, it’s in a quite place. Taxis are available to take you place’s. More modern, it has beautiful Malls, plenty eating places in the Mall’s. Lovely musical fountain in the Water garden Mall. The Hilltown Is other Mall we visited, which is in walking distance from the hotel. Very calm and relaxing atmosphere. Was a good experience. The hotel is not very from the Metro within 10 minutes in a taxi.

En az 2-3 kez iki ayrı tek kişilik yatak istiyoruz dememize ve rezervasyon yaparken de bunu belirtmemize rağmen(rez. bilgilerinde bulabilirsiniz) oda çift kişilik yataklıydı. Banyo tezgahı diş macunu lekeleri ile doluydu. Odanın aydınlatması kötüydü ve banyoda priz yoktu.

Oda temizdi oda ışıkları kötüydü banyo gider kokusu çok kötüydü hk personelleri gerçekten çok titiz reception da iyiydi denilebilir. Ama kapıdaki güvenlik personeli 10 numara 5 yıldız kişiliğe sahip yardımsever ve oteli tanıtma açısından çok profesyoneldi. Bingöllü idi sanırım kendisine kucak dolusu selamlar olsun burdan.

Personel ilgili ve nazikti, oda temiz ve düzenliydi. Yalnızca duş biraz küçüktü ve sızdırıyordu. Bir de ısıtma manuel kumanda edilemiyor ya da odadaki kumanda ünitesi sorunluydu o yüzden biraz fazla sıcaktı.

Öncelikle fotoğrafta görüldüğü gibi kesinlikle değil. Oda gece gündüz çok karanlıktı. Şehir manzarası diyerek satılan oda büyük fiyasko. Marka ismine güvenip satın aldığım bu hizmet çok samimiyetle söylüyorum büyük fiyasko.
Bu arada personel ile ilgili kötü birşey diyemem. Ayrıca otopark otele ait olmasına rağmen otel müşterisinden otopark ücreti almak nedir !!!

Dedeman park

Otele girerken park dedeman arka tarafdaymış aracı valeye verdik 350 tl vale ücreti dedi. Ben götürürdüm bilseydim park olduğunu zorunlu sandım. Otel elemanları güleryüzlü ama otel eski biraz. Odaların büyüklüğü iyiydi. Banyo duşluğu sıkıntılı. Kahvaltı dahil değildi ayrıca satın alıp 1.500tl ödedim ama keşke almasaydım çünki kahvaltı bana hiç hitap etmiyordu. Soğuk börekler soğuk poaçalar. Bence o paraya daha özenli olabilirdi. Yada dahil olsaydı.

Sehr gute preiswerte Unterkunft. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und sehr schnell. Sowohl beim Check-In, als auch bei Bestellungen aufs Zimmer. Zimmer hat eine sehr schöne Aussicht und ist genügend gross. Nur das Licht im Bad und Zimmer sind etwas ungünstig platziert (schlechte Belichtung und etwas dunkel). Das war aber kein grosses Problem.
