I understand that others rated this hotel highly. However upon my check in, the deposit box had no batteries. The room's door had stopped working due to batteries so that also had to get fixed. Quite noisy at night but that is part of the area's charm. Locationwise however it is excellent and very close to this great food hall called Kadiköy Terminal

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOLE!!!

I stayed there for 2 nights. The first day we arrive the AC was broken and the reception said it should be fixed in a few hours, but then the whole night there we don’t have any AC and had to open the door to cope with the heat and the smell from the bathroom drain, but the noise from the street is very loud making it hard to sleep. You cannot imagine how terrible we felt waking up the next day.
The second day we again are promised that the AC will be fixed, but after a long day out, we came back late at night not only to see that there’s still no AC, but they did not even clean the room! Not even new towels are supplied!
I demanded a reimbursement for the broken AC as a chance for them to compensate for the bad experience, but of course they refused bluntly and said you can comment whatever you want but I don’t do refund. Honestly at this point even a small gesture from them would be enough to make me feel less disappointed but they don’t even bother to offer anything as it’s my last day there.
Browsing through the reviews it seems this is not the first time this has happened, and it seems they don’t care about it as long as people are still booking due to the fake positive feedbacks.

Facilities-wise it was very old and you can tell they’re all cheap stuffs.

I know my review is not gonna be enough to make people stay away from bad businesses like this, but if you’ve come across my review then please, DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE!!

The staff are the best. They soeak great ebglish and are very informative about istanbul. Even have us directions how to get to the IST Airport via metro. Its actually faster than traffic and so easy. Only 8 min walk away. Breakfast was awesome

Staff was astounding and was able to fulfill many requests including late check-out and room change to a room overlooking the side street (to reduce noise from the main street) and also let me wait out my layover in the comfortable lounge.

5 mins by foot to the heart of Kadikoy, no need to talk about the location!

Staff was really kind and helpful.

Some facilities were difficult to use, like AC control is difficult to understand without the manual.

Remember, there is no parking in front of the hotel. If you are using a taxi, there will be cars queueing behind you which makes it stressful to load/unload luggage :)

The staff was wonderful, very friendly and extremely helpful,the breakfast was great (everything always fresh and tasty), the location is perfect, and the room was luxurious, clean, and quiet, with very strong air-conditioning. This is one of my favorite hotels in the world!

At first, I was beyond being extremely disappointed with this hotel. They stuck me in a tiny, filthy room the first night, on the Ground Floor. It was DISGUSTING! The manager onsite that night didn't want to hear my complaints and basically, told me, \"too bad\". Next morning I went directly to the general manager and he immediately moved me to an immaculate room on the Fourth Floor and, honored the situation by complementing me with free meals for the remainder of my stay. Because of that, I can recommend this hotel.

The fridge did not work and they didn’t fix it for four days, I couldn’t have any cold drink. When I booked it they never told that it was the penthouse, I had some problems walking in the room banging my head as I am a tall person. Staff was friendly and kind. This is a small hotel that is located in the heart of the Asian touristic side of Istanbul. Overall, the hotel is nice. They also operate a restaurant, which is very convenient for business travelers. The metro is 10 min walk away, which is easy access. Within 10 min walk, there are many shops and restaurants for all tastes.

One of the best places you can stay in the area for the price as far as we could find. The highlight is the proactive and friendly staff. The beds, sheets, towels, bathroom were all perfectly clean. Comfortable mattresses as well!
Public transport is right around the corner. Many, many restaurants and shops within only seconds of walking distance.
Fantastic choice to overnight for Fenerbahce games!
If you're staying longer term, I would highly recommend one of the corner rooms. The caveat to those is the internet is very weak in some corners of the room but seems to work well near the desk.
This is only a 4-story building, so elevator use is not extremely important, but this was the main detractor. The elevator does not have up or down sensitivity. For example, on its way UP to the 4th floor, it will stop at 3rd floor once, then it will stop there again on the way DOWN even though no one is waiting anymore. Weird...
Overall, this place left very little for us to complain about and lots to be satisfied with. Would definitely recommend you give it a try!

This hotel is right on the money. The staff from the reception to the house keeping are professional and very friendly. The rooms are cozy and extremely clean. The location is central, 15 min walk from the port and the bus stations. They are in the middle of all restaurants and shops. I highly recommend it.

