We were on a family vacation with our child. Although we had many suitcases and bags, the room was still spacious, also clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the breakfast as well. Whenever we needed anything, the staff was very nice and helpful. They made everything easy and comfortable for us. The location and car park were our other priorities and we will definitely choose this hotel for our next stay.

I had a pleasant stay at Broyt Hotel. Overall, everything was okay and well organized, and the hotel met my expectations. The staff were truly amazing — very friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist, which made the stay much more enjoyable.
The only downside was the breakfast. While it was acceptable, it could be improved, especially in terms of variety. During my 3-day stay, the breakfast options were exactly the same each day, which became a bit repetitive.
Additionally, on the second floor, the curtains were fixed closed. It would have been much better if they could be opened to allow more natural light.
Aside from these minor issues, it was a good experience, and I would still recommend the hotel.

I’m staying in Broyt Hotel every month for five nights. I like the hotel all employees specially reception stuff are so kind and helpful.
Except for last time, I had a bad experience with one of the restaurant staff member who is responsible for both restaurant and playing area for kids.
My son went to play in the kids area and has written the rules on the door that I can’t enter inside and my son or other child should be supervised by one of the hotel staff members the whole time.
We went to check who’s responsible for the kids area. She said give me a while and I will come. We waited for 1 Hour. She didn’t show up my son went to her again and someone called. Kareem told him don’t come here again. Don’t bother her. She’s working..
When I went to him to ask him what’s wrong he said that she’s working now and she will be on her breat at 11 am and I said she’s supposed to be working for the kids area not doing someone else’s job and how come their is break time for employees at 11 am , he said now we are busy she can’t leave and I told him then why you told my son to wait he spoke in a very rude way and unprofessional

The Broyt was a good choice for us. It was reasonably priced, the room was spacious, quiet and well-appointed and the location is convenient in a nice part of the Asian side of Istanbul. We walked all the way to the Kadiköy Ferry (about a one hour walk) but there are buses easily accessible directly outside the hotel. Our only complaint is that our room was too hot and we either didn’t understand how to use the thermostat or it didn’t work.

I stayed at Hotel Broyt last week and had a very pleasant experience overall. The staff, from reception through to the breakfast area, were consistently friendly, helpful and respectful.

The rooms were fairly clean and feature an interesting, thoughtfully designed décor, which gives the hotel a unique character.

Breakfast was tasty and clearly provided by a quality catering company, with a good variety of options to choose from. For longer stays of more than two or three days, however, the selection can feel a little repetitive, as it remains exactly the same each morning. That said, there is always plenty of food and something for everyone.

The hotel is right on top of lively Baghdad Street, which is packed with restaurants, bars and cafés—so no matter what you like to eat or drink, there are plenty of choices for everyone. The beachfront is only about a five-minute walk away, making it easy to enjoy a morning run or a gentle walk by the sea.

Overall, a comfortable and welcoming place to stay with plenty to explore just outside the door.

Very nice property. Only complaint is the sound proofing, could hear other hallway doors banging open and closed more then other places Ive stayed. As well as plumbing? Could here other showers going and the drain would make noises when we hadnt used it. Otherwise the staff was WONDERFUL and the room itself was very nicely done great food around this area.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed, yet quiet enough for a peaceful rest. I also appreciated the attention to detail and the warm atmosphere throughout the property. الفندق جديد و موقعه في وسط شارع بغداد الحيوي. فهو ممتاز لمن اراد التسوق هناك. غير بعيد عن البحر ومراكز التسوق في القسم الاسيوي. فيه مواقف و خدمة صف السيارة بدون مقابل

Room was big and clean. Some noice from the street, but hey, this is Istanbul... Good Turkish breakfast. Good service. 15 minute walk to Marmaray trainstation, but You can allways take taxi or jump to a bus or minivan-taxibus on the street. Nice cafes and restaurants nearby. Allmost no turist around, which is good. Easy to go to old-town, just hop on Marmaray- Train.

While it wasn't quiet, my wife and I enjoyed the proximity to dining and shopping. This seems like a very nice area of Istanbul. The Broyt was one of the nicer hotels I've stayed in.

It’s a good hotel overall and I give it 4 stars. It’s on Baqdad ave. which is a great plus. But there are a few things that could be improved:
The cleanliness could definitely improve. They only rinse the coffee mugs and spoons with water when they clean the rooms and never vacuumed or mopped the floors. I also had to wipe my night stand as they never cleaned it. One night we asked for beers and duvet. They didn’t know what duvet is so my mom translated it (yorgan), they understood. They brought us the beers but not the duvet! :(
Again, the area is great, We always felt safe, the rooms are modern, and everyday change of towels was awesome. The restaurant staff could be more welcoming. Maybe say hello or good morning in the morning. Don’t just stand there and watch people come and go! Smile and greet people.

Room was nice, stayed for 3 nights but no housekeeping even though the sign was on the door to make up the room each day, when asked was told wait until next day but again nothing so ran out of water, coffee, milk etc after 1st night. Towels and bedding weren’t changed during our stay. Reception staff were polite but unable to resolve issue and unable to book taxis for us to and from a wedding which we’d travelled there for. Great bar downstairs but not part of the hotel, tho they billed us twice and still no contract now left Turkey waiting for them to check their till and refund - issue raised with the bank.

The property is located perfectly and the staff are VERY FRIENDLY and they know their subject. This was my second stay at this hotel but I don't think I'll be returning.

The rooms had very basic things broken: The rain shower head was broken; the soap holder in the shower was broken, the notes pad didn't have any paper left, the coffee machine was broken. BUT my biggest complaint and the reason I wouldn't come back is the NOISE. The property decided to host live music in their restaurant but they are not sound proof. It's a small hotel so this \"live\" music can be heard from all rooms, at all hours of the night. If you don't want to stay at a cheap Greek Tavern with drums and base in your room, stay away from this hotel. I was greatly disappointed.
