The hotel is located among car repair shops. Although it is rated as a 5-star hotel, it definitely does not feel like one.
During the period between 25/12/2025 and 31/12/2025, the reception staff did not seem properly trained. For a hotel claiming to be 5-star, this is unacceptable.
In rooms located up to the 6th floor, noise from the event area on the lowest floor—such as drums and similar instruments—can be heard as if it were inside the room, making it impossible to sleep. I stayed on the 3rd floor for four nights and reported this issue to the reception every day, yet nothing was done. On the 5th night, I was moved to a room on the 6th floor, but unfortunately, the noise from the entertainment held at the restaurant on the top floor was just as disturbing and felt as if it were inside the room. If noise does not bother you, you may consider staying here.
Except for the reception floor, all other floors were very old and had an unpleasant smell. The room furnishings felt more like those of a shared hostel rather than a comfortable hotel room. Everything in the rooms I stayed in was very old.
Housekeeping staff entered the room immediately after knocking, without waiting to see if it was convenient. There was no “Do Not Disturb” sign available for the door. I requested one from the reception several times, but they never provided it. This caused serious privacy concerns and made me feel unsafe.

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel. Breakfast was not included, pool wasn't working - they told us, that it is winter, but outside was 24 degrees. The air conditioner was very old in the room and it didn't work properly, it was very hot in the room. We tried to sleep with open window, but it was very noisy outside, there was soccer field below and there were games every night, soccer players were shouting, etc. We asked for transfer to the airport, as they are offering it, and also to wake us up in this morning, but no one called, and when we asked in the morning about where is a transfer, no one knew anything about it. We end up can a taxi, when taxi came and drive us away, they call the driver and told him to return us to hotel, that the transfer came. Absolutely it's a big mess there.

I booked this hotel expecting to get a good night’s sleep before a long flight back to the US, but it’s been the exact opposite. On my first night, a loud Turkish wedding went on late into the night—earplugs barely helped. Tonight, as of 00:03, music from another event is still blasting, and staff told me it won’t end until 2:00 AM. Reception didn’t answer multiple calls. The customer service rep claimed they’d call the hotel to stop the music, but nothing happened.
The only “solution” offered by the receptionist was to change my room—completely impractical with six suitcases I need to pack in the morning. There’s been zero accountability or concern for guests who need rest. I’m left exhausted before an early international flight.
If you value peace, quiet, and competent service, look elsewhere.

The hotel is good with the price I paid for. You must have a car to get around since the neighborhood is a bit downgrade. Not walkable for sure. However, I had a car and it was very easy for park and ride. The breakfast buffet is ok or may be substandard. I like it though.

Room size average with basic facility and does not meet the expections of 5 star. Taps, shower in the bathroom old and stained. Room walls discoloured and needs attention. Bathroom size small. Refrigerator in the room was not properly cleaned. Breakfast has variety of choice. Staff friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Mr Mordan Coshier in the restaurant for making us comfortable. Must try spa and hammam. Gym and swimming pool nice. This hotel is far from the main tourist attractions so not a great option if you are planning to visit asian or european side attractions.

We asked them to fix air-conditioner, they offered us to open window and doors to balance the heat in the room due to broken air-conditioner. It was around 27 Celcius during day and night and I was surprised how they were so good at keeping the heat in that level.

It's an okay hotel in a neighborhood away from tourist areas and convenient amenities, though you can walk to the subway in about 13 minutes. The hotel is in the middle of an area known for auto manufacturing, and some of the shops have workers making noise all throughout the night. The first morning I was taking shower I noticed that the glass sliding shower door is not closing completely. I didn't do anything about that. My brother was taking shower and he tried to close the shower door it got shattered and broke. Luckily nothing major happened other than bleeding his right hand. I reported this accident ,which was major safety issue, to the hotel manager and requested to change our room. The hotel manager asked me to pay for it.

I asked for an additional bed or cradle for our 2,5 year old daughter as I was booking via website. I reminded it as we were checking in, and said an additional bed could have been better. The receptionist said that they would have handled it. However, as we returned at night there wasn’t any additional bed put in our room. I called the reception, was told that they were sending it right away but never arrived. So I called them again half an hour later but this time they never picked up the phone. Maybe after 40-45 minutes I was able to reach them out to get the answer that “they didn’t have neither additional bed nor cradle” seriously, what kind of a hospitality business are you running :/$?!
