This was a great place to stay. Very helpful and friendly staff. The room, breakfast, and massage we got at the spa were all very good. There was one employee named Yusuf that helped us out alot with room service and at the restaurant. He did a really great job. I would recommend staying here 100%

Restaurant Staff on the upper level and breakfast main lobby weren't that great , lack for making us feel wanted there and serious faces everywhere with staff just not wanting to be there . Hotel is beautiful and well maintain , but there is nothing going on there or around the area . 45 minute drive to Istanbul if there is no traffic . Traffic hours are terrible . Rooms are nice but seen way better for a five star hotel . Most complaint I have is staff ! very lack of great interaction with guest all across the board . There just there to work and seems to not focus on guess .

Continuously disturbed by random workers even though my don’t disturb sign was up. I am still waiting for a refund yet they try and get out of this and say I didn’t stay there at all even though I was there for 5 plus nights. Absolutely disgraceful

Elite World Grand Istanbul Küçükyalı: Fair overall—clean, well-maintained, and a large property. However, the in-room snacks/coffee selection is poor for a 5-star hotel, and the customer service felt limited and at times rude. Staff did not seem willing to do the bare minimum expected at this level, and overall friendliness/service culture was disappointing.

The hotel has nice amenities but there is need for serious improvement when it comes to services. Our room was barely clean - cleaning service left plates of food we had eaten for two days and at times garbage won't be cleared. We are not even sure of our sheets were changed. Also, the food is not good and there is little variety. We order room service for breakfast and had staled pain au chocolat. The burger we order was awful and my steak which i order as medium well was more than done and very chewy!! Other than that staff are friendly and readily available to help!!! Not a 5 star experience at all

Room cleaning wasn’t good as sheets were not being changed regularly neither the cutlery was being replaced most of the times had to call and all the spa services are paid like all. Generally they are paid but it’s good to mention on website and no room upgrades were provided even after being eligible for so. There’s alot that could be done better

The hotel is truly wonderful. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished so that nothing is missing. The view from the window is incredible. Despite the heavy traffic outside, the room is very quiet—you can’t hear the neighbors or any noise from the corridor. The bedding was changed every other day. Breakfasts were varied, and everyone can find something they like.
It’s a 15-minute walk to the metro and 10 minutes to a shopping center. There are always taxis available right outside the hotel, and a bus stop is just 200 meters away. The staff are excellent—helpful but never intrusive.
The spa area is fantastic: a spacious sauna, steam room, nature-sound shower, ice cabin, and a large pool. Best of all, the pool is never crowded. It’s a wonderful place to relax. The hotel is truly comfortable, and we didn’t miss a thing. Thank you!

The pictures online look different than in person. The hotel is very dated, rooms were not the cleanest. The rooms need to be painted. The furniture was showing wear, stains on the couch etc. Staff were very friendly and it was close to the Hilltown shopping mall so that is where we ate our meals. It was decent for what we needed it for.

Staff were very polite and helpful. Decor is very inviting and loving the facts that shampoo, conditioner and shower gel aren’t disposable bottles, great quality products used! Spa facilities are superb, it has a full gym, beautiful swimming pool but guests need swimming cap, unfortunately I didn’t have one but I used the steam room, sauna, shock shower, ice mountain, and I had an aromatherapy massage by lady called Ima from Bali, she was very good! The 4* reason being the breakfast buffets haven’t had a lot of choices especially the hotel received a lot of people from western countries so I feel like fried mushrooms, grilled tomatoes are lacking but we would not hesitate to come back! 10 minutes walking distance to Hilltown which we loved too!

Around 1hour 20minutes from the main attractions on Istanbul, very bang average service, lack luster for a 5 start hotel. The room was okay but you could tell it was old, carpets dirty, blackout curtain not long enough meaning always a beam of light coming through and the worst part was that it was next door to a large office so you always had to keep your curtain shut or else where at eye height with an office worker! Shower had okay pressure but huge amounts of water collected in the tray as it wasn’t tilted meaning you would be stood in stagnant cold water after… also the fan in the shower/bathroom didn’t work. Finally? We stayed in a non smoking room, but when running the AC, it stank of cigarettes so clearly an old filter and rooms are being used as smoking and non smoking.

I wouldn’t stay here again nor would I recommend, for the price, there are better options

Restaurants in hotel are just OK. Better food can be found at nearby Hilltown shopping center. The room is generally in good condition with exception to the carpet showing dirty marks. Front desk staff is proficient but didn't give a particular warm or welcoming vibe expected in a 5-star hotel. My stay is overall positive.

By far, this is one of the best places I have ever stayed. Almost everything I experienced here was good — or even amazing.

The only minor downside was the limited access to public transportation. The hotel is about 30 minutes from the Bosphorus and the busy historical areas, which I actually think can be an advantage if you’re looking for a quieter atmosphere.

If you want a relaxing, clean, comfortable, and respectful place to stay, this is it. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, well-trained, and welcoming.

I traveled with my wife, in-laws, and friends, and they all share my opinion.

Treat yourself and your loved ones by staying in a place like this — you won’t regret it.

Only thing you can walk to was the mall if weather permitted. Some staff members were annoyed when asked questions about what’s near by or ordering something- I.e. coffee. Cleaning staff would still ring the door bell even when the digital sign of sleeping took place.

I reserved two rooms for three people, me and my two kids, knowing that my brother will be staying with us. I informed Travelocity of these plans through a call and was told that it will be relayed to the hotel and the information for my additional guests were obtained. Upon check in, I was informed that we MUST pay the additional fees for breakfast, totalling more than 400 Euros I believe. Could not convince them that the two rooms for 3 people was only due to ticketing and additional people should have been added.

We had a wonderful experience staying at Elite World Grand Hotel in Küçükyalı, Istanbul. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way — from the elegance of the design to the professionalism of the staff.

The room was modern, quiet, and very comfortable — perfect for getting rest after a medical procedure. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel has a calm, upscale atmosphere that made us feel both relaxed and well taken care of.

The location is also convenient, especially for those needing to access the Asian side of Istanbul. It’s not far from Okan University Hospital, and public transportation is nearby for easy access to other parts of the city.

The breakfast buffet was fresh and diverse, with options for all tastes. The spa and fitness center were also impressive and well-maintained.

Hotel staff, they are very kind and polite, especially Bethul and Furkhan Great service. But the room, it didn’t meet my expectations. Room was lit bit smelly and there was only 1 pillow for each bed. Also I asked for 2 cups and I never received it. But overall it was good and hotel staff are great.

My room was beautifully designed with modern, elegant touches and a breathtaking view of the Marmara Sea and the Princes’ Islands — waking up to that every morning brought me peace and calm. The interior throughout the hotel is stunning, with a grand yet soothing ambiance that instantly puts you at ease.

The spa was an absolute highlight — a serene space where I could unwind with gentle treatments and enjoy the tranquil atmosphere.
