Rooms were lovely, kept clean and the staff on reception/ restaurant was aleays helpful.
Very good for visiting aroynd iatanbul with the metro line so close to hotel, and only 4 stops away from kaikoy so easy to get over to the europe side for sight seeing also. Only a 10 min taxi ride to all good shoppping malls amd the kids theame mall hula lupa is amazi g need 2 days there. Also conected via a bridge to a outlet shoppi g centre and food hall. Great ootion overall. Also on metroline straight from saw airport.

Breakfast was great and it should be for $30 Euros per person per day. Chef was available to make anything you asked for. The variety was great.

Property condition : the hotel itself from the outside looks great but the rooms do need remodelling and renovation. It wasn’t as clean as I would’ve wanted. The bed covers had stains and had holes. The bed itself was comfy. The water was nice and hot but there was one day that it just ran cold after mentioning the issue to the front staff they fixed it.

The proximity to optimum mall is walking was a few foot steps away, so it was not at a distance.

Staff: There was one lady in the breakfast room that hovered over us and made us feel uncomfortable. Aside from that, the rest of the staff was professional, helpful and kind. Especially the staff at the front door helped us a lot with getting a ride and helping us change rooms due to cleanliness issues.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel.

The gym was excellent—spacious, clean, and well-equipped, which was a great bonus during our stay. The hotel’s location is extremely convenient, with a shopping mall just across the street, easily accessible via a safe pedestrian overpass, and the metro station is only a short walk away, making it easy to get around the city.

Our room was clean and comfortable, with a nice city view. Whenever we needed anything—like extra towels or amenities—room service was prompt and efficient. We did not use the dining facilities.

Overall, this hotel offers great value, modern amenities, and a strategic location. Would definitely recommend for both business and leisure travelers.

The room was OK, but nothing outstanding. The hotel is close to subway station, but 5 minute walk is needed. If you want to go to Bagdat Caddesi, a popular entertainment and dining area, cab ride is needed. If the room is facing towards highway, yiu can hear noise from outside.

This hotel was great in every aspect. Not far from the metro and opposite a shopping mall. Hotel in general was very comfy, clean and had very attentive and friendly staff in reception, restaurants and bar area. I’ve stayed here twice now with and without children and been very happy both times.

Everyone’s playing with their phones!

We pulled up to valet the car and the valet guys, 3 of whom were chit-chatting, standing around, and playing with their phones, basically told us to buzz off and park our own car. The other valet pulled up behind us and starting honking at us to move the car. What a way to welcome your Hilton Honors guest! I finally self park the car in the garage and check in. I go to check in at the Hilton Honors desk and he tells me to go check in at the regular desk…He was too busy playing with his personal phone, I guess!!
The room itself was fine. It had a bath tub, which was clean and the room was updated, decorated nicely and well equipped with slippers, enough towels, etc
BUT THE STAFF ARE A FAILURE!

The location was nice and walkable to many shopping and restaurants in the area. The hotel was modern and with good amenities. The room was small but comfortable. The staff were courteous. The hotel is on a busy highway and across from a shopping mall with a bright billboard, so the street noise and flashing lights were a bit annoying.
If it weren't for the room service, I would have given a higher rating. But I was disappointed with the room cleaning service. Each day, there was something missing in the room. We were two staying in room, and they would leave one set of towels. They never replaced the tea/coffee in the room while there was a sign indicating they will do so once a day. The coffee cups they put in the room were so flimsy, they buckled under the hot water and were not usable, and they never replaced them in following days. They never took out the glasses used in the room and replaced with clean ones. Every day, I had to go to front desk to replenish the missing items. THey did so promptly, but had to be reminded. One day, they even took away the soap in the sink, and never put a new one, leaving us without a bar to wash our hands, until we had to ask for one.
Overall, our stay was comfortable with few disappointments that were remedied.

Normally I like staying at Hilton but this hotel is tired and old (or the room I was in anyway). I spilled some water on the floor and there was a clean spot after I wiped it up. The staff was not engaged. The upside is that the gym was nice although the first one closed to guests on a Sunday that I've come across with over a month in Turkey. I would not stay again. The two that I know of on the Europe side are much nicer.

Following very disappointing items observed;
1. Breakfast was very poor and sub-standard and no value for the charges.
2. Room facility for 3 guests were no available.
3. Hotel restaurant which was on level 17 charged very high me for 3 poor meals.
I strongly don’t recommend any one to have meal in same restaurant.

In general I am very disappointed from Hilton hotel as a guest and Hilton Honors member.

We selected Hilton just to be comfortable but we had much better experiences in other hotels with half the price.
Staff was not welcoming and there was extreme noise due to cars and parties in the hotel which ended at 00:30-01:00AM.
door was knocked many times even though we didn't want to be disturbed. it was opened ones even without knocking! bathtub was dirty, body lotion was used in half. Room cleaning was not done when we left the room and came late after we arrived the room, so we didn't want.

Our time at this hotel was wonderful for the most part! The breakfast was some of the best Turkish breakfasts we have had during our stay in Turkey. We stayed at this hotel for a total of 10 nights. The first 8 nights were fine up until we left (to Antalya) and then came back for the remaining 2 nights we had with this hotel. And we checked in at 2AM and went up to our room to find out our door lock was broken! We had booked a family room in advance and when we requested a different room they would not give us any and told us it was "fully booked". They told us that someone would come up and fix the door, but it was already almost 3AM and we had children with us. After we refused to stay in this room and wait for someone to just fix the broken door the bellboy told us they had some rooms saved on the 6th floor and they would just take us there. When I brought this up to the staff the following day they told us someone had cancelled, even though the bell boy had told us that same night that this room was available all along. I just didn’t appreciate the lack of honesty the staff showed when we had just come back from a day of travelling and flying and we only wanted to check-in and sleep because we were all very tired.

Great stay. The hotel service was excellent, no problem not knowing Turkish and speaking only English. Staff were very helpful and there is a pedestrian bridge over the highway right next to the hotel to get to Optimum shopping mall. There was also a local bazaar next to the hotel too on Saturdays. The room’s AC worked great and kept it cool. Absolutely no complaints. Would stay again.

Favorite Hotel of mine depreciating

My 3rd stay at this hotel over a span of 2 years, of course the reason for me coming back again and again was the right combination of value, comfort, location and food. However this time it did not live up to the same standards as the previous times. As the year has passed, the hotel has seen quite wear and tear and needs to addressed asap as it is interfering the vibes plus the staff this time was not similarly as interactive and energetic as before. For the current time being I would look into other options nearby which offer better value for my money. Buuuut do just go there to taste the remarkable creations of the chef, they are definitely worth a trip to the hotel.

For a one night stay after landing at Sabiha Gokcen airport in the Asian part of Istanbul this was ideal. From arrival to departure all staff we encountered were efficient, friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable with an excellent bathroom. The bed was enormous and extremely comfortable. The only tiny issue with the room was the baffling number of light switches! The Lobby bar provided an extensive range of drinks and snacks. For a hotel of this quality drink prices were very reasonable. Again the service in this bar was superb. Breakfast in the Brasserie Restaurant was a typical Hilton extensive buffet with lots of Turkish options.
Downside of the hotel has to be location on an extremely busy dual carriageway. A bridge provides access to the large, rather characterless Optimum Outlet Mall across the road. Even on the bridge it is difficult to dodge Istanbul traffic as motorbikes and scooters use it as a shortcut! The mall has a good food court on the top floor.
If I ever had to spend a night in this area again I wouldn't hesitate to use the Hilton again.
