We have chosen economy room which is kind of underground, i don't think this is clear enough from the description of the room. Room was very small so was the bathroom. Room had 2 small windows with a view to respectfully a wall/small inner yard. So, no light! There were cats all around in this yard so we couldn't keep windows open in the night as cats could come in. There was mold on one of the walls.

“No English, I don’t know Sorry “ that’s what I gotten responses when I requested for any help. There are ants everywhere, the shower walls are moldy, no insulation between rooms, you can hear people all night long. No room cleaning services while you’re staying. Most of all, there is no hotel manager. We stayed for four nights and I spent hours with the receptionist trying to get the room cleaned. Unfortunately, I only got one time room make up , not cleaning. I have traveled over 45 countries, Belizia Hotel was the worst place I ever stayed.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Belizia, it is a very cute, clean and extremely well located boutique hotel. The people at the front desk are so nice and helpful with whatever you may need during your stay. The only thing is that it is a bit noisy as it is an older building, but that is normal for Istanbul. 10/10 would recommend.

We have just spent a week in the hotel. It was very noisy. The building has thin wooden f!oors and all noise above is transmitted below. There is a notice behind every door asking residents not to wear shoes so it is a known problem. Unless you are an extraordinarjlh sound sleeper or you manage to stay in the very top room then this hotel is probably not for you. One day thehot water was badly discoloured for the whole day with particles floating in it. This may have been bad luck. You also need to ask for your room to be cleaned including the emptying of the bin associated with the toilet. This should be done daily.
We liked the adea. Very near transport links and many coffee options and restaurant. A very good fish lokanta nearby.If we had been in the top room we would have rated the hotel much higher. Disapointing.

We booked a night here last minute after a change in our itinerary. We were very happy with our stay! The room was big and comfortable, very clean, with free tea and coffee in the room. Price was great, location is right in the middle of Kadikoy, perfect for getting to wherever you need to go.

Great value for money. Calm street and cozy hotel. The only downside is the thin walls. You will hear footsteps and other guests talking so better to book a room at a high floor.

I was put in a basement room, it was too humid in there. The photos on Expedia represented this hotel in a different way than reality. I do not think that a hotel should have rooms in the basement level, that was awful

Pros: This is a standout hotel in Kadıköy! Where a lot of nearby hotels seem shady, this one had a cozy and inviting feel. The rooms are outfitted simply but elegantly. The staff, though not conversant in English, was friendly and hospitable during my entire stay. The hotel is within walking distance of a laundromat, shops, and restaurants, so you won’t want for much.
Cons: The wifi quality wasn’t that great during my stay.
Overall, I would gladly return here the next time I visit Istanbul. I would recommend it highly to others!

Okej rum. Sängkläderna var inte nya vid ankomst, var kvar hår från tidigare boende. Dåligt luft på rummet. Lämnade fönster öppet en stund vid vistelse på stan, upptäckte att en katt varit inne på rummet och fällt lite päls på sängen.
Mycket svartmögel i badrummet, det var det värsta av allt. Väldigt farligt för hälsan!

Das De Luxe Zimmer war winzig, von oben hat man jedes Geräusch gehört, die Mitarbeiter waren nicht sehr freundlich, die Bewertungen stimmen überhaupt nicht mit der Realität überein.

Gayet temiz bir işletme. Dışarısının çok soğuk olmasına rağmen içerisi gayet sıcaktı. Sadece zeminin tahta olmasından dolayı üst katlardan ufak tefek gürültüler geliyor fakat biz yorumlarda bunu görüp bu olayı bilerek geldik ve rahatsız edebilecek kadar problemle karşılaşmadık. Konumu çok iyi; Avrupa’ya geçmek isteyenler için Kadıköy İskelesi yürüyerek 10 dakika mesafede. Beyoğlu’na (Taksim) gitmek için Kadıköy vapur iskelesinden Kabataş iskelesine doğrudan giden bir hat mevcut. Kabataş’tan sonra 10-15 dakika yürüyerek taksime ulaşabilirsiniz. Ayrıca Kadıköy’ün merkezine yakın; restoranlar, kafeler ve barlar çok yakınınızda. Moda sahiline yürüyerek 20-25dakikada, Şükrü Saraçoğlu stadyumuna 15 dakikada ulaşabilirsiniz.

Great location on a quiet street in Kadikoy, nice people and service, but my room was NOT a good value at all. The sheets on the mattress were old and had brown stains on them in suspicious places. In Turkey, which has great cotton available for cheap, how can this be? i could feel the springs in the mattress. it needs to be replaced. i also found a few long black hairs in the bathroom and in a towel. lastly, the room was super hot, which make the air conditiononer necessary in late October. otherwise, i loved my stay here. quiet, except for loud footsteps from the room upstairs (infrequent) nice service, nice location.

Standart oda bodrum katında yer almaktadır. Daha sonra deluxe odaya yükseltildik ve çok daha iyiydi. Deluxe oda yüksek tavanlara sahiptir ve oldukça geniştir. Odanın köşelerinde örümcek ağı izleri vardı, bu sayede temizlik daha iyi yapılabilirdi. Ön büro görevlisi nazikti.

Das Hotel ist an sich sehr schon. Das einzige Manko -und das sollte man DEFINITIV vorher wissen- ist, dass die Wände sehr sehr dünn sind. Das Gebäude steht unter Denkmalsschutz und daher kann dies wohl nicht geändert werden. Aber man hört die Nachbarn förmlich atmen. Jeder Schritt und jedes Wort sind zu hören. Da das nicht alle Gäste berücksichtigen, kann es schon mal zu schlaflosen Nächten führen. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist überragend.

Otel fiyatına göre iyiydi ,temizdi. En çok beğendiğim kısmı tahta döşemelerdi. Klimanın sıcak ayarı çalışmıyordu ama kaloriferler yanıyordu. Tekrar gidilir.
