A quick check-in upon arrival together with an upgrade to Executive Suite which was extremely clean and spacious whilst providing all the amenities we required. We regularly used the club lounge offering a small array of delicious food and drink. The car park and valet were also free for customers staying at the hotel. Breakfast offered an enormous variety of foods catering for all possible dietary requirements. All in all we were perfectly happy with our two-night stay and will certainly return in the near future!

Everything was more than perfect , the property is very modern. Breakfast was more than perfect as well, and the room service food was 10/10 as well. All thanks to the manager of the restaurant Mr. Zulkuf.
the staff were very friendly and made us feel like home, all thanks to Mr. Emrah for making this trip a very successful and enjoyable. Mr. Ibrahim at the reception was very welcoming too. Moreover, I highly recommend this hotel for business and relaxation purposes for being in a very quiet area next to a few malls. However it may not be very suitable for tourism purposes since its not close to metro stations. But that does not affect the quiet, safe environment and nice views this hotel brings.

No hot water or working phone in room first night. When I told them about it by going to the desk in the AM, the staff were smirking about it. Restaurant is a C+ if anything. This hotel is. Very far from European Istanbul (the old cultural center with shopping/ food, etc. 30 minute taxi ride there (2hours if traffic is bad).

A superb stay

We stayed 2 nights to attend a concert, aee friends and so a little shopping. Location was perfect for the Stadium and shopping centres like Water Garden, Palladium a d even Metropole. Our room very spacious. Extra large bed and no noise between the rooms or corridor. Staff refreshingly friendly and active.

We have just returned from a wonderful 4 night stay and we couldn't fault our stay. The breakfast offer was delicious and varied. The wonderful ladies who cleaned our room daily, even through we said they didnt need to. Coming back to a clean and friendly hotel was just what we needed after a day exploring Istanbul.

Although the property is beautiful, the service is terrible. Some staff members were extremely rude while only a few were kind. It made our stay a bit unpleasant. Ordering room service was a nightmare because it would take about an hour to 2 hours to get what ever you needed regardless whether it was food or even just towels. The daily cleaning service was horrible as well. They did the bare minimum and didn’t even wipe down the sink area. It’s such a shame because the hotel itself is beautiful. But the staff is just plain rude. I like to see the best in people but when you’re being kind and the staff is being mean, it’s hard to give people the benefit of the doubt. I wouldn’t stay here again to be honest.

Stayed 3 nights for business and the hotel staff could not have been more helpful. The front desk team was excellent and they were extremely efficient. The rooms are large as you might expect from a Sheraton and well appointed. Breakfast buffet was very good and overall the restaurant was excellent at accommodating our very large group.

Prestigious Hotel Worth your Money

I experimented this time with this location but having completed my stay, I must say that I have been missing out on this neighborhood of Istanbul. The hotel itself is marvelous and cutting edge in today's hotel industry. It certainly lives up the Sheraton Grand name and standards, the rooms are quite spacious and the views from a higher floor is one of the best you can find on the Asian side. The location is quite well situated as it close to the new financial district of Istanbul and on walking distance u can find great eats and basic shopping but when best malls are just few minutes drive away. Those interested in public transport should be aware that its not available there yet. Plus a constructive advice would be to improve the room service request response times. Conclusion, would book again if needed.

I really like this hotel staff,specially front desk. Fast and friendly... it took less than one minute to check in
It is very clean and brand new hotel.
If you have to stay in Atasehir district, i would highly recommend it.
Not much in walking distance....starbucks ( 15 min walk). No subway near this hotel so your only choice is taxi.

Check in esnasında Resepsiyonist arkadaşlar ekrana bakarak bir şeyler hakkında endişeli bir biçimde konuşup oda kartlarımızı bizi biraz beklettikten sonra verdiler.sorun Olduğunu bildikleri halde odayı bize vermiş olduklarını bu hareketlerinden sonradan anladık. Gece etkinliğimiz bitip otele geri döndüğümüzde yattığımızda yatak çok nemliydi belki soguktan biz öyle hissediyoruzdur diye düşünerek yatağı fön makinesi ile ısıttıktan sonra yattık fakat sabah kalktığımızda altımızda kalan kısımlar komple islaktı benim sırtımdan dizlerime kadar olan bölümüm kızımında Belden aşağısına denk gelecek kısımdaki çarşaf sırılsıklam islaktı hatta uyandığımızda üstümüz bile islaktı. Yatakta hiçbir şekilde koruyucu örtü vs yoktu sadece çarşaf vardı. Ya yatak yıkanmıştı ya da başka bir problem vardı bilemiyoruz ama odayı bize bile bile bu şekilde verdiler ona çok eminiz checkin esnasındaki şüpheli davranışları da bizim bu tezimizi doğruluyor. Bir daha kesinlikle tercih edeceğim bir otel değil. Konumu dışında bize hiçbir konfor sağlamadi.

Genel olarak keyifli bir konaklamaydı. Suit oda tercih ettik. Oteli seçmemizin ana sebeplerinden birisi havuz ve hamam imkanları olmasıydı. Ancak havuz suyu aşırı derecede soğuk ve hamam kullanımının ücretli olması biraz tuhaftı. Ayrıca otele girişte depozito olayını da anlayamadık. Bugüne kadar belki 50’den fazla otelde kalmışımdır ancak hiç böyle bir durumla karşılaşmadım. Personeller çok ilgili ve bütün hizmetler güleryüzlüydü.
