The room would be good, but it was impossible to sleep due to the heat and the mosquitoes. I was suffering the whole night and at 3am I went to the reception but no one answered the bell. When I saw that the room has AC I booked it but when I moved in I came to the realization that the AC is 15 EUR extra per night, which is a very sneaky unfair charge which would be not expected. Finally I could sleep 1 hour 40 minutes after suffering the whole night. Here never again!!

Not a very nice area but overall what you expect for the price. Looks like the pictures and the room is average but have to leave your key at reception when you go out which is a bit strange. Service friendlyish but not helpful with advice.

The hotel had obviously been recently updated and is well presented. It would be better if extra pillows were available to add to comfort. We chose this hotel because of the proximity to the rail station but unfortunately the neighbourhood lets it down. Staff are very friendly and breakfast was good!

Basic hotel provided just what was needed - bed for overnight stay in Milano. Naturally hotel is not covered with luxury, but all the basic necessities were found and location was good. Breakfast is minimalistic and needing to pay for cup of coffee separately was disappointing.

We were trying to cancel the reservation for two days and nobody answer the phone. The hotel is far from the city center. The people are not gentle at all, the bathroom is so small that my 11 years old daughter had trouble taking a shower . There is no maintenance, there is no elevator and when we ask for directions they offered us a map of Rome when we were in Milan! They sent us to a metro station one mile away when there was a station two blocks from the hotel. I will not recommend it.

I booked one night for my family and I; the older lady at the desk asked for our passports. Then she proceeds to tell me she will keep them and give them back when I check out. I asked for passports back, insisted on keeping, then I told her she make copies and give me back originals. She made copies, slamming things the whole time and then tossed the passports back across the counter and the key. And every time I would leave the hotel, she insisted on the key being turned in, like we were going to steal it. The key had a small weight as a key chain. At one point coming back from an outing, there was an older man at the desk, he asked if spoke Italian, I said no and me mumbled something and tossed the key . My family was unhappy with the room and service we received. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

A relatively cheap hotel for Milan and that's what you get. Clean & reasonably comfortable, no elevator, & skimpy continental breakfast and they charged €1.50 a cup extra for coffee!

Okay for San Siro Stadium
If you are a bloke or more going to the football at San Siro then this place is okay, half a mile away from the ground and easy to find. If you are not going to the ground don;t stay here!The owner does not speak English and is not interested in his clients, the place is in an okay state and fairly clean but you wouldn't stay for more than one night, oh and if you were thinking of visiting Milan, don't!The place is filthy with pick pockets everywhere.

Je moet extra betalen voor airco (€15 per nacht) en die heeft wel wat uurtjes nodig voor een hete kamer koel is. En dan zetten ze hem town 10 en 14u ook nog uit om energie te sparen. Verder prima hotel maar voor de zomer hierom wat mij betreft geen aanrader. Ook spreekt opa nauwelijks engels, dus als je hem aan de receptie treft, valt er weinig te bespreken.

Mi serviva una struttura nei pressi dell'Istituto Besta e la zona era perfetta anche per la vicinanza con la metro. L'hotel è ristrutturato ma in modo raffazzonato, il bagno quasi inagibile per le ridotte dimensioni. Un comodino non aveva la luce mentre l'altro ne aveva una fioca praticamente inservibile, ho chiesto che mi fosse fornita e la sera trovo un abat-jour sulla scrivania, frigo staccato per utilizzare quella presa, perchè sul comodino la presa non c'era. Ma la chicca è stata la richiesta di 10 € a notte per l'aria condizionata pur essendo compresa nei servizi della stanza, il personale ha sostenuto, in mala fede, che quelli erano servizi a pagamento. La richiesta del pagamento al chek-in, per quanto mi riguarda, era finalizzata a costringerti a rimanere alle loro condizioni. La temperatura torrida di quei giorni ha reso il soggiorno molto disagiato

L'hotel è un due stelle con una reception un po' bruttina e con personale poco professionale, niente ascensore nè alcuno che si offra di aiutarti con i bagagli, nessuno che si curi di informarti su cose come gli orari della reception, la connessione internet (che non so appunto se ci sia o meno) o altro. Curano immediatamente l'aspetto del pagamento, lasciando al cliente chiave e telecomando, con scarsa cortesia e simpatia. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo era pessimo (53 euro per una notte in una singola, senza colazione inclusa). La stanza non era oggettivamente male ma sicuramente per un due stelle gestito in questa maniera e a questi prezzi, direi che non ne valga assolutamente la pena. (Tra l'altro, il phon per i capelli funzionava a singhiozzo e la zona non è certo fantastica, per quanto proprio dietro l'angolo ci sia un ristorante che è il top per il tipo di cucina fatta in casa, per l'eleganza e soprattutto per la cortesia di chi lo gestisce).

Un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. La stanza era confortevole e pulita, il personale molto gentile. La collocazione dell'albergo è comoda: non lontana dalla stazione centrale, vicina alla fermata della metro, ma sito in una strada secondaria silenziosa. Ottimo come base di appoggio per visitare Milano o per viaggi di affari.