Only 1 staff member spoke good English and the rest weren’t not nice or friendly at all. And made you feel unwelcome most of the time.

Buffet Breakfast consisted of same few cheap tasteless items every day, and you had to ask for basic beverages and wait for them to be made including; hot tea or coffee.

Bed linens Sheets were extremely rough and dry making it very uncomfortable to sleep or rest. Location was good on relatively quiet street with easy access to major shopping and dining areas.

Veel winkels in de buurt, midden in het levendige omgeving. Heel dichtbij Kadikoy shopping en nachtleven omgevingen. 10 minuten loopafstand van Metro en schip. We waren daar voor Fenerbahce wedstrijd en dat was ook 10 minuten loopafstand.
Personeel was erg vriendelijk en aardig.
Ontbijt was erg lekker en keurig netjes. Genoeg variaties, lekker vers. Kortom: een aanrader.
Hotel was schoon en voldeed aan de verwachtingen. Extra pluspunten;
- bed/matras
- warm water voorziening

enige minpunt was: ik miste FB TV tussen de zenders
ps: let wel op dat je midden in een levendig omgeving bent en dat er buiten geluiden kunnen zijn.

Great but expect a lot of noise from the street,

The staff is really friendly and hotel is newer than most and kept very clean. The only issue I had was noise from the street, which I’m not sure the hotel could be made responsive for. But this impaired my sleep. I had to purchase ear plugs to get through the night. Frequent WIFi outage also occurred often to much frustration since there are not many English channels - found just one.

Oda temizliği ve düzen güzeldi. Konum olarak Boğa Heykeline 5 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Klima aşırı gürültülü çalışıyordu onun dışında farklı bir havalandırma gibi bir ses sürekli olarak vardı klimanın sesiyle beraber uykusuz bir gece geçirdik. Yatak aşırı yumuşaktı bu konuda da pek yüzümüz gülmedi.

8 Şubat 2025 de konaklama yaptım, otel odaları temiz ve yeni, konumu ideal.. Kahvaltısı sade ve doyurucu, fakaaaaattt odada klima çalışmıyor bir tane kalorifer peteği mevcut, buz gibi...Pencere kapanmıyor, izalasyon için pencereye havlu montaji yaptık.. kışın odada yaşamınizi devam ettirebilmeniz için Kuzey Kutbu tecrübeniz olması gerekiyor.. Resepsiyona oda sıcaklığınin kötü olduğunu bildirdik , klima pek ısıtmaz, sadece kalorifer peteği var dediler....Analizi iyi yapıyorlar yani...sonuç olarak kışın doğada kamp yapmanın egzersizini yapmak isterseniz , ideal bir ortam....

Otel çalışanları güler yüzlü ve çok ilgililer. Konum olarak harika bir yerde, merkezi. Kadıköy'ün her noktasına erişebilirsiniz fakat bulunduğu lokasyondan ötürü de bir o kadar da gürültülü. Gece hayatı Kadıköy'de yoğun olduğu için istirahat sırasında çok fazla sese maruz kalabiliyorsunuz. Yalıtım anlamında biraz zayıf. Ve son kaldığımızda oda bir türlü ısınmadı, soğuktu. Sabah üşüyerek uyandık. Bunlar dışında f/p bir otel. Kahvaltısı da çok iyi.

Enttäuschendes Deluxe-Zimmer und eintöniges Frühstück

Wir hatten ein Deluxe-Zimmer gebucht, aber leider entsprach es in keiner Weise unseren Erwartungen. Das Zimmer war viel zu klein für zwei Personen – es gab kaum Platz, um sich frei zu bewegen, geschweige denn den Koffer irgendwo abzustellen. Alles war extrem beengt.

Zusätzlich roch das Zimmer stark nach Essen, was sehr unangenehm war und den Aufenthalt noch ungemütlicher machte. Unter einem Deluxe-Zimmer stellt man sich definitiv etwas anderes vor.

Das Frühstück war ebenfalls enttäuschend: jeden Tag dasselbe Angebot, ohne Abwechslung. Dass ein Café Americano extra kostet, hat das Ganze noch abgerundet.

Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt nicht überzeugt, und wir würden dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.
