As I checked in, it reminded me of the Eagles’ song Hotel California 😊 — but later, I did meet some very pleasant staff, especially the two nice guys who helped me check out and loaded my luggage into the taxi.

Unfortunately, the hotel room was terrible — very small, congested, and everything looked old and dirty. Even the bathroom towels looked like they came second-hand from a flea market. The bathroom itself was dirty and smelled like a public restroom. The water kept cutting off, and I often had to wait in the shower until the pressure came back on.

The lighting in the room was awful, and everything felt cheap and outdated. The carpet stinks, there’s not even a stand for your luggage, and the room is missing many basic hotel essentials.

The only positive thing about this place is its central location — close to everything. Still, there are much better hotels across the street and nearby that are worth staying at.

As for breakfast, it’s very poor. It would be better not to advertise it as “free breakfast” because you’re honestly better off skipping it.

Parkhouse hotel and spa was a great hotel in Kadikoy, we got a suite room with balcony and hot tub it was great - bed was comfortable staff were very friendly, the breakfast was comprehensive and excellent. Spa we used one day only the sauna it was nice and hot, the pools are cold pools fyi. I would definitely recommend this place

Chic and inviting atmosphere. My room was sleek, well-appointed, and the hotel offered free breakfast. The Lobby Bar was a highlight with a vibrant vibe. The staff was attentive, friendly, and ensured my stay was flawless. You can see fire safety equipment and evacuation procedures everywhere in the hotel and I've learned this hotel was built with steel frame which is very safe!
The location is fantastic, close to everything yet tucked away enough to feel exclusive. Whether for leisure or business, Parkhouse delivers an unforgettable experience. I can’t wait to return!

The only good I can mention about this hotel is staff. They are friendly, accommodating and attentive.
Hotel is way overpriced for what you getting. Outdated, old, very small room, old stained rags over floors in the hallway and in the room.
Very old and not user friendly TV system. You will not get English channels and forget about TV apps like Netflix.
Hotel is advertised as having Spa. Don’t count on it, you wouldn’t want to use it.
Area is close to a ferry, very busy otherwise area.

Really liked the staff, room was quiet clean and well maintained. We had an issue with our dentist, the 2 membrs of staff Shrek and irmak ( River ) were fantastic in helping us to resolve the issue.
It felt very reassuring having such wonderful staff , the whole experience staying at Parkhouse was very positive we stayed for 1 week. We are coming back on 3 months and will be booking here again. Higly recommend. Best Gary and Toni x

Great little hotel on the Asia side of Istanbul in Kadikoy neighborhood. Near the ferry and bus terminal , easy access to travel to the European side. The front staff was amazing especially young lady Zaiden, helpful with each and every question I had about sights and things to do, everyone spoke English. Definitely would recommend this property for next stay on the Asia side.

I had an excellent weekend stay in the Parkhouse Hotel, the location was absolutely perfect. Everything was within walking distance of the hotels entrance but it was never crowded just outside. The rooms were comfortable and clean to a high standard. The decore was very stylish and interesting. The staff were very helpful and extremely friendly especially one of the receptionists, Sıraç, who helped with anything I might have need in a very friendly manner. Suffice it to say, I will be keeping Parkhouse in my mind for the next time I visit Istanbul.

Room was spacious and clean. Bed was average. Bathroom felt a bit dark, maybe a brigher light would help. The jacuzzi worked perfectly. Walls are a bit thin and you can hear the neighbors. Location is perfect as it is close to a busy walking area full of shops and restaurants, but not close enough which allows for a nice quite sleep.

The pictures are nothing like the real thing!!!
The room was dirty, old, smelly and bed so uncomfortable!
This hotel is advertised as a spa!! 3 gym equipments and a freezing tiny pool Is not a spa, everything was dirty/broken.
Breakfast did not look fresh. Not a great variety and also serviced in a dingy dark basement.
I was booked here for 4 nights, I checked in at 9 o’clock in the evening by 10 o’clock the next morning I checked out. I couldn’t stay here any longer.
Definitely not worth the price I paid and I paid for the deluxe.
I was never offered a refund either!!! So angry with this.

The price for this hotel was great. The staff was really helpful with assisting us as our airline had misplaced our luggage(they provided direction to stores, new personal hygiene items and even took in our luggage when the airline delivered it on our third day in Istanbul). The hotel is very clean and staff take pride in their work(this appears to be a Turkish trait). The breakfast buffet was great in the morning and included with the cost of the room(not your typical Canadian hotel continental buffet). The location was also prime as it’s close to the ferry terminal that takes passengers to European Istanbul.

The Park House Hotel was absolutely amazing! The staff was by far superb and welcoming. They were so accommodating and helpful! Pelin and Seda and the rest of the front office staff often went out of their way to make sure we were happy and comfortable. The hotel was in such a prime location that everything we could have wanted was easily accessible. We will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and hope to return again!

The hotel is situated in kadikoy which is a central district of Istanbul. It’s a very busy area with lots of options to eat and to shop. You can also get the ship to the Europe side. The hotel itself was pleasant. Good helpful staff. The breakfast was really good. The room was comfortable with a tv that had Netflix and YouTube. The only negative was the noise from outside at night time. If the hotel could fix this as in get triple glazed windows then that would be perfect.

This hotel was a surprise gem. The people who run is are so warm and kind. Went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and be a friend to a solo traveler.

I was disappointed that contrary to what their website said they did not offer an airport shuttle. However, the bus station is nearby as is the ferry port.
Hotel staff were helpful, friendly and bubbly. Front entrance of the hotel is lovely.
Breakfast was simple but there was a variety of cold and warm dishes.

Le personnel est adorable !

Les chambres sont confortables et spacieuses en revanche il y a un gros problème d’odeur de cigarette dans l’hôtel. Les chambres sont censés être non fumeur et ça sort des aérations des toilettes et chauffage …. Le personnel à accepter de nous changer de chambre pour avoir une chambre qui sente moins la cigarette.

Le SPA est grand et sympa ! Juste ça serait peut être mieux un jacuzzi au lieu de deux bains froids.

Merci pour le personnel qui est aux petits soins.

Super beliggenhet på Kadiköy. Kort avstan til Metro til flyplassen Sabiha Gökçen og fergen over til Europasiden. Mange kafeer og restauranter i nærheten. Rolig område. Hyggelig hotell med en liten med fin spa-avdeling. Det er en tyrkisk sauna og en ordinær sauna, og i tillegg et (litt) kaldt basseng, til å kjøle seg ned i. Jeg trivdes i spaavdelingen, men renholdet i bassenget kunne vært bedre. Frokosten syns jeg ikke var noe særlig. For meg som ikke spiser gluten var det veldig lite å velge mellom, men også for folk som spiser gluten tror jeg utvalget ville vært litt snaut.

Veldig mye støy på mitt rom fra gata, men fikk beskjed om at de hadde rom som det ikke var like mye støy på.

2. Bed is comfortable and the terrace nice. Some fixtures are old and need replacement, for example the shower head holder, the whole vertical rod came out when trying to adjust. Not sufficient counter surface for putting items in. The counter surface at the sink does not drain back to the sink and splashed water accumulate.
3. Dove shampoo and shower gel were provided. Better and more environmentally friendly option would be plant-based alternatives.
