We stay here regularly as the hotel and the organisation are super helpful and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble, I needed to work whilst here and they have been very supportive of getting me set up so I’m comfortable whilst working.

Staff was excellent. The suite itself had some issues. Only AC on one of the 2 suite rooms. Light stayed on outside the “master suite” window all night. I would not visit again with a large family but it was located perfectly and the staff was great. Break was serviceable and again the staff was fantastic. I would stay again in a normal room “for 2 people” but the family suite was not good enough to revisit. Thanks again everyone who made the stay welcome.

Very nice place.. great location.. the personal.. FANTASTIC!!
BUT….. Loud Obnoxious and rude people (meaning guests) terrible.. absolutely terrible.. no regard for other guests.. i’ve been to a lot of places stayed in a lot of countries.. This has been the worst I’ve ever experienced in my life… every night it was something different.. from baby is crying to women crying yelling and screaming televisions loud.. ehhhhhhhhh.. pity

Dirty blanket, hair on the bedding, the room and bathroom were pretty run down and dirty. Sink and shower need replacement.
On top of that the reception boys hardly spoke any English so communication was frustrating. Luggage storage was awful-they have no luggage platform and did not offer to carry my carry on so no sercice there. Overall pretty unpleasant experience

The location is good for arrival and departure from Sabiha airport. Good and cheap connection ( with Istanbul card) with Europian part of the city on ferry of Marmaray ( 1 metro station and 15 minutes walking from the hotel) . The area is not spoiled by mass tourism. The fridge in the room was not working as was TV but due to short stay decided not to bother. The staf is very friendly and speaks English .

Thumbs Up Great Hotel!

First off the hotel was immaculately clean. The rooms and the bathroom were immaculate, the common areas modern and updated. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast excellent.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone, you cannot find a better place for the price. The room size is commensurate with the price but quite honestly the only time you should spend in a hotel in Istanbul is when you sleep! I highly recommend getting a private car pick you up from the airport o the hotel round trip. It's inexpensive and can be booked on travelocity.

If this hotel was 50 miles out of town, it would still be worth staying at for its personnel but hey it is right in the heart of Kadikoy with quick access to everywhere in Istanbul. I have to mention the amazing service, the employees were very helpful and efficient. There are facilities with exceptional personnel here and there but at Zirve Hotel the whole team were amazing, always greeting with a warm smile, very sincere. The room I stayed was a bit small but I asked for a single room and for the price it was more than I expected. The room was very clean and one could notice the effort to make it enjoyable, there were rose peddles in the room when I first checked in. Also I should not forget to mention the rich and great breakfast they offer.

Room is very small and there is no window in the room. No refrigerator in the room, no minibar, no coffee/tea maker. Room was not clean. If you go to this hotel, don't want the room 106. It is at the end of corridor on the first floor. Wifi is very poor. Breakfast was ok. I stayed only one night. Never again. It's like a prison. I made photos , i can show this room.

The room was clean however facing an academy that gives classes at night so for privacy purposes I just make sure the curtains were shut.
The bathroom has great pressure and no tricks for getting hot water.

Qute good location, clean, but a bit expensive

The hotel is newly renovated, but suffering from technical problems: the water was shut down twice, the water pressure is very low on 5th floor, the air in the bathroom was stinking due to a not completely fixed wast water tube. However, this is typical for Turkish buildings.
The neighbourhood is not very nice, directly in front of the hotel is a ruin of a building. Many houses are not very well repared. The traffic in the morning is loud, and many seagulls are extremely noise on the roof.
The rooms are lacking cosy lamps, one lamp at the sealing per room is not very cosy.
The breakfast is rich with cheese, a warm soup, egg, tomatoes and cucumbers, cake, turkisch delights and turkish tea, but lacking good coffee and fruits.
All in all: very clean, good lokation, but quite expensive for the offer.

Not a clean hotel

I noticed that the stairway in the lobby had several days of dust and dirt on them. It was my first clue. In my room, I saw that the duvet cover had not been changed, and there was not extra sheet. This meant I was expected to pull a dirty duvet on myself to sleep that night. I went down to ask for clean sheets and told them they should have prepared my room before I came.

I went back to my room to wait for the sheets and noticed that there were greasy footprints on the floor, from feet, not shoes. Then I checked the bathroom sink with my finger and it had scum all over it. The hotel brochure was also stained and sticky.

I told the hotel to cancel my reservation and called a friend to come and get me. They could not cancel because they said Expedia had booked it through another company. I could not contact Expedia because you had to call through the local US number to contact customer support. the hotel offered to update me the next day, but I didn't want to eat breakfast in a place that was so unclean.

Istanbul was lovely, and I had a great trip despite my first impression at this hotel. I hope they will pay more attention to having rooms clean and ready for guests in the future.

I needed a place to stay while doing business in the area. The location was great! The breakfast was good. The service was fine. They even brought a fruit plate to my room the evening I arrived! The sheets looked a little stained, but they did seem clean. The interior of the hotel appears to have been redone recently. I would stay here again!

Staff treated us very kindly from the beginning. They even offered us breakfast since we arrived earlier. The breakfast was very nice and variant. The rooms are very clean but some have small bathrooms which is OK.
We decided to stay 4 more nights at the hotel and they upgraded our room to a suite for free.

Eine Woche lang war ich mit meiner Frau im Emirtimes Hotel in Istanbul, und unser Aufenthalt war leider durchgehend enttäuschend. Schon bei der Ankunft merkten wir, dass vieles nicht stimmt. Die Betten waren beschädigt und im WC hat es stark gestunken. Zusätzlich ging im Zimmer immer wieder der Rauchmelder los, obwohl niemand von uns raucht. Erst nachdem ein Mitarbeiter ihn ausgeschaltet hat, war endlich Ruhe.

Das gesamte Zimmer wirkte sehr schmutzig und ungepflegt, und der Geruch im Bad war kaum auszuhalten. Für uns besonders unverständlich war, dass das Zimmer nur gegen Aufpreis gereinigt wurde – ohne diese zusätzliche Zahlung wurde gar nicht geputzt. Trinkwasser gab es ebenfalls nicht; lediglich am ersten Tag stand eine Flasche zur Begrüßung bereit, danach wurde nichts mehr aufgefüllt.

Auch die Ausstattung ließ stark zu wünschen übrig: Der Kleiderschrank war kaputt, es gab keinen Mülleimer im Zimmer und uns wurde tatsächlich gesagt, wir sollen unseren Müll im Flur entsorgen. Der Fernseher schaltete sich ständig von selbst aus, was ebenfalls sehr störend war.

Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt im Emirtimes Hotel für uns persönlich sehr enttäuschend, unangenehm und frustrierend. Auf Grundlage unserer eigenen Erfahrung können wir dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

Personal ist auch sehr nett.
Die Zimmer sind sehr schlicht gestaltet aber fehlt sehr viel an Kleinigkeiten wie zb. Handtuchhalter, Kommoden neben Bett, Zimmer sehr hellhörige ,Aufzug hört Mann fast von jedem Zimmer und die Matratze sollten Mann dringend Erneuern.

Leider war die Klobrille kaputt und nachts ist bei uns alles ausgefallen. Wir mussten das Personal um 1 Uhr nachts rufen, damit es repariert wird. Ich konnte dadurch meine Haare nicht föhnen und wir hatten kein Strom Licht usw.
Im Flur hat es sehr stark nach Zigaretten immer gerochen. Es hat uns gestört. Noch ein Mal würde ich nicht hier her kommen.

Für eine Nacht ok, länger hätte ich nicht bleiben wollen. Das Bad läuft unter ‚Duschklo‘. Im Handtuch war ein Loch. Im Zimmer konnte man sich zu zweit kaum drehen. Die Matratze war durchgelegen und mit einem dünnen Laken auch nicht sehr hygienisch. Das Frühstück war ok. Auch wenn ich noch in keinem anderen Hotel das Brot aus einem Müllbeutel nehmen musste. Die Lage ist aber sehr gut und das Personal war wirklich freundlich.

Bad experience and low hygiene

My experience started well with hotel personal helping me with the early check-in. However, the room was not clean. The floor was dirty, pillow had hair on it, shower had was broken and the room smelled atrange. I asked for room chnage which was fulfilled right away. The second room looked cleaner so i accepted the change. However, 15 min later there was a bug on the window. I asked for cancellation but since the room was booked non-refundable the personal offered me a 3rd room instead. I was using medication and kindly asked that it’d be nice of the hotel to refund such cost despite the booking terms but failed. Terrible customer wxperience!

Alt i alt et okay besøg med venligt personale.

Dog var rengøringen meget ringe: det eneste de gør er, at tømme skraldespanden og ordne sengen. De gør ikke rent inde på badeværelset med mindre man beder dem om det. Toiletpapir mangler hele tiden. Vi blev nødt til at spørge efter det - efter min mening burde de sætte et nyt, så snart det er færdigt automatisk.

Der er generelt meget larm på hotellet og udenfor. Man kan høre igennem vinduet selvom det er lukket og kan høre ind til naboerne - virkelig dårlig lydisolering.

Das Hotel hat eine Top Lage zu Fuß alles erreichbar. Aber selber ist er sehr heruntergekommen und sehr veraltet.

Établissement d’un confort désastreux une petite douche a peine suffisante pour une personnes le matelas horrible et même les oreillers… un buffet petit déjeuner minimalistes bref je déconseille cet établissement !!

Zimmern waren klein und sehr dreckig Wc unsauber zur klein Dusche konnte ich mich nicht drehen , ich werde da nicht mehr hin gehen Handtücher waren Löcher drinnen ich konnte mein Koffer nicht Mahl abstellen

Personal, Lage des Hotels super ausgezeichnet.
Das Frühstück war leider etwas mager.
Das Badezimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen. Muss aufjedenfall erneuert werden. Sonst war alles top. Werden aufjedenfall wiederkommen
